Hit a pothole at 9pm just outside of Memphis. called roadside service and they sent out Blockchain Towing. Jordan made it to us in 23 minutes!!! the pothole caused the side of the tire to blow out so he couldn't fix it. He put the spare on and made a phone call. Three women and five kids trying to get to the Nationals dance competition in Orlando needing to drive through the night. he referred us to Macon tire service about 15 minutes away. the owner met us there at 10:30 at night and put a new tire on. We so appreciate Jordan's compassion and concern for our situation. awesome young man. so polite and helpful! this was covered by the roadside assistance but if we ever have a need while in Memphis we will be calling this towing service! read more

I burst my tire today after going over a pothole cover on these raggedy Memphis streets, and roadside assistance sent out Blockchain Towing. They arrived quickly, and Mahmoud (I hope I got his name right) was absolutely GREAT! He changed my tire quickly and was very nice and friendly. What impressed me even more was that after finishing up with me, he stopped to check on another driver who had just burst his tire on the same pothole. That kind of kindness and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Thank you, Blockchain Towing, for turning a stressful situation into a smooth one! read more

I popped a tire as soon as I got to work on Monday and my insurance company reached out to them. They were there within 10 mins of that call. I was sent a text when they were 2 mins out and then the driver called me once he had arrived. Macy is the name of the person that helped me and he could not have been more courteous and helpful. He was also very quick to put the spare on my car. I would absolutely recommend Macy and the owner of Blockchain - Edward Haddadin to anyone needing assistance in the future. read more

Mr Jordan from blockchain saved me a lot of money by working with me to fix the tire on the spot so my Soul didn't need a tow. The tow alone would have cost me more and this is from my insurance. Friendly and professional, he made a terrible ordeal end in under an hour arriving to pick me up and take me to the vehicle in under 15 minutes. That's a bit of luck but shows me the hustle I look for in any business I patronize. So impressed, I cannot recommend enough! read more

I'm not sure why they have bad reviews!! We've had trouble with my car twice in the past few weeks and State Farm RSA has sent us someone from Blockchain Towing both times and we've been very happy with the service! They were very quick to respond to our location, diagnose the issue, and solve it. I think their price was fair for the service we received and I would definitely recommend. We will use them again in the future if needed. read more

Our insurance company referred me to Blockchain after I got a flat tire an hour and a half from home. At 12:48pm, we received word that they were on the way through downtown via text. The technician arrived by 1:05pm, and I was on my way to the tire shop by 1:21pm. He was so nice and courteous, insisting that I stay in my vehicle in the air conditioning. I can't recommend them enough. I'm so thankful! read more

I see all these critical comments, and I just don't get it. I just had a battery replaced, and I couldn't be more pleased or satisfied. The mechanic was here in no time at all, and had my battery replaced within an hour. He was polite as can be, and did top notch work. I'd call these guys in a second if I needed a mechanic. read more
