Even with their recent remodel, this place still feels like a disorganized bodega. The bathrooms are a mess, with urine all over the floors. This station is easy to get in and out of, especially first thing in the morning on the way to work. The driveway area looked clean and ready for customers, not full of wind-blown trash like I have seen at other gas stations in town. When I was younger I used to be an ice cream server at a drugstore for fresh scoop Thrifty in California. I have pretty much tried all their flavors and they are all good. Thrifty ice cream is one of the better overall brands in my opinion back then, not sure if they changed anything since 1986 or not. They carry all kinds of other assorted items most gas stations don't. Hookah items, vape, roll your own tobacco products, knives, jewelry, etc. Everything was pretty clean inside the store. I stopped for a quick fuel up on my way home, so I didn't stop in to check it out. This appears to be a standard fuel station, so services requested would not be applicable (no oil change, car detailing, etc). I'm not familiar with the type of fuel Sunoco is to know the quality or value, but the price was on par with neighboring fuel stations. This location is a little hard to navigate into depending on the direction you are driving from (reason for 4 star), so be mindful that you may have to make a sharp turn to plan to come in route from Phelps. Overall, it wasn't that difficult and will keep in mind if in the area/convenient to stop in.

Some of the meanest tricks played on naive consumers across America are practiced at this undisciplined chain of clip joints. Besides allowing dirty, smelly, unshaven homeless bums to loiter everywhere, their prices would shame Disneyland. The shelf price for a typical item is no less than 2-3 times what honest stores charge. Then, it doubles or triples when you go to pay. Contest the overcharge, and one of several short-tempered clerks will angrily invite you to leave. Their horrible food is nothing but grossly overpriced, tasteless bland garbage decent people wouldn't dump in front of a feral cat. Maybe it's good their drink machines are constantly out of order, and they're always too lazy to make more hot crap once it's sold out. They have dual gas prices, their "sucker price" and their "inflated price". The Sucker Price kicks in when you allow these crooks to hook an IV up to your bank account, risking all your banking information to fly all over cyberspace. And that's trusting the franchise operator doesn't ''accidentally'' use your account for his own benefit after you've driven off. To top it all off, they have the gall to post a sign on their front door which reads, "Please be NICE to our staff!" Well, what do you expect, when the staff growls at customers to get the hell out and don't come back?
