What really should have told me all I needed to know about them is, when I dropped it off I had a nail in my front driver side tire, picked it up 2 months later, there's no nail, and not one single person said anything about it...I mean did yall plug it, patch it, what?     I really tried to hold off on writing a bad review, but the hits just keep on coming…read more I bought my Escalade about a month ago, and during the purchase, I negotiated to have my windows tinted. I was told it would be done that day, but after waiting five hours, I was informed the tint guy wasn't there -- an entire day wasted. Since then, the problems have only continued: Main Issues: * Promised window tinting not completed as agreed during purchase * No second key fob provided and no follow-up despite multiple reminders * Recall service handled poorly -- vehicle kept overnight with no update or returned calls * Hung up on when calling to check service status; no call back afterward * No follow-through or accountability from staff * Lack of professionalism and customer service across the board * Staff act as if you're bothering them when asking about your own vehicle To be fair, my service advisor, Will, and a few others seem genuinely overworked -- because the rest of the staff is trash. I wouldn't even trust most of them to watch my houseplants. It's a shame that Will has to carry the weight of people who clearly don't care or don't understand what customer service and focus look like. I love the Cadillac brand, but I hate this dealership. Unfortunately, they're the only one in Memphis -- if I had another option, I'd never come here again. If negative stars were possible, they'd earn them.

    I had an appointment for an alignment at 7am. alignments normally take an hour or so. I sat there…read morefor over 4hours only to receive my car back in worse shape than when I purchased it. I actually watched my car sit for over two hours while the advisor kept assuring me that they were working on the left side of the car as it was not aligned. my steering wheel was crooked to the right. When I left my steering wheel was crooked on the opposite side. I spoke with the mechanic and he actually said there is nothing they can do. It has to remain that way. I did notice that my car was oiled with some greasy substance around the tires and under the bottom of the car for some reason. I took my car to PepBoys and they fixed EVERYTHING. I took pictures of my car and it appears Cadillac of Memphis did damage by ripping off coverings and it looks like they tried to purposely damage my car so I could have an accident! I would not suggest anyone going there for service since they are truly not honest.
