Monday lunch! It wasn't crowded at all. But it was a "holiday" so they put a set price for $20 an adult and kids were pretty much $10. The white rice didn't smell pleasant at all in the rice cooker. The sushi rice was so hard and the food didn't have much flavor. A lot of the dessert was air dried. The hot and sour soup was extraaaa sour. I know a lot of the shrimp was left over meals. Place is completely a joke, went with a group of buddies and our waitress didn't even talk to us nor came up to us up until the end when it was time to hand us our bill, then the lady has the audacity to ask for a tip!! I took it up front a paid in cash, before it got handed to be the lady grabbed my 10 and handed me the rest, I yelled no I'm not tipping anyone with por serving skills. Lady still had the audacity to hold onto my 10 so I snatched it out of her hand and threw her my change of a few coins she handed me, telling her that's all she deserves. A NIGHTMARE VALENTINES DAY. Came to eat with my family, the waitress took advantage of my dad as he was trying to leave a tip, she explained it wasn't ENOUGH FOR HER. She snooped her nose into his wallet as he unwillingly was trying to cough up a few extra dollars for her UNGRATEFUL SELFLESS AND RUDE SELF. My little sister ate one fried calamari tentacle and she just finished going through TOXIC GOOD POISONING. Her body almost paralyzed affecting her nervous system. Last time I went to this place the waitress wanted to take advantage of my mom by asking for more tip money, she had already put $10 on the table and the waitress kept on asking for another $5 more which my mom refused to do, the waitress took what she had given her and stormed off to go to tell her coworkers about how we only gave her so little tip and tossed the money on the table where one of the other waitresses was wrapping silverware which I felt that was UNNECESSARY and UNGRATEFUL of her to do such thing!!! This is a family gathering staple for us. They can accommodate big groups! We're always seated so quickly. Weekend lunch price was around $18. The food is okay, but isn't consistent, last time we were there there were pot stickers but most recently, they didn't have any. It looked as though the food had been sitting there food Hours The Non-seafood items like "sweet n sour chicken " was so bland and dried out I couldn't hardly bite into the few pieces I tried the sauce for the chicken and a dried out gooey film over it I had to use the provided nasty ladle to brake though it seriously disgusting. The fried rice was dried out so badly I had to ask how long it had been sitting there. The only other rice they offered what Cold white rice, even cold it was dried out and gross The rice noodles and egg noodles had some type of gelled gooey film sticky mass that stuck to the tongs. And the egg flower soup, as well as the three other soups, also had a thick film covering them. Don't get me wrong. I'm used to some dryness or a bit of a film on things,,,, I get it. But Seriously,,,, this was Out righteously over the top grossness. I've been in the military I've worked fishing boats I'm an avid outdoorsman. This place needs to be closed in my opinion. Mediocre food with a few okay things. Soups are a letdown. Egg rolls are good but not crispy enough. Good variety, but what good is variety when all the food is meh? The fried food is fine. The standout was the fried white fish. Quite good. My guess is this place is expensive for the crab legs. People seem to eat them up, but I can only guess thats because they either haven't had good crab legs or they like the idea of eating crab legs. This place deep fries their crab legs. I guess if you like that, you'll like these, but that just screams inferior product to me. The meat inside is not very good. They also have crawfish, but once again, the meat inside looked wrong. Food was surprisingly really good that is why I'm rating it 3 stars. The service and cleanliness made the review go down. As I was going through the buffet line, I noticed that one of the workers used the tongs from the lo mein to use it to pick up the food on the ledge of the buffet . She then proceeded to add it back to the designated station. I thought I was seeing things and was disgusted by the sight of it, couldn't even eat my food. The place always seems crowded and its not always very clean, waitresses not always the most attentive either but I am a fan of their soup and hibachi area. The food was great, but there were some inconveniences. The food itself was tasty and flavorful but it was all over the place. The workers don't have much communication skills and they speak a completely different language. The atmosphere and design was authentic but small. Things like the lighting, and decor were great, but everything was all over the place and it felt sticky and very unclean. The was food at the buffet but my shoes felt sticky and there is liquid on the counters. Came here on a Saturday good mix of people in the restaurant a lot of diversity found in Gwinnett County. Choose your protein and your vegetables and the hibachi chef Cooks it right on the grill in front of your eyes! The buffet lines have fresh food too and I particularly liked the egg drop soup and the different shrimp presentations. As with everything in 40-year high inflation prices are gone up here too but still a reasonable deal for all you get unless of course you're trying to lose weight. So if you're going down Pleasant Hill and you see Fung mei tell them fung you and head across the street to the Hibachi Grill it's worth every penny. read more

I haven't been to a Chinese buffet in a while. This place reminded me why. I usually go to Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet in Lawrenceville, but it was closed tonight. So me and my bro Googled the next closest buffet, which was unfortunately this place. Only 1 side of the restaurant was occupied on a Monday night. It was about $15 a person for dinner. We sat down, got our drinks, and headed straight for the salt and pepper shrimp, a staple I have to get at any buffet. Got some calamari, some beef dishes, other shrimp dishes, crab rangoons, fried crab etc...basically the staple things you find at a Chinese buffet. To my disappointment, all the fried food was bitter tasting. The oil they used on everything was OLD. I couldn't enjoy the salt and pepper shrimp, which I was really craving. Everything else was just bad, dry, and tasted like it had been left out all day. The only mildly enjoyable things were the salmon, white fish, and one beef dish - the one with peppers and green onions. Everything else was straight up trash. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have just left. Definitely do not recommend and it was a complete waste of $. read more

