While I still stand that this location is not great once the sun goes down,…read moreduring the day they do a damn good job making sure the self check outs are staffed and making sure the homeless are loitering/stealing or harassing everyone. They even had security working there. It makes me wonder where they are during the night time. I even used the pharmacy recently. I got my prescription without any issues and quickly. I stop here now when I need something quick after work as its close to many public transportation (bus, free shuttle, 10 minute walk to light rail or a quick ride on the street car)

I…read moreregularly get Depo administered at CVS Minute Clinics so I was shocked that I was denied a service provided at the Minute Clinic due to a service provider's beliefs. I can understand exercising conscientious objection if you work at a private practice but the CVS Minute Clinic is not that. There was not another provider on staff who could administer Depo for me. Asserting her religious objection to fulfilling her professional obligation negatively impacted my health and access to care. As a medical provider, it is her duty to do no harm yet her refusal to administer Depo caused harm. Medical providers have a responsibility to respect patient autonomy. I have no qualms with her personal beliefs but allowing her beliefs to interfere with her professional duties, as a CVS employee, limits access to care. She should find alternative employment as she expected me to find alternative care.

My experiences with the pharmacy had been equally positive. The pharmacists were consistently kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic; always willing to take the time to address concerns with care and professionalism. In particular, Debbie's presence exemplified these qualities, and her recent retirement marks a noticeable loss. Unfortunately, my experience since her departure has been disappointing. During a recent visit, I interacted with Vincent, whose approach felt impersonal and dismissive. I was not acknowledged until I initiated contact at the window, and even after a pharmacy technician attempted to assist me, my concerns did not seem to be meaningfully addressed. Rather than demonstrating a willingness to help, Vincent conveyed a transactional attitude and suggested that pharmacists may simply choose how they wish to engage with patients; an approach that, in this case, felt lacking in both attentiveness and care. As a result of this experience, I will now be taking additional steps to ensure a more positive interaction in the future, including confirming staff availability before visiting. It is unfortunate to see such a contrast from the high standard of service I had come to expect from this location.

The store is well stocked with a wide variety compared to my home location. I go to Walgreens specifically for their XOXO cat food with pumpkin gravy. My cats love it, and it occasionally goes on sale. The aisles are very narrow, so it's hard to fit more than one or two people, but it wasn't contested. For you're on the go looking for little items that you don't necessarily want to visit a bigger store for, this is a good place to stop.

cashier that rang me up had accused me of stealing and ripped the doordash order out of my hand…read moreafter I had already paid for it and got the receipt and had tried purchasing a personal item but I didn't have enough funds so I left the personal order on the counter and tried walking out with the doordash order still in my hand when she told me stop and to come back and that I cannot leave without finishing paying for my items so i went back up to the counter and she riped the order out of my hands said no you still owe me 15 cents, I said thats the doordash order that I already paid for and the receipt is in the bag, the items I couldnt finish paying for were behind her and I pointed it out and said "look" and she refused to do anything, sat there and stared me down and still accused me of trying to steal, which I do not appreciate at all because I have never stolen anything in my life, finally a nice customer offered to pay the extra 15 cents I still owed and I was able to leave the store with both the doordash order and the items I wanted to purchase, absolutely horrible attitude and I'm declining any orders from here from now on, idk what these people that work in retail think but they need to learn some manners and to treat people with respect unless its not being reciprocated, which I was incredibly polite towards the lady that was working there at the time

They're very attentive and understand the importance of urgency with getting certain types of medications filled and ready for pick up in a timely manner. 4. They're very helpful with contacting providers and insurance carriers for medication/dosage approval. 5. If they don't have it in stock they'll point you to the next closest CVS that does have it in stock. Downfalls: 1. Getting through the phone tree to talk to them is impossible and only leads to leaving them a voicemail. 2. Not sure about all medications, but for me they're regularly out of stock of at least one of my medications each time I pick up. 3. They have several manufacturers they alternate restocking medications with, and if you're sensitive to your meds like I am you'll be able to notice a difference in overall quality of the same medication from one manufacturer to another.

I'd like to see what this place is like during the day, at night it seems like a no-go. As for the good, this CVS has an amazing inventory of souvenirs, shirts, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The location is clean and tidy, I was able to locate my items fairly quickly. Additionally, this location is pretty sizable. I had a lot of space to walk around and explore.

And the prices you see online are not always what's in the actual store. One could be way cheaper than the other, so hold on to those receipts or if you have the app, returns/exchanges are no problem! While you're here, there's a Starbies inside if you need anything lil pick-me-up while you shop. Employees are pretty helpful and friendly. This is one of the closer locations to my office, so it's great for drive-up orders too!
