cashier that rang me up had accused me of stealing and ripped the doordash order out of my hand after I had already paid for it and got the receipt and had tried purchasing a personal item but I didn't have enough funds so I left the personal order on the counter and tried walking out with the doordash order still in my hand when she told me stop and to come back and that I cannot leave without finishing paying for my items so i went back up to the counter and she riped the order out of my hands said no you still owe me 15 cents, I said thats the doordash order that I already paid for and the receipt is in the bag, the items I couldnt finish paying for were behind her and I pointed it out and said "look" and she refused to do anything, sat there and stared me down and still accused me of trying to steal, which I do not appreciate at all because I have never stolen anything in my life, finally a nice customer offered to pay the extra 15 cents I still owed and I was able to leave the store with both the doordash order and the items I wanted to purchase, absolutely horrible attitude and I'm declining any orders from here from now on, idk what these people that work in retail think but they need to learn some manners and to treat people with respect unless its not being reciprocated, which I was incredibly polite towards the lady that was working there at the time read more

Terrible they apparently do not care how long you have to wait in line with one girl at the register while others are walking around the store doing whatever they're doing and when you ask if there's only one person at the register they say yes and then all of a sudden half an hour later as you're still standing here in line they come up and help really seriously this is a holiday season get your crap together people shouldn't have to wait in line more than five minutes because you're too lazy to come up to the register read more

My whole shopping experience was horrible. I went in for a few things. And one of the workers there was talking about inappropriate things she would do with the store manager. And I've witnessed nothing but females working at this location I have yet to see a male worker. The store manger is rude and sarcastic and snobby, wouldn't let me use any rewards that I have received from signing up for their credit card. I would NEVER come back to this location. read more

Absolutely awful service. Rude customers who interrupted us to train an employee. Took forever and when they said our pictures would be developed in a week when they took over a month. I was in dire need of eye drops for serious allergies and the Pharmacy entered in the information incorrectly and kept stating my insurance would not cover. Not the case at all. It is approved. My insurance now has to work to get it taken care of. I'm unsure of her name, but the pharmacy technician was extremely rude. She hung up on me on the phone and was very unprofessional when I was in the drive thru. read more

Absolutely do not choose this location if you need test results within 72 hours for travel. We landed in hawaii yesterday and now we're being forced to self quarantine because we still have not got our results back. It's been more then 72 hours and still nothing. We've called Walgreens for help and they're worthless. They can't do anything. One of the guys in the pharmacy said he would emails us the information for "LabCorp" so we could contact them directly. We never got that email he promised he would send.... I eventually contacted LabCorp on my own but they're hours of operation especially during a "pandemic" are worthless and closed all weekend so we're stuck in our hotel room in hawaii and can't leave for risk of being imprisoned. Thank you so much Walgreens for your worthless customer service and a ruined vacation we had had planned for weeks. If you'd like to make things right we'd really appreciate a free vacation to hawaii for ruining ours...... read more

Sorry but this is the worst Walgreens pharmacy services ever. Had my prescription sent here for refills and it's been more the am 1 an half, so I pull up to the window and she tells me they won't be ready for another 30 minutes . DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! My boyfriend stopped here, parked in the front for less than 5 minutes to pick something up, and in less than that amount of time his car was broken into and items were stolen that you wouldn't see unless the window or door were open, which it wasn't. They literally broke into his car to see what was in there before they stole anything. The manager, Tim, apologized and gave us a copy of the video and said his car had been broken into 2x since he started working there, and told us it's common for this to happen at this particular Walgreens. When the cops came they said they've never gotten calls regarding broken car windows. So my boyfriend was the first to report it? Wow!!! I just moved to Baseline and was going to use this Walgreens because it was the most convenient between work and home. Now I'll go to a more inconvenient location just so I can keep the windows on my car. Thank you very much. read more

I just feel like I have to warn people about using the photo services here. I got back from my vacation in Rome and ordered 464 photos online at this Walgreens. When I inspected my prints, I was not crazy about the quality. The pictures were pixelated and parts were cut off. I decided to do some research to try and identify if this was a printing problem or a problem with my iPhone7. According to Shutterfly and iPhone Photography School my pictures should be superior quality. I then proceeded to call corporate Walgreens to inquire about the reprint/refund process. I was told that Walgreens has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So, I went to the Walgreens store to get a refund. At first, things seemed to be going smoothly. I was informed by a female associate that she would have to count the photos for the refund transaction. No problem with me, have fun counting 464 photos. I didn't count them when I got them. About 3/4 through her counting the photos I asked her "are you putting those in stacks of 50???" She said yes...then there's a major problem. She finished counting with only 5 stacks, meaning there were only approximately 250 photos out of the 464 that I ordered. Of course, they think I'm lying and offer me a refund on the 250. I didn't even like the quality of the print, I didn't steal any! So she went to get her manager. He comes out and asks me if there's a problem with the photos or the order. I said, well, both! I don't like the quality and I only received about half my order! He told me that there isn't anything wrong with the quality of their printing, that's just how my photos are. I politely showed him my research and asked about their 100% satisfaction guarantee. He said that only applies for things like lines through the photo, or damage. I told him that I already called corporate and asked about the refund process concerning quality. He made me tell him the number I called, but then he gave me the refund for my full order. I was flabbergasted. I didn't know what star rating to give this experience, because I got my money back. However, I am glad I went to return these when I did. If the female associate didn't count the prints, I would have gone a lot longer before realizing how many I was missing. I tried to ask them if this happened because of how large my order was. If they may have been misplaced. Maybe they just never were printed in the first place. They didn't have any answers for me. Im sure they assumed I was the problem, not them. I'm happy that they did the right thing in the end and gave me my money back. Otherwise, I would be needing to make some more calls to headquarters. Sad to say, this interaction has scared me out of using the Walgreens photo in the future. The service isn't cheap either, I paid like $60 and that was with a 40% off coupon. For the price, I had higher expectations. Never in my dizziest daydreams did I ever expect to come home with only half of what I paid for. I am in shock. read more
