The service at this location is friendly, though be prepared to wait quite a while. They do try to get it to move, but only so much you can do when you are 15+ cars deep. The parking lot is a bit chaotic, so it dampers the atmosphere of relaxing in your car while you wait. Though, this seems to be a theme at every location I've been to as they are very popular. Even with the mix-up, the food was still fresh and tasted great. The burgers were made well, and you can't really beat how consistent their quality usually is.
