Extremely Dissatisfying Experience at Allard Collision Center Rating: (1/5) In October 2022, my 2016 Chrysler 300 was involved in an accident, and as the insurance agent failed to show up, I decided to take it to a local shop instead of the dealership. I chose Allard Collision Center on 445 W McKellips Rd with the belief that they would handle my car repairs perfectly. Unfortunately, my experience with them turned out to be highly disappointing. When I received my car back after a month, the first thing I noticed was that the door handle was poked out, clearly indicating that it hadn't been properly reattached. Furthermore, I discovered a scratch on the bumper, which surprised me since they had claimed to have replaced it with a new one. It is frustrating that the shop managed to scratch my newly installed bumper during the repair process. Additionally, one of the tires had blown up during the accident, and the new tire they provided didn't match the other three that I had purchased just two months before the incident. Their explanation that the tire manufacturer had discontinued the brand I had was unacceptable, considering the ease with which one can find and purchase almost anything in today's technology-driven era. Furthermore, I never requested the shop to wash my car or apply shining products to my tires. It is disappointing that they went ahead with these additional services without my consent. Moreover, the AC in my car was not functioning properly, blowing only about 10% cold air. I promptly notified them about this issue, and they asked me to bring the car back for further inspection. However, upon getting my car back, the AC was completely broken, and I was left to fix it myself by watching YouTube videos. Even after my attempts, the AC system now produces a constant whistling noise from one fan, and I have to keep the fan above level 3 for it to function somewhat adequately. Additionally, the passenger door handle was not properly reinstalled, as it easily came off when I opened the door again. It is evident that the shop's limited working space played a role in their lack of attention to detail. Furthermore, someone at the shop carelessly painted over my bottom right front passenger door while working on something else. Despite bringing all these issues to their attention, they continuously redirected me to contact the insurance company, even though I had already done so three times in detailed emails. Eventually, I had to give up on their lackluster response. To add to the frustration, during my last call in late April 2023, Mike from Allard Collision Center repeatedly claimed that Michelin had stopped manufacturing the tires I needed. However, when I contacted Discount Tire at 2030 S Country Club Dr, Mesa, AZ 85210, they confirmed that they indeed had the tires in stock. It is disheartening to see that Allard Collision Center either lacked the ability or willingness to obtain the tires, even when local stores had them readily available. Considering the exorbitant cost of approximately $7,000 that I paid, it is unacceptable that Allard Collision Center failed to complete their job thoroughly. I deeply regret choosing their shop and am immensely dissatisfied with their lack of professionalism and customer service. While I might consider having a friendly conversation with Mike at a 4th of July BBQ dinner, my regret for entrusting my car to his shop remains significant. I strongly advise others to explore alternative options for their auto repair needs, as my experience with Allard Collision Center was characterized by a lack of attention to detail, negligence, and unsatisfactory communication. read more

Had someone back out into my rear passenger door of my 2019 Chevy Equinox, leaving a pretty gnarly dent and some paint damage around. The other driver had Progressive as their insurance and they recommended Allard as their in network Collision Center. It was pretty close to my house so it made it easier to get to, when I first brought my car for them to assess the damage, they evaluated it and gave me a rough estimate for when they would be able to work and finish the job. They gave me easy to follow instructions about setting up for a rental vehicle with their partnered company. I was surprised with how fast they finished my repair, leaving my car looking undamaged. I hope I never get hit again, but if I do, I hope they have progressive, so I can make sure Allard Collision takes good care of my vehicle. read more

This team was professional from the first moment and gave me confidence that my car was in quality hands. Sure enough, the body work repair was amazing! My car looked like brand new. In addition, they had completely gone above and beyond what was expected. Before returning my car to me, they cleaned out my car completely INSIDE. My truck was involved in a hit & run & I was devastated. My insurance requested Allard Collision. Allard called me & scheduled a tow & my truck was picked up on time as scheduled. Alex was the representative that reached out to me. He gave me step by step details of the repairs that I would need & he literally called me every other day with updates which kept my stress leves low, lol. Alex was thorough, friendly, professional & made my unfortunate accident & good experience. I would highly recommend this place! Upon arrival I was greeted and recognized as a previous customer. I told Jason I was there to have a piece of side molding re-attached to my rear passenger side door on my truck. He knew exactly why I was there and took my keys and offered me a bottle of water and a piece of candy. He then told me I could have a seat in the lounge area and that this wouldn't take very long. I first used them two years ago to fix a fender bender in the back bumper of our van after comparing three bids. They did a superior job, which is why when our Nissan had a front bumper fender bender, I used Allard Collision, without hesitation. Once again, they worked through some difficult issues and did a beautiful job on the repair. I appreciate their willingness to solve financial issues. Back in February 2020 was involved in an accident on highway where driver sideswiped me in traffic. My insurance company sent me to Allard Collision off McKellips and Alex took great care of me. He took the time to show me all the repairs that would likely be needed and would contact me as soon as he heard from my insurance. Heard back promptly and car was completed before I expect it to be. He even allowed me to have car stay at shop over weekend it was completed since I was already traveling out of town. Very pleased with repairs 3 months later car looks better than it came in! I highly recommend this place to go to for repairs. took my car in the shop in jan and they gave me an estimate of it being done in 2 weeks and they met that deadline! not only that I just took my car back in due an escalation problem from the car accident in January and they were able to take my car back in quickly and provided a car for me to use meanwhile they fixed my car and also got my insurance to fix the repair from the original claim! Had the front end of my Kia replaced after a fender bender. The people at Allard walked me through what they were gonna do, gave me a timeline of when it would be completed (which they only missed by one day even though they didn't readily know the availability of the parts they needed), and kept me posted on the progress every couple days. The car looks better than when I bought it, and they even detailed the wheels and the entire inside of the car. I received a phone call at 3:45 today (7/19/23) telling me my car is ready to be picked up. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. I had a great experience at this body shop. Friendly people and the service was great. I am impressed with with their quality workmanship, cost may be a little higher but was worth it because of the quality and service. I like that they called me to give me updates on the status of my vehicle. They even gave me a container of touch up paint which was nice.
