I recently used AutoPro to replace my son's brakes and rotors. I was able to easily get an appointment when I called. The young at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful. She informed me that they would be able to give me a ride home vs me calling an uber which I really appreciated. Once the mechanics were able to check out my son's car and survey the damage, they called and provided me with a thorough explanation along with the cost before moving forward. They did a great job of addressing the brake issue and an additional issue and as a result his car sounds and feels amazing now. The staff at Autopro provided me with a great experience and made me feel like they really cared about providing the best possible service and did their part to ensure that my son's car was safe and reliable. My husband had used them in the past, and it made sense to me as to why he spoke highly of them. I seem to review this place a lot but that is because I am so happy & grateful. There are few businesses today with right motive, right character, integrity & true caring. Auto Pros prices are fair. I am relieved that the work is done to such a high standard I don't have to come back for something to be re-done (as I have experienced several times elsewhere). For example, other shops fixed the knob which makes my Honda Odyssey seat go forward & backward at least 2x. When Auto Pros fixed it, the knob finally has stayed on. When we owned another Odyssey we needed a sliding door fixed and after a short time, fixed again elsewhere. But at Auto Pros one fix of the sliding door in this van works. I trust their motives & their craftsmenship. Recently I noticed the vehicle was 100 miles over-due for an oil change & I was grateful Sheila got the van in for that needed oil change before a long trip. Capable people. read more

These guys are great and are very honest. They gave me an estimate for a repair and found something else wrong while they were in there and fixed it free. I've asked them repeatedly about the brakes on a car with 126k miles on it and been told they're fine everytime. I went to Auto pro needing my CV axle replacing and AC serviced. The guys did an absolutely fantastic job! - They called and told us everything they needed to do and informed me that I had a miss-firing cylinder and asked did I want them to give the vehicle a full service. I'm glad I said yes! They replaced the spark plugs & wires, gave my engine a tune-up and did the original jobs too! My truck feels brand new now and I couldn't recommend them enough! Highly disappointed with these guys. I brought in my 2009 Nissan Maxima for AC service Aug 2017. Picked up the car AC was working fine. Brought it back in December because the AC was not working again. Tech said it was working fine but I knew it was not. They really couldn't test it since it was cold outside. So guess what, it got hot in March. The AC like I said wasn't working from December. They repaired it once again it and I drove off with a lighter pocket and a bitter taste in my mouth since I spent over $1300 in September for the same issue AC not cooling. But to Tim's response it was another component that went out which cost me over $400 to repair by them. Here's the kicker its August 2018 exactly one calendar year later and my AC isn't working again. I just left and Tim got snappy with me. He agreed to look at it but with their track record I'm sure the warranty won't cover what needs to be repaired again. I suggest find a shop that knows what their doing. This was the first time I used them and I have had an awful experience. It's so hard to find a good auto repair shop and I suggest keep looking if you're thinking about stopping at AutoPro. Maybe they can repair other auto components but with AC they are the Worst!!! Stay away you've been warned. read more

I've used Auto pro for normal things like oil changes and such and I've also used them for actual problems with my car so I think I can leave an honest review here... Tim is a great guy - very personable, he calls you by name, shakes your hand, and seems to get to really want to know you. His office staff are great as well - every time I call or come in the ladies are accommodating and friendly. I always get my oil changes on Fridays to hit their Friday special and get it all included for 24.99 - great price! I recently had some work done by Tim on my car as I thought I had an airflow issue - my dad is a mechanic but he lives 8 hours away - I tried to fix my car myself and trouble shooted for a few days before I finally caved and called Tim and asked him to fix it.. He picked my car up for me at work so I wouldn't miss any money - and dropped my car off for me so I didn't leave work again. All done in the same day, while I was at work - didn't even think about it.. easy breezy... I called my dad with the prices I paid and he said he was fair - of course he has to run a business and has his own bills - but I wasn't nickeled and dimed. He also has a 90 day warranty that is stated on their invoice so I imagine if I ever did have a problem, that he would take care of it promptly... Over all, 5/5 stars - I refer him to a lot of people I know - including businesses... I'd say check him out if you're skeptical of auto shops like me... I don't think Tim and his team would steer you in the wrong direction or take advantage of anyone :) read more
