I've been going here on a plan for over a year. Your employee, Hunter, is never the friendliest, which doesn't bother me as it's a 10 minute car wash. Today, Hunter crossed the line, was very rude. Went in for the $6 car wash, and the attendant told me they had a promotion for $5, I would get the $14.95 car wash for the $5 with unlimited car washes for 30 days. Sounded great. A few weeks later I went in with a second vehicle for the $6 car wash and was told about the $5 promotion. Little did I know they enrolled me for a unlimited plan that I did not authorize, this automatically renews monthly. Phone line never picks up, spent 30 minutes on hold, after calling multiple times. Finally got through only to hear from Stephanie, that the normal wait is closer to an hour. And that she wasn't sure what the attendant told me when he was pushing the promotion. Do not trust this carwash. I paid for a one time carwash and got randomly signed up for monthly subscription. I called the corporate office and got a hold of Stephanie. She said they can only pay back two months of the four month they been stealing from me. Consider this a warning for scam. read more

If there was less than one star, I would give it. I washed my vehicle last week. The driver's side mirror snapped in. I have a FastPass but asked a fellow standing at the gate why that happened. Never did before. He didnt know how to answer, but a fellow who claimed he is the manager came over. Talk about rude! He pointed to a sign that said I had to do it. Ok, then how do I reach over and pull in the side mirror on passenger side? They are manual mirrors on my Hyundai Palisade. Should I get out and push it to hold up people behind me? The managet said he has been at the Ironwood & Baseline location for 3 years. Honest to God, I never saw the sign. He said, "well, goodbye". I said under my breath, " f- ck off!" He said, " What did you say?" I uad my window half up already when I uttered the curse. He replied, "Drive out, you are NOT getting a wash." I left and drove to another Superstar. A fellow there said, " our sign suggests if you have electronic mirrors to bring them in." I mentioned the manager at Ironwood. Two employees stated, "Oh yeah, that guy's a piece of work!" read more

This wash is right by my house so I always use it, I've never had a problem here and it gets the car clean. I like that there's almost always an open vacuum stall too. Every time I try it gives me error and when I've called they say there's no account with my card on file? Well how the hell is my card getting charged?!? Here we go! I tried to do the right thing and went back in 4 times and talked to two different managers to resolve the damage done to my 2007 Chevy Silverado LTZ. One older manager was annoyed that I filled out a damage claim. The other younger guy told me he would handle it, call me back, he took photos, I took photos, no call back ZERO, I've been BLOWN OFF!!! I had previously been through the wash 3X times with no issue. On my fourth visit , the worker failed or the setting failed to shift to "tall vehicle setting" halfway through the wash roller slammed the top of my cab. My light bar was so violently slapped it reversed scratching my paint on top of cab, wires ripped out, one bracket completely bent into top of hood and dented it. Light bar now likely completely destroying with that level of impact. TALL VEHICLE WARNING!!! These guys are either incompetent on pushing buttons, their equipment is faulty, or they have no damage protocol in place other than lying to damaged customers and failing to respond. I will be filing in small claims court in Apache Junction as I believe I have done everything possible on my end to resolve this and I'm likely looking at upwards of $1,000 in damages read more

The workers are super helpful! Only one time, in my many times of going there, was it hard to find a worker to help through the wash station. Always stocked on towels to use when cleaning your car. Prices are fair and the membership is definitely worth it! read more

Really never thought about getting a subscription to a car wash until now. A great car wash especially for the price. Everything is new and updated so my bigger truck actually comes out clean. Nothing to complain about and it seems like they don't cheap out where most places do. And I like that they proved plenty of damp towels too. Just wish I lived closer by. My original review was removed. I have the unlimited and I drive rideshare so I get my car washed at least twice a week. There have been several times where a car was in the fast pass lane with attendants talking to the driver. Even when I would pull in behind the car the chat would continue. The last time I was there only one car was in the lanes, in the fast pass lane and again the staff was chatting with the driver so I sat there. I finally backed up and tried to get through the other lanes and had to back up and get behind the fast pass lane again. I got fed up with waiting while the staff leaned on the payment machine talking and I backed out and left. It's not worth my time or money to use that car wash again. read more

This is a brand new car wash. First of all it's a great location, but they truly have great customer service Jason is amazing. There's a lot of options out there to get your car washed so sometimes it all comes down to customer service and because of that I will certainly be returning on a regular basis and I recommend this place to anybody it's well worth the price. The attendant working the carwash kiosk talked me and my partner into purchasing an unlimited carwash package on Presidents day weekend. He informed us that it was valid for 2 vehicles and so we purchased it. When we asked how we use it for our 2nd vehicle, he told us just to bring it next time we need a wash and they'd enter our 2nd vehicle into the system. So the next day we brought it by and they supposedly entered it into the system. Well fast forward to today, we brought our 2nd vehicle to the Crimson location and they said our membership was only valid for 1 vehicle and did not allow us to enter the carwash. So either the employee was mistaken or he lied to us to get us to buy a car wash membership. We were totally embarrassed at the Crimson location and they were unprofessional for telling us to back out instead of having us pull forward and opening the gate to let us out. read more

So, the "WASH" isn't bad, could use a better drying system, or at least someone using towels getting all the water that the blow dryer is missing (and it is quite a bit). While the humans that work there are friendly, they seem to either get and distribute fake promos and other information, or they seem to make it up as they go. I fell for the $5 for a month promo, told I actually had to OPT IN to keep it. LIE !!! I had to shut off my card to keep them from hitting it. I was given a card with a number so I could speak with someone live to work things out. LIE ! the live "Human" option only goes to a busy signal. For your BEST Wash, with top notch customer service, and overall experience go the extra mile and go to Jacksons car wash. At least they don't LIE to you. They have overall better Wash, service, and other options. My only regret is that they do not have a location way out here in Apache Junction. Do not waste your time going to this SSCW (super star car wash) location. Unless they somehow pull a miracle out of their collective butt and correct their lying and misinformation campaign, I will go the 22 miles and KNOW that I am getting the absolute best value for my money, that includes the fuel spent for the trip there and back.
