#1: This is the lowest quality quick trip I've ever been to. I've gone to quick trip with my kids 4-5 different sets of times and they never have the ice cream stocked... that's not coincidence, that's complacency and laziness at the highest level. #2: I live behind this quick trip in units so I'm forced to go here for everything I need for the day. As a regular I order the pizza for my family because it is delicious but when I do online order and it tells me ready by time there hasent been one instance of it being ready and on time. In fact most of the time when I pick it up, they are just putting it into the oven keeping me waiting there for 20 more minutes for pizza that should have already been done. #2.1: we order breakfast pizza routinely and recently it's cooked under cooked, dough is doughy in the middle and not crisp and pizza like. Not sure if your oven is broken or workers not doing time correct but maybe something to look into. #3: your energy drinks are never stocked correctly there is always holes here where drinks are missing because the assistant manager is not properly re ordering popular stock to keep inventory kept up. #4: id say 20-40% of the time I go there is a different homeless guy or girl bugging us as we walk into the door. I'm not a fan of that. Please have your staff pay attention to pan handling, it's extremely obnoxious to deal with. Staff needs an overhaul here, and training. For a regular that goes into this store 2-4 times a week it's honestly a gas station I would NOT recommend to friends and family. Convenience is the only reason I go. read more

QT use to be the spot. If I wanted a taquito or whatever that's quick, it would be stocked and it would be good. No more, these places become more and more like a circle k in how gross and crappy they are. If I had time to wait for something to be prepared, I would go to a real restaurant, but I usually don't so I stop in to grab something quick. In stead, I just go hungry because I also don't have time to stop at multiple spots. They've gotten to the point where they take us all for granted. Shame on QT read more

I am writing this review for one of the employees that has been there for a while. I don't know if he's a manager or not, but he should be. The employees name is Ray Jay. Ever since the first time I can remember, he's always been in a great mood very happy and very friendly. I don't think I have ever not seen him in a good mood. On the ew rare occasions that I have needed extra assistance he has. I know this is just a convenience store but it's nice to see that there can be great employees no matter where you go. Customer service is so important and Ray Jay has exemplary skills. So I guess I also need to give kudos to the manager who saw the skills Ray Jay had and hired him for it. All of my QT reviews are typically four or five stars. You have to run a messed up QT to earn a three star review. So why does this QT rate a one star review? Uh, that would be cause this place is so ghetto even a dumpster fire wouldn't be caught dead in it. The gas pumps and parking need about a playgrounds worth of kitty litter to sop up all the spilled gas and oil, and they look good in comparison to the restrooms. Nothing like standing in a quarter inch of pee to take a leak in a urinal right? My daughter said the women's restroom was worse. I must have had at least thee people hit me up for change while I was pumping gas, and almost got the door of my car ripped off by somebody screaming through the parking lot to get to a space in front. Super busy, super gross, and just super disturbing all around. This is a hard pass. read more

QT has some of the most high quality gas around, and there are always open pumps. The selection of snacks inside is very good. The only thing I wish they hadn't done is replace the frozen vanilla drink with horchata. But them adding the cafe makes up for it. read more

I know some think COVID is a made up thing others of us have a different opinion but we do have ordinances and store policies we all have to follow. I Just entered store approximately half of patrons not wearing mask even with mask required sign on door. I give credit to the staff that they are complying. If needed hire an extra worker to monitor door. My employer has hire extra employees 24 hours a day just to clean due to the virus. It is part doing business in today's situation. read more

Great location for getting quick fuel. The only downside is you will get asked for change by about 5 different homeless people. It's ok for me ,but I would never send my daughter or wife here. The staff is very nice,but did nothing when I mentioned there are scary people going up to girls in there cars asking for cash & food. The bathrooms were clean and the check out line is fast!
