It blows me away how this employee continues to keep his job being that his customer service does…read morenothing but get complaints. And I know for a fact I am not the only one. The only reason he even acknowledged my presence today was because there was another customer in the store. Usually when I come in he leaves the counter and starts acting like he's busy cleaning. I've tried numerous times to get his attention for help at the register and he flat out ignores me with his back to me. Today he asked "what do you need behind the counter?" And I said "2 packs of Camel Blues." He rang me up, I paid and he gave me my cigarettes. When he handed them to me I said "you gave me the wrong kind, these are Camel Crush." And he said "well you said 2 packs of Camel Crush." No, I sure didn't. I've been smoking the same kind of cigarettes for 24 years, and I've been buying the same kind of cigarettes at this store for 24 years- don't tell me what I said. He threw a fit because he had to do a refund, huffin and puffin and talking under his breath while he was doing it. It's just unfortunate that people like him keep jobs when they treat customers like trash and don't do their job and just rack up complaints. The ONLY reason this fool still has a job is because he has family in management. Pathetic really. Every other employee at this location is great and never once had any problem other than with this punk kid that works nights. Maybe management should step it up and do something about this kid instead of letting him keep his position that could be filled with someone else who actually treats customers with respect and does his/her job.

Their prices are good, lower than most, though usually a tad higher than the other Arco stations. But they are right off the freeway (60), so I'd expect that. They run a business and charge a tiny fee. Sounds fair to me. I'm glad to buy their gas and glad they offer the service of cash back because I was literally down to my last dollar in cash so I needed it. I'll be back.

This is a really rundown Circle K. Even the employees come across as pretty unsavory…read more Right when I walked in, there was a massive spill near the entrance that looked like Gatorade, and no one seemed to care about cleaning it up. The floors are already usually sticky in most Circle K locations, but this just made it worse. What really stood out was the employee working, who I believe said his name was David. He had a beard and seemed really frustrated, but the way he handled it was completely unprofessional. He was loudly saying things like "what the f* this f* s* s* f* I don't know what the f* this f* thing" and then told a customer "it's not your fault this s* is f*." I get that people have bad days, but that kind of language and attitude in front of customers is not okay. It just adds to the overall rough feel of the place. Between the condition of the store and the way things were handled, this was not a good experience. I won't be coming back to this location.

No more, these places become more and more like a circle k in how gross and crappy they are. If I had time to wait for something to be prepared, I would go to a real restaurant, but I usually don't so I stop in to grab something quick. #1: This is the lowest quality quick trip I've ever been to. I've gone to quick trip with my kids…read more4-5 different sets of times and they never have the ice cream stocked... that's not coincidence, that's complacency and laziness at the highest level. #2: I live behind this quick trip in units so I'm forced to go here for everything I need for the day. As a regular I order the pizza for my family because it is delicious but when I do online order and it tells me ready by time there hasent been one instance of it being ready and on time. In fact most of the time when I pick it up, they are just putting it into the oven keeping me waiting there for 20 more minutes for pizza that should have already been done. #2.1: we order breakfast pizza routinely and recently it's cooked under cooked, dough is doughy in the middle and not crisp and pizza like. Not sure if your oven is broken or workers not doing time correct but maybe something to look into. #3: your energy drinks are never stocked correctly there is always holes here where drinks are missing because the assistant manager is not properly re ordering popular stock to keep inventory kept up. #4: id say 20-40% of the time I go there is a different homeless guy or girl bugging us as we walk into the door. I'm not a fan of that. Please have your staff pay attention to pan handling, it's extremely obnoxious to deal with. Staff needs an overhaul here, and training. For a regular that goes into this store 2-4 times a week it's honestly a gas station I would NOT recommend to friends and family. Convenience is the only reason I go.

I really liked his whole demeanor and how he approached me but this very quickly changed when my boyfriend and I were using the microwave to heat up our meals from the grocery store and he came over and said "I'm gonna need you guys get out of my way now." which I thought was jokingly but he actually turned off the microwave and made it so that it did not work and when I went to go grab a juice because the soda machine was flat my boyfriend said he purposely stopped what he was doing and followed me as if I was going to seal and literally monitored my entire purchase quite rudely. we have used many microwaves in many other Circle K's while far busier and had no issues at all. Was very saddening considering I liked him and was going to leave a good review (I rarely review at all ever)

I was a big circle k consumer until this morning I'm done with their stores, all of them this lady…read morewas so rude and disrespectful to me in front of other people. They have a promotion. Shelf tag clearly reads Slim Jim 1.00 with purchase of ANY size polar pop. I always buy the one in the plastic cup because their foam cups crack and split because I don't drink from a straw, and their foam cups rely on their lid not to split down the side. The slim Jim rings up 1.99. The lady who I presume is a manager is sitting on the floor cutting up boxes, and when the clerk asked her she said it's 45oz and less. I pointed out the sign days any size polar pop, to which she said "well I'm telling you now" and simply went back to cutting her boxes up, never even stood up to address me in her rude disrespectful fashion. Once she made her statement, she completely dismissed me to go back to cutting up her boxes. Also took place in front about four other customers that's infuriating and humiliating at the same time and therefore I will never step foot into a circle again when you are a business that there's a competitor on every single corner you need to sell your customer service because you're certainly not cheaper than anybody else so all you have going for you is your customer service and this lady here even though this doesn't represent Circle K has a whole she does represent Circle K's a whole because her business has their name on it. And they trusted her to represent their company, not stomp it into the mud with her mouth which she has no control of. Even if the shelf tag specified the size like her mouth did, still no excuse. You have a customer with a valid concern, and I was actually being nice to her, and she has so little respect for me as a customer to even get off the floor and talk to me like a human being and not treat me this way in front of other customers. If Circle K as a corporation condones this type of behavior then make a separate room where you can take a Customer and then just brow beat the heck out of them and they don't have to be humiliated in front of their fellow customers. Bye circle k! Circle K, 1810 S Country Club Dr, Mesa, AZ 85210

So I only checked in here so I could leave a review because Circle K let me down YET again…read more This time it was for pricing. So to anyone that doesn't know the following, LIKE the people who run Circle K obviously, vendors offer promo pricing to retailers for the purpose of getting the retailer to place items on sale so that they sell more product through said retailers. The idea is the vendor (Coke in this case) gives the retailer promo pricing so they can extend the promo pricing to the consumer. So this is an indictment of both Circle K AND Coca-cola, who distributes vitamin water. I went here to buy some large (32oz) size vitamin waters. I purchased 4 because I wanted at least 4 to hold me over a couple days, but the problem was there was no promo pricing anywhere for these vitamin waters. So I stuck with 4 and went to the register. One I checked out and got my receipt I noticed a discount for the amount of one vitamin water. So the deal I've seen elsewhere has been buy 2 get 1 free, but since I didn't see any promo pricing and didn't feel like driving to a different retailer, I just grabbed the 4. Now I drink vitamin water every day, mostly because I STOPPED drinking energy drinks that have about 60+ grams of sugar with these because they have about a 1/3 of that. Still not great, I know, but it's way better than energy drinks and sodas. Now given that I drink a lot of them, had I known the promo price was good here as well, I would have bought a total of 6 so I could get basically buy 4 get 2 free. So shame on Coke for not having their pricing displayed and shame on Circle k for NOT ONLY not having pricing displayed but having employees working that don't even know the promos let alone be willing to tell you, "hey those are buy 2 get one free" so I, the consumer, could make a more educated and informed decision on my purchase for this day. I am only give the second star because they DID at least have my flavor in stock with plenty.
