I regret to say that my experience at this dealership was disappointing. The reviews I read before…read morevisiting were all negative, and it seemed like everyone had the same story. We waited for over 20-25 minutes before a salesperson even came out. When he did, he walked right past us, kept his eyes straight, and held his head low, as if he didn't want to be bothered. It wasn't until my husband said something loud enough for him to hear that we were acknowledged. The salesperson then said, "We don't like to come out that much; we like to give people space." I hope that we weren't being profiled or pre-judged. We had a completely different experience at the BMW dealership we stopped at before this. We were given a couple of minutes to browse, greeted, offered drinks, and shown three vehicles. If customer service is important to you, I highly recommend seeking out another dealership.

Left it days at a time for them to tell me it was a piece of paper/stick stuck in the wheel from when they put the tires on. Right after my parking brake light kept coming all, all the service advisors said it was fine nothing was wrong. I've been drive my car for a year with this and today I was able to take it there after they claimed it needed to be there for days and they fixed the issue in minutes and charged me over $200 for a issue that should have been fixed over a year ago. Just scammers in this department trying to get over and get a sale. Will be getting my new car from another dealership they will never get another dime out of me.

I was told it would be done that day, but after waiting five hours, I was informed the tint guy wasn't there -- an entire day wasted. Since then, the problems have only continued: Main Issues: * Promised window tinting not completed as agreed during purchase * No second key fob provided and no follow-up despite multiple reminders * Recall service handled poorly -- vehicle kept overnight with no update or returned calls * Hung up on when calling to check service status; no call back afterward * No follow-through or accountability from staff * Lack of professionalism and customer service across the board * Staff act as if you're bothering them when asking about your own vehicle To be fair, my service advisor, Will, and a few others seem genuinely overworked -- because the rest of the staff is trash. I wouldn't even trust most of them to watch my houseplants. It's a shame that Will has to carry the weight of people who clearly don't care or don't understand what customer service and focus look like. I love the Cadillac brand, but I hate this dealership. Unfortunately, they're the only one in Memphis -- if I had another option, I'd never come here again. If negative stars were possible, they'd earn them.

I actually watched my car sit for over two hours while the advisor kept assuring me that they were working on the left side of the car as it was not aligned. my steering wheel was crooked to the right. When I left my steering wheel was crooked on the opposite side. I spoke with the mechanic and he actually said there is nothing they can do. It has to remain that way. I did notice that my car was oiled with some greasy substance around the tires and under the bottom of the car for some reason. I took my car to PepBoys and they fixed EVERYTHING. I took pictures of my car and it appears Cadillac of Memphis did damage by ripping off coverings and it looks like they tried to purposely damage my car so I could have an accident! I would not suggest anyone going there for service since they are truly not honest.
