I should have gone west just past Dobson and I would have had this little beauty. It's not fancy, and it always makes me think of Bill and Ted's (every Circle K does) but it was a quick stop for gas on a crazy hot Arizona night. I was in, out, and got home before the ice cream I had just purchased from Albertson's had really stopped melting. That's a win, in my book.

It blows me away how this employee continues to keep his job being that his customer service does…read morenothing but get complaints. And I know for a fact I am not the only one. The only reason he even acknowledged my presence today was because there was another customer in the store. Usually when I come in he leaves the counter and starts acting like he's busy cleaning. I've tried numerous times to get his attention for help at the register and he flat out ignores me with his back to me. Today he asked "what do you need behind the counter?" And I said "2 packs of Camel Blues." He rang me up, I paid and he gave me my cigarettes. When he handed them to me I said "you gave me the wrong kind, these are Camel Crush." And he said "well you said 2 packs of Camel Crush." No, I sure didn't. I've been smoking the same kind of cigarettes for 24 years, and I've been buying the same kind of cigarettes at this store for 24 years- don't tell me what I said. He threw a fit because he had to do a refund, huffin and puffin and talking under his breath while he was doing it. It's just unfortunate that people like him keep jobs when they treat customers like trash and don't do their job and just rack up complaints. The ONLY reason this fool still has a job is because he has family in management. Pathetic really. Every other employee at this location is great and never once had any problem other than with this punk kid that works nights. Maybe management should step it up and do something about this kid instead of letting him keep his position that could be filled with someone else who actually treats customers with respect and does his/her job.

Food 5/5 I like the road trip snacks, nuke and go items but my main purpose for stopping in is for my Monster Drinks Service 5/5 I always had friendly service here. The only thing they could do to improve would be to grab my Monster out of the cooler for me LOL. Atmosphere 4/5 The store is well stocked and a popular stop while gassing up. Lot of inventory on the floor in typical Gas Station convenience store fashion.

As I was getting my soda I watch people walk in with their own bags, five people walked out with fountain, sodas, and their goodies. Of course, this isn't the first time, but it's very frustrating as I and other customers like myself pay for our items. I told the young gentleman at the register, and he wouldn't even acknowledge what I was saying to him, and I finally said, sir, did you hear what I said, and he said man there's only two of us and I said well, then you need to talk to your boss and get someone to stand by those doors because that's why our prices are going up! It's just disappointing.

It's almost always a little cheaper than anywhere else nearby, enough that you feel like it's worth the stop. But you pay for it in time. This place gets packed. Not occasionally. Consistently. You pull in and immediately have to pick a lane and commit. There's a bit of strategy to it. You're watching cars, guessing who's about to leave, inching forward like everyone else. That said, it runs smoother than you'd think. People generally know what they're doing. Once a pump opens, things move. No one's hanging around too long, and the whole line sort of breathes forward in waves. Pumps are clean and everything works without a hassle. Tap your card, fuel up, done. No surprises, which is exactly what you want. Getting out can be a little annoying depending on how crowded it is. It's not chaos, just a bit tight and awkward when everyone's trying to leave at the same time. Four stars because it does its job really well, you just have to be willing to deal with the crowd. If you hit it at the right time, it's an easy win. If not, you'll earn that cheaper gas.

The price is cheaper than ANYWHERE else. And the gas seems to be good quality, like I never have any issues with it. I wish they offered diesel but it's ok that they don't. Like I said, stop by a little later in the evening and you will get served quicker because not a lot of people go later in the day.

The young attendant approached and I said no thank you, I'm sick, I don't want a conversation right now. I was trying to pay for my wash and he kept asking the same question over and over. Then he started with I'm just doing my job, no need to be disrespectful. I had already asked him to back off and step away, and I said that again, and that he was the one being disrespectful when I asked him to step away and he didn't. Then he pointed to the camera and said this is all being recorded so they can see and hear me. I said good, a$$hole, let them listen to you, and drive off. I get to the wash and he's now crying to his boss and his boss says he's going to ban me from the car wash. I repeated again to him, that I was sick, and I was not going to argue with him too. He kept egging me on, and absolutely I used some very colorful language. I'll never go back to this place or ANY SUPERSTAR CAR WASH. They are more persistent than the extended car warranty people. Never again.
