I stop here now when I need something quick after work as its close to many public transportation (bus, free shuttle, 10 minute walk to light rail or a quick ride on the street car)

I…read moreregularly get Depo administered at CVS Minute Clinics so I was shocked that I was denied a service provided at the Minute Clinic due to a service provider's beliefs. I can understand exercising conscientious objection if you work at a private practice but the CVS Minute Clinic is not that. There was not another provider on staff who could administer Depo for me. Asserting her religious objection to fulfilling her professional obligation negatively impacted my health and access to care. As a medical provider, it is her duty to do no harm yet her refusal to administer Depo caused harm. Medical providers have a responsibility to respect patient autonomy. I have no qualms with her personal beliefs but allowing her beliefs to interfere with her professional duties, as a CVS employee, limits access to care. She should find alternative employment as she expected me to find alternative care.

In particular, Debbie's presence exemplified these qualities, and her recent retirement marks a noticeable loss. Unfortunately, my experience since her departure has been disappointing. During a recent visit, I interacted with Vincent, whose approach felt impersonal and dismissive. I was not acknowledged until I initiated contact at the window, and even after a pharmacy technician attempted to assist me, my concerns did not seem to be meaningfully addressed. Rather than demonstrating a willingness to help, Vincent conveyed a transactional attitude and suggested that pharmacists may simply choose how they wish to engage with patients; an approach that, in this case, felt lacking in both attentiveness and care. As a result of this experience, I will now be taking additional steps to ensure a more positive interaction in the future, including confirming staff availability before visiting. It is unfortunate to see such a contrast from the high standard of service I had come to expect from this location.

The store is well stocked with a wide variety compared to my home location. I go to Walgreens specifically for their XOXO cat food with pumpkin gravy. My cats love it, and it occasionally goes on sale. The aisles are very narrow, so it's hard to fit more than one or two people, but it wasn't contested. For you're on the go looking for little items that you don't necessarily want to visit a bigger store for, this is a good place to stop.

Showed me how to use it and even stayed with me. To help edit my father's photo. We placed our order and left and expected to come back at 4 PM. But to our surprise, we gotta call an hour early to personally. Let us know that my photos were ready when I got there. I told her how at Michael's they wanted to charge me if the size wasn't right but she said it will be perfect. And if it's not bring it back and I will make sure it's done right and I won't charge you anything. Do not worry. You know what? For the first time in the last 2 weeks planning this funeral. They're very attentive and understand the importance of urgency with getting certain types of medications filled and ready for pick up in a timely manner. 4. They're very helpful with contacting providers and insurance carriers for medication/dosage approval. 5. If they don't have it in stock they'll point you to the next closest CVS that does have it in stock. Downfalls: 1. Getting through the phone tree to talk to them is impossible and only leads to leaving them a voicemail. 2. Not sure about all medications, but for me they're regularly out of stock of at least one of my medications each time I pick up. 3. They have several manufacturers they alternate restocking medications with, and if you're sensitive to your meds like I am you'll be able to notice a difference in overall quality of the same medication from one manufacturer to another.

So basically we learned that if you're parking in the Cityscape garage to go to the Cityscape there's a secret path to the Cityscape minus signage! Once you park there's a shortcut you can take if you walk through the CVS to the other side, then bam you'll magically appear in the Cityscape! Oh how easy a few signs for guidance could make our lives a little less frustrating but thanks to nice cashiers we figured out how to get to the Cityscape!

Items were easy to find but I got weird vibes inside the store. Staff seemed on edge, I think they have unsavory clientele because they seemed very guarded with me. I came in to buy toothpaste ya'll, come on now... An entire entrance to the store is cornered off and many registers are not in use, this gave me even more of an eerie vibe. I'd like to see what this place is like during the day, at night it seems like a no-go. As for the good, this CVS has an amazing inventory of souvenirs, shirts, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The location is clean and tidy, I was able to locate my items fairly quickly. Additionally, this location is pretty sizable. I had a lot of space to walk around and explore.
