I have been frequenting this QT for over ten years and of many of the QT's visited, I must say, this is one of the cleanest, best organized, well lit, unrivalled in products supplied and stocked and, I must say, some of the best and most courteous attendants around any service station could ask for. As one of those necessary functions in eating and sleeping - gas stations are services like snacks, drinks and some junk food that we take for granted. I appreciate what they do, which at times can be dangerous! One caveat though. Too frequently there is no receipt paper at the pumps QT needs to improve on this aspect. read more

Too much construction nearby. It's a headache getting in and out of this qt honestly. I literally pulled up, ran in, in which, the employees were welcoming. I grabbed a lotto ticket and left, to rush back into the horrific traffic, due to the construction. I was going to get gas but decided after becoming agitated that I'd wait until I was in a less calmer environment due to messy construction/traffic outside of here. Normally, this is a great place to stop to pump gas but, right now it's just super hard getting in and out. There's plenty of parking in front as well as gas lanes when they're not overly packed with a line to pump gas. read more

This was my first time stopping in this location. Diele K and I were far from home in the area and stopped in for a drink and bathroom break. The roads surrounding are busy/side road had construction at the time of our visit so it was a little awkward to navigate entering and exiting. The location was well maintained and staff was super friendly and quick as always at any QT location. Glad this location lived up to the expectation of quick and friendly service to get gas or a snack/drink. I LOVE this QT. They have so many products that I like to buy. The manager is so customer service oriented, and keeps encouraging his employees. I did have an issue the last time I was there though, most of the ice at the soda fountain wasn't working, as well as a number of drinks that I like were out of service. The checkout staff, however, is superb.. I like the large amount of space given for the gas bar area...easy to maneuver in and out of. The location is also very easily accessible.. My GPS just messes it up for me each time!! All in all I recommend....but QT, please keep your soda fountain in working order!! read more

Not the cheap crap you get at a lot of places. The gas prices seem on par with other places around here, and the customer service is real good. This has been my GO-TO station since I moved back to the Phoenix area. Always been satisfied with prices, service, and cleanliness of the station. Always felt safe when I've been filling my car. Well, NOT anymore. A couple weeks ago I was hit up by a guy wanting $$ for gas. "Can you spare some money? I don't have enough and I need gas." So . . . I just thought it was a guy down on his luck. Not the usual sort I meet when I am pumping gas. But, hey, OK, I get it. But that little nagging last line "thanks Ma'am" made me wonder. But I brushed it aside. It was the middle of the day and, yes, I was definitely older and I could spare a dollar or two. Well, then yesterday I stopped for a fill-up again. Yep, you guessed it! Another guy . . . not the same one asked for gas money so he could get home. Well now, twice in broad daylight in a short period of time appears to me to be the beginnings of a pattern. A rather uncomfortable one. This is Tempe, not downtown Chicago, or San Francisco. Both were guys in their 20s. Neither looked homeless, but neither were in tuxedos either. I want to feel safe where I get gas, or shop, or dine. There are lots of choices. And so, even though this station was convenient . . . I shall take my business elsewhere. Always be aware of your surroundings and be cautious. Most folks out there mean no harm; but there are occasionally the ones that do. read more

As always I go to QT. Still, everything I like in a station. BUT again!! I paid inside for 15.00 of gas. At 13.90 the pump "clicked" and went very slowly until the 15. I see this as a scam of the worse!! Because it happened to me the first time I noticed this practice, not paying attention, I put the pump handle away. When I looked at the pump I still had gas to pump but thought it was done. So every time that happens to someone, especially if that person is in a hurry, QT is getting free money. Why are you doing this QT??? So many stations are resorting to this scam too!!! read more

First and only visit to a QT. The young lady at the register greeted me as I walked in. Nice. Very clean for a convenience store. I just don't agree with the buy 2 drinks for $3.30, but get 1 for $2. When I pull into Qt at 10:38 a employee was outside pressure washing where you pump gas and I noticed as I was pulling into a stop to pump gas she was almost done with the first four pumps . So I pulled up to one of the pumps waiting for her to finish and move to the next section and moved over to the finished section. But when I pulled up to a pump I noticed that I drove over the hose so I backed up for a little bit and looked at her so she couldn't move the hose so I wouldn't be parked over it and she just looked at me with the nastiest look and I asked a homeless man to come over and he picked up the hose and set it on my car ‍ ... and as she moved the hose came off the car.. then she came I knocked on my car and told me to move because my tire is hindering their 18 pound hose, So she can't pressure wash the ground . I rolled out the window I said you can pull the hose tight and it will pull away from the car further , my car is not on the house at all obviously that a man came and moved it for you " and she said "you know what I'm being very nice to you right now" ... And I said "now you can go get your manager because I'm done having a conversation with you" . She picked up the hose and walked away with no problem no tugging or anything and when inside and got the manager. He came out and talked to me and told me that he's going to go inside and have a conversation with her because she is in the wrong as far as he could see my car is not on the hose".. I usually never have any problems at Qt. I thought I was doing the nice thing by waiting for her to be done with this part of her pressure washing section. I have been going here for years and Rosie was one of the cashiers and she was so nice. Today I went in and I am waiting my turn in line as three workers were standing and chit chatting, a guy walks in and one of the chit chatters go to help him, um ok. I am still waiting my turn and he helps someone else that just walked up to the counter. Now I am not happy, as I finally get to the counter after patiently waiting my turn my price of what I usually get has changed, keep in mind it was its normal price when I went in two days ago. One of the chit chatters goes oh our coffee prices went up. I am like whatever and swipe my card, the cashier goes you are all set, I go no, not until the screen clears and I know it is not going to ask me for cash back. I don't go to Phoenix often but when I do, I prefer Quik Trip. My friend and I were leaving town headed home when we came across this one off the freeway, and being a big fan of the QT we were relieved to see it! Refreshing cold purified soda was soon in hand as well as their locally baked cookies (with little M & M type candy in them!) and sandwiches galore. I will avoid the other competitors like the plague when I am in a town with a QT because I trust this place and love the selection and quality. I love how each store is laid out practically the same and bathrooms are clean and always a welcome site, and so easy to find. No fussing around for a key. read more

As far as a gas station/ convenience store QT is as good as it gets. No matter which store that I go to, it's always clean!!! Can't say that about too many other gas stations. Also a huge plus, is that the bathrooms are always clean!! QT is the only option for dropping deuces, when you have to go and not home!! read more

Starbucks watch your back...QT clerks are competing with you for friendly service at the crack of dawn. Everyone in QT is so friendly. Their prices for gas are usually pretty competitive and everyone knows they have a great drink selection. read more

This QT does a fantastic job at keeping their store clean. It has been a while since I have been to a QT. They offer good prices on fruit and coffee. The cashier provided exceptional customer service. The other two workers were hard at work. From my observations this team is very productive and they support each other. I stop by my local QT for a latte, better price then those other places. My cashier was Gabby, the customer in front of me had challenges (let's leave it at that). She asked Gabby to help her add something to her drink. Looked like lemon in a small package similar to a ketchup package. Instead of telling the customer no Gabby took the time to help her. Those darn packages can be tough to open, even Gabby struggled with it. When she was finally done, it took a few minutes, Gabby apologized to me for the wait. I told her what she did was exceptional and I appreciated her taking the time to help the customer. That brought a smile to Gabby's face. She said "that's what we do". We all know some do and most don't. Sometimes it takes more time to be nice and helpful to someone then it is to be rude and dismissive but in the end it's worth the extra time and effort.
