$13 for a soap and water car wash where the dryer stopped while my car was still dripping.... I feel very ripped off. The point of a drive-thru wash is to not get out of your car and do the drying yourself. Your competition charges less and leaves you with a dry car. My mistake , I should've turned around when I saw the price. read more

warning: check their ratings with the bbb (f) and watch the youtube videos about the damage their car washes are causing to customer vehicles. caused $870 in damages to my vehicle they never call back after filing in-person complaint and calling their office many times. none of the other arizona car washes have this problem, go anywhere else but here! First, the attendant in the beginning asks if we want a membership I nicely decline the offer and she tried pushing me into getting a membership, it kind of got me annoyed because at this point she was looking at me in a weird way and being a bit pushy of us trying to get the membership but again I said no. Second, it took us incredibly long to even get in the wash because she kept going back inside to go get a new tablet. When we got to pay she asked us "so you just want the normal wash, soap water?" We said yes. The normal wash. Even though we were getting the normal wash which was $9.99 instead she charged us the monthly membership that we did not ask for which was $19.99. Lastly, I'd figure that paying $20 for a wash that was not good at all, My windows and doors are still dirty. This was honestly the worst car wash I've been too. I would not recommend. read more

I have had great experiences until today. My fault, I forgot to take my stickers off my car. Another time I did that, I went back, the young man spent almost 10 min looking for it and found it! Today, I went back to ask about my missing sticker and the woman "manager" lied to me... told me they looked 3 times... which took about 30 seconds. I know they didn't look... they came back too fast. Then she continued to raise her voice to me and interrupt me. Never again will I go there. read more

Friendly staff but they are trying to sell you on a monthly subscription. What I like about Cobblestone Car Wash is that they have the microfiber towels for guests to use. This car wash does not, so supply your own when you go. read more

I've been with them since they opened this location on Signal Butte but canceled my membership today after discovering that they upgraded me to the highest plan they offer without my approval. When I called customer support they put me on the plan I had but at a higher price than what I was paying. So I lost my grandfather in price due to them upgrading me without my permission. Be warned keep a close eye on your account they could upgrade you without your permission and then want to charge you a higher to put you back on the plan you were on. read more

I am not trying to go back and forth, but your people told me when I signed up that I could cancel at anytime online. When you go online you have to fish around to find out that you have to email them to cancel, and conveniently they respond several days later to let you know you are canceled as of a month later. With regards to your 'guarantee' , I should not have to go through a car wash twice each visit, and still have a dirty car, which is exactly what was happening with your top wash. read more

Pulled in nothing was offered, guy just checked my plate I wanted the best service paid $20 for it, pull around there was only one dude, the guy sprays windshield with soap real quick and nothing more and send us thru didn't do anything our $20 paid for go in about halfway everything stops, we see both guys go in a door halfway in on the left and then come out shortly after, everything came back on we made it thru I went to inspect my vehicle and it didn't look like much was even cleaned I could still see spots all over and my windshield the main thing to see through didn't come clean at all this place was a waste if time and money read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here because of the reviews, which I now believe are fake. That's because going through their wash one time absolutely SHREDDED my paint. There are dozens of major and minor chips all around the car, there is even a DENT on my hood and a small crack in my windshield. See attached for pictures/videos. Here's the worst part: after filling out an incident report, and waiting the 7 days they told me it would take to process, I had to follow up with THEM. I contacted the manager, Jennifer white, who said they were looking into it. 2 weeks later she is now ducking my calls. No matter the time of day I call, I go straight to voicemail. I got this car in perfect condition from a dealership 5 days before this happened, and of course I have pictures of the car before and after. I have to get an estimate on the damage before taking this through insurance, but that's my mistake. Save yourself some trouble and go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. read more

Been to this place a few times and over all they are ok. Had been a month since I last got a car wash and had a little dirt around the wheels and a little on the side from a dirt road after a monsoon Thought I'd spend a bit extra and get the 20$ wash since I only get car washes a few times a year since I keep the car in the garage. This time though even with the higher priced wash it didn't even clean the tires or wheel wells. Got a great new scratch on the side of the truck. Oh and to top it off it literally bent my license plate in half. Found this all out once I got home to look over the clean job. So use this place at your own risk. read more

Left Super Star Carwash for hopefully better experience!! The staff was awesome!!! Just have a couple concerns. The air gun hose needs more pressure, I had to use it twice as more. The vacuum suction..... PLEASE DON'T Touch A THING!!! Wow they work great!!!! The extra foam I paid for..... dang that's soapy!!!! Hope it stays that way!!! Only issue is at the end of my wash, there wasn't enough water pressure to wash off all the soap. I had to stay longer in the stall and use twice as many towels to get it off my truck. Towel service is great!! Only issue is the dirty towels were FULL and over flowing at every stall that supplied them. Do they get washed during the day for re-use or is it once they're used up that's it for the day? Air hose at each side of the stall is also nice!!! The discount for adding another vehicle is sweet!!! I did add a second vehicle. The ceramic coating makes my truck SHINE again!!! Hope that doesn't change!!! Hoping you're open to suggestions/concerns. Super Star carwash couldn't care less!! Time to take my other vehicle through. read more

The "special" quote I was given for signing up for membership, I had been TOLD would be continual! I was TOLD to pick ANY wash for $9.99 and because it was the first couple days of opening, THAT $9.99 charge would continue month-to-month. This is what YOUR salesperson TOLD me! This is what I mean as DECEPTIVE. And no, I did not review all the fine print on the email I recieved afterwards because I was DECIEVED BY YOUR EMPLOYEE when I signed up. All she told me to do was initial on the line. I wasnt given a chance to read anything and I ASSUMED I was being told the truth. It wasnt until I got the next month's charge that I questioned things. Apparently your manager KNEW of whom I was speaking and KNEW this had happened to other people. THIS is deceptive! It was KNOWN to be happening and yet you still BLAME the customer. Its not as if I cannot afford to pay for the monthly fee (or I wouldnt have signed up) but after this SHAMEFUL experience and your LACK of customer service... I just canceled altogether. This is what I mean by DECEPTIVE. Posting a price on banners for one thing and having an EMPLOYEE tell me something different because of a SUPER SECRET SPECIAL DEAL which was good only that day... that is 100% DECEPTIVE! Quick Quack told me where towels are and I used them the next time. I still think that their dryers could be better. Too much wiping water or dirt off on basic car wash. They were very responsive to my complaints and I complement them for the care and concern. read more

I'm really happy with having a monthly membership to the East Mesa location. I never have to wait in line and love having a clean car all the time. The vacuums and towels they provide work really well. The employees are really friendly. This sure beats going to a big carwash and waiting 20 minutes to get your car cleaned!
