It is one of the two locations located at the Arizona State University Tempe Campus. Every now and then, when I need something on the way home from work or to work, I will stop by here out of convenience. I have interacted with the staff, purchased various products, and browsed the shelves for other items over the years. The store is sometimes a bit messy and sometimes very clean. It really depends on the day I stop by. For the most part, the store is easy to navigate. The staff is very friendly and helpful though sometimes it is difficult to find the staff in the store as the front of the store can be considered the back of the store, and the back of the store can be considered the front of the store due to registers on both sides. They also have products like ASU spirit items and clothing, which you won't find at all CVS stores. I have rarely ever waited to check out at this store. I encourage everyone to sign up for ExtraCare, which is a free membership and includes sales prices, deals for you, 2% back in ExtraBucks rewards, a $3 birthday reward, and up to $50 in ExtraBucks rewards at the pharmacy. Then, for $60 per year ($5 per month), you can purchase membership in the ExtraCare+ program, which includes $10 in ExtraBucks rewards per month, free same-day delivery, free shipping, free same-day Rx delivery, 20% off CVS Health brand products, and 24/7 pharmacist help line. Occasionally, there is a $48 discounted annual rate for ExtraCare+ or another promotion. I have heavily used the ExtraCare+ program over the past many years. Also, while the Black Friday CVS deals were incredible a number of years ago, now you can only get good deals but not incredible deals with free items. While I'm a huge fan of CVS in general and the ExtraCare+ program, the stores are hit or miss. I will gladly still come back to this store as need be in the future as it is certainly convenient, and I can get what I need here.

Her cell phone was off so I got worried and just decided to called the store. The employee Andrea answered and was so unbelievably sweet and offered to look around the store for her. Haha. So all is good and I just felt the need to leave a good review for the customer service that was provided. It's not often you get to meet someone so genuinely nice like that. I called them days ahead of time to refill my eliquis. The automated system said both my scripts would be ready for pickup by 10:45am 10/15/26. One med, diltiazem , they couldn't get. One of the most commonly RX'd meds on earth and leave it to garbage Walgreens to not be able to source it. Now the eliquis, when stopped abruptly carries the risk of a rebound clot that will kill you. I explained this to the 5 year old on the phone and she could not have cared less. ZERO F's GIVEN. Walgreens is trash, the 20 year old children they employ to get your medication care more about their eyelashes and what Javier is doing while she's at work being an idiot then they do keeping you alive. Typical.

When my insurance changed and I had to go to a different pharmacy for a few years, I was really disappointed and realized even more so how great Brandon and Hadley and the others at this location are. If people are complaining it is because they are complainers. Every so often there is a clerk that is a bit clueless or new, but that is the same thing that happens at Doctors offices. You get a great doctor, but front staff is inexperienced or vice versa. That is life everywhere.

Best pharmacy! Strongly suggest transferring your prescriptions here!…read more The staff is always friendly and helpful. I feel like they genuinely care about their customers and will go to great lengths to help patients get the medications they need if they run out of stock. In several instances, when they did not have my medication in stock, they called several other pharmacies until they found one that carried it and then made sure to have it in stock the next time I refilled the medication. Before coming to this location, I was under the assumption that most pharmacists lacked socials skills and empathy. Now I know that is not the case. A special shout out to Dr. David Darbandi! His customer service far exceeds all of my expectations for a pharmacist! The company better do whatever they can to keep him on staff; otherwise, I will follow him to his next pharmacy like a groupie. Lol. I'm kidding, but you all get my point.

Incompetence abounds. Also with the added bonus of rudeness for absolutely no reason…read more Observed woman with accent state she had a question. Student pharmacist belittled her and made her repeat herself multiple times, when the poor woman had a simple question (and I, not being racist, easily understood her questions). Wednesday refill request confirmed via text. Called literally a dozen times and never got a human to answer a single time. No way to know if it was actually filled, so waited FOUR DAYS before coming to pick it up. Student pharmacist hollered at me "what are you here for" (without my being able to see her due to their partitions) so I assumed she was speaking to someone else. Basic conversation (not to mention customer service) etiquette suggests she could have moved a foot over to make eye contact and make it obvious she was trying to speak to me. Other CVS locations around the country will lower the partitions when it's close to their lunch time. Not here. Instead, student pharmacist just barked to other customers "we're closed!" With no explanation. Obviously we all get that you deserve (legally and as humans!) a lunch break. But you don't have to be blatantly rude. I arrived 1:25. Student pharmacist retorted with attitude "no, you got here 1 minute before lunch time". Um... no I didn't. You were wrong. You made me wait for the pharmacist to fix YOUR error, not to mention why in 4 days have you not filled a Rx that was ready for refill, which I can't confirm when you don't answer the phone 12 times over 4 days. I'm a prescriber and guess what? Won't be coming back nor will I ever send patients to CVS or Target
