Is this touch less? Don't want brushes on my exterior.

Good morning Vicky, There is soft cloth that touches the vehicles.

How much is a basic wash?

After exiting the tunnel while drying off my vehicle, I noticed hazy white streaks/damage on the drivers side doors as well as sand/grit (none of which was there when I entered the wash). Thinking the hazy streaks might be a soapy residue I asked the wash attendant to let me run the vehicle through a second time. The streaks were NOT soapy residue but actual scratches/haze & the car was still full of sandy/dirty residue (which was NOT on my vehicle prior to the first wash). I notified an on site employee & a damage report was filled out & signed by QnC employee R. Ritchey immediately following my exit of the car wash tunnel (before leaving the property). R. Ritchey inspected & noted/took pics of the hazy streaks and noted/agreed how much dirt was on the vehicle after running through twice. He admitted the car wash did a poor job & saw the hazy streaks/scratches. On 8/11/26, Quick n Clean GM (Robert Petrey) inspected the car, saw the hazy streaks, and refused to admit liability claiming the streaks couldn't have been made by the car wash. On 8/14/26 I took my car to a body shop, asked them what the hazy streaks were & they immediately asked if I took my car through a car wash. I said I did & they explained the damage was from the car wash tunnel brushes that weren't properly maintained and were dirty. He explained when the brushes are full of dirt & grime, they basically sand the clear coat finish off the car leaving hazy streaks/scratches. A very simple "google" search of car wash tunnel brush damage resulted in the exact explanation the body shop shared, as well as images of vehicles having similar damage from car washes. My vehicle is only 18 months old, & is/has been clear-coated every 6 months since I got the vehicle. I had to pay a body shop $300 to buff the hazy streaks off my car. On 8/18/26 I hand delivered the $300 invoice to QnC and again asked them to reimburse me for the damage they caused my vehicle. I emailed their GM, as well as the contact information on their corporate website on 8/16/26 asking for reimbursement. I received no reply from any attempts I have made to contact them giving them the opportunity to reimburse me.
