Next month, I'll have been using this pharmacy for about two years. I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. Always get greeted pretty quickly. Even when my prescription wasnt ready, sometimes they expedited it just because I'm there. Once I was not having a good day and the lady at the front said some kind words to me of encouragement, even though she not to say anything. As long as there isn't a line, they check me out pretty quickly... They don't always ask me questions about my prescription. read more

Customer service in the pharmacy is a joke. I am a disabled American and the amount of discrimination, disrespect and mistreatment here is disgusting. I have a heart condition, bone conditions and breathing conditions. Traveling is hard for me so on the days i do feel good ill go pickup my medicine and most of the tine i cant move so ill get them delivered. I also have a assistance Animal and the cashiers supervisor was so grossly rude and assumptions run wild here, accusing instead of kindly asking. Ive worked 35 yrs in customer service and support and this Walgreens's needs to properly train all its employees on discrimination and social prejudice against people with physical or mental disabilities. This location has caused me to go without my heart medication for days. i've explained to them this issue, and they do not care. Even on days that I feel better and can move about, I will never step foot in this Walgreens again. read more

The pharmacy has poor listening skills. They refilled prescription doses from an old doctor. I had an updated prescription come through from a new doctor. I called to confirm with them. They confirmed and still gave me the incorrect dosage. I was supplied 1 weeks worth based on insurance I don't even have anymore as well as an outdated prescription. I called to confirm for the second time and they still screwed it up. Nice people but they do not take the time to confirm / read. read more

I had made appointment for COVID vaccine booster shot at 3pm and due to bad construction on Stapley, I was there at 3:10. Got check in and still waiting for another 45min without being called. This is ridiculous experience I have ever experienced at Walgreens. If I have to wait for almost an hour to get vaccinated then what is the point of making appointment. I had to take time off from work to get vaccines and now I couldn't come back on time to resume my work. What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. If your location is under staffed, do not take appointment or at least let your customers know so they know what to expect. read more

Worst service from the pharmacy ever!! Went to pick up a prescription which was not ready told me 15 min, 25 minutes goes by, went up to the counter asked, they thought there was an allergy problem so they basically Stopped filling never contacted me as they knew I was waiting, then started the process again waited close to an hour! No apologies, nothing! Find another Walgreens to go to, There wasn't an issue with staffing as they had plenty of people behind the counter. read more

Asked to use the restroom before I bought some stuff and was told the restrooms were "closed actually" and she wouldn't let me use it. Seemed like just a pathetic excuse because she was too lazy to walk back or just tell me the pin. Who closes their restrooms at 6 PM? LOL, Hire new employees Walgreens. Bless my daughter's heart for looking out for me, she insisted we stop in here en route home because I mentioned I was low on my beer and she knew they had it here for $2.99/6-pack. I even lucked out and got a clerk with gray hair who was able to sell it to me without having to call someone else older to the register like what happens at the one near Alma School and W.Southern. So I got my stash and was back out to the car in record time. Yay! read more

They failed to process my copay cards, then refused to fix the problem. I had to pay an $80 copay when I should have had a $0 copay. They claimed that they could not readjudicate the claims with the copay assistance. Basically, they said "better luck next time" and sent me on my way. If you have a copay card, do not leave the pharmacy counter until you are sure they have processed it or you will be stuck paying the full copay price without getting the copay assistance that you are entitled to. read more

Usually I love all the employees here; they are fast and efficient!!! But Huan today was a wreck. He barely made eye contact, I asked him a direct question and he deflected it with unrelated information and beckoned the next customer towards us while I was still taking to him. I love my neighborhood Walgreen's, While they can sometimes be a little slow, it is because they give all their customers 100%. The pharmacy is always willing to answer questions that I have about vitamins, supplements, or just a question. I have always used this location as my pharmacy and they are great. But I made the mistake of ordering online and had it sent to the store for free shipping. That was a huge mistake. I received an email stating it had been delivered. I went to pick it up and the "assistant" couldn't find it. I kept telling him that the email said that it had been delivered to the mailbox at the store address. He refused to look for it other than "where it should be". After 15 minutes of trying to get him to look around, I left without my order. I called the next day and again was told that it wasn't there. Finally someone actually looked it up and realized it was sent through the post office. I was put on hold and then hung up on. 8 hours later I got a chance to call back and they magically found it in the mailbox. My tip for others... pay for the shipping it's not worth the hassle getting the free shipping. Better yet use a different company. read more

I don't understand how they allow their cashiers to act like this. My boyfriend and I went in there to purchase chocolate for his grandmother. As we were walking up to the register, the cashier walked off to the side to slowly take a drink of her soda, then slowly walked up to the counter to check us out. We didn't even get a greeting. My boyfriend had to initiate a conversation by saying "How are you doing?" And she said "Oh I'm doing good" and that was it. No, "How about yourself?" Nothing! She slowly proceeded to check us out while quietly talking to another employee that was standing around doing nothing. She finished checking us out and handed us our receipt while STILL speaking to the employee about personal business, not work related. We didn't even get a "Have a nice day!" Not a smile or anything. Never going there again! If you hate your job, either go somewhere else or suck it up and deal with it, don't take it out on your customers.. And the worst part was that she was an older lady! I would expect this from a teenager, but not a middle aged women! read more