I live nearby and have been coming here for years. I'll make this short: -The cleanliness of the restaurant is gross. It feels very cheap and stuffy. Chairs and floors are always littered. I'd give negative stars for the condition and health of the building. -Food is good. It's better than any other buffet and for a cheap price (~$11/head). Selection is great and they have unlimited crab legs for dinner (after 4pm). -Service is unparalleled. That's the only reason I'm not giving them a 1 star. The servers are fast and always keep your table clean and drinks filled. Please please for the love of God, PLEASE start cleaning the floors and tables more. This place is great otherwise but it's like playing Russian roulette with food poisoning every time I come here. read more

The food was good, I went for lunch on a Thurs and surprisngly it was quite busy. The rest room is clean, actually cleaner than most buffet that I have been to (no wet water on the floor, soap and paper ready, don't smell too bad,etc). The food selection was fine for the price, ~$10/person/lunch. They have typical food like other hibachi buffet. Their crawfish is good, not too salty, but some are small. Their chicken is seasoned well. Basically, your typical hibachi food, without crab legs or expensive item food (for dinner I believe they will have snails and more seafood). Servers are very attentive, they clean the table fast. I saw them cleaning the floor quite often as well. Very productive and fast indeed. The only negative things is I feel like they use a lilttle too much MSG (well, typical buffet food). Overall, for the price range, their service and food is quite decent. read more

The place is usually pretty crowded on weekends, but there are enough tables and booths to seat a small group. The place is actually pretty clean and well kept up, not like most of the Chinese buffets I've gone to. The selection is huge here. You got your fried American food staples, fake Chinese food, more fried foods, sushi that doesn't make you sick, nice Hibachi grill, stereotypical desserts, and a salad bar. Aite I'mma tell you flat out right now. You gotta go for the seafood. Like you're paying around 10 bucks per capita, so you gotta get your money's worth out of this. Gotta think it that way. The seafood hotspots you should target are the fried crabs, crawfish (must be in season though, if not, not worth), sea snails (come on man up), and clams. People go ham for the latter items mentioned above. You'll get a huge line of middle-aged Asian parents fighting to get the next fresh batch of seafood. Fight with them, it's survival of the fittest at the Asian buffet. Spend 3+ hours there, get stacks on stacks of seafood, and you'll get your money's worth. Now this buffet was the kids and I to go spot for a mix of Asian American dishes. Recently this restaurant was under renovation. We enjoyed the previous owners or managers, but now its a whole lot better. The prices has gone up to justify the Reno and a much better variety of dishes along with a cold sushi bar, and a hibachi grill. The staff here has always had a warm hospitality charm about themselves. Their very attentive at the very moment you enter the restaurant. The new look is awesome very open and clean. The previous look was a little dark.... As if they was trying to hide that fact that they didn't mop the floors good and vacuum the carpet HMMM now that I'm thinking about it DANG!!! I think that was the case . But now they are on point with everything. It's bright and cleaner now. They have a much better buffet selection. The bathroom is a WHOLE LOT BETTER!!!!! OH! that was another one of my problems DANG AGAIN . My only problem now is their fried soft crabs. Thise things smell like they have been sitting in a bucket chlorine/bleach. And once you take a bite of one just to try it out, you will definitely get that strong pungent taste of somethings not right about these crabs. They look goodand everything, but i have no idea what they do with them to have them smell so strong. Well! That's the only thing so far that i will not recommend anyone to eat. We checked online and found they close at 10:00 pm I went with my friends at 9 pm There were some people in The restaurant The food was not hot anymore, the chicken and other staff start to be out. I know it was 9:00 pm but they should serve us as we will pay full price. I ate the food and they start cleaning from 9:20 and some food was out. At the end the price was crazy, $18 without drink, We were three people and each one pay separate and the worker said: ok guys each one $5 tip. After a long weekend, I stopped by Super Hibachi Buffet for a birthday dinner. I can't give the most thorough review since I wasn't especially hungry, but I tried to give all the different options a try. There are rows on rows on rows of different buffet options, from a pho station to a hibachi grill, rows of hot food, desserts, and other tasty delights. I went ham on the crawfish. I helped myself to the pho station - you choose your toppings at the buffet line, and then bring your bowl of noodles, meat and veggies to the pho "cook", who will take your pho ingredients to boil in a community pot. Hope you're not allergic to anything, since it looks like you'll be sharing a broth with 6-7 other pho orders. The chicken broth is probably the closest broth to "pho". I would come back if I were hungrier next time to give some of the other foods a try - for $12 a person, this buffet is definitely a steal. Super Hibachi Buffet is located off of Pleasant Hill Road in the same shopping center as Assi Plaza, Rockin Crawfish, and Dollar Tree. I tend to come here for Sunday lunch when my family wants to have a reunion. Yes, we are Asian, and yes, we do know how to eat to get our money's worth. Sunday lunch is around $13 per person. Super Hibachi Buffet is pretty big. The buffet line is in the middle of the restaurant, and there's huge seating sections on either side of it. There's one line of food dedicated to your typical seafood - clams, fried oysters, crawfish, crabs, and mussels. There's another line for basic Chinese food - fried rice, lo mein, white rice, all the chickens (Kung pao, sesame, sweet and sour, etc...), beef and broccoli, you know the standard Chinese take-out. Then there's a line if you want American food - mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, pizza, garlic bread, chicken nuggets, fries. There's a dessert line and a salad bar/fruit line. There's a sushi bar with basic rolls ranging from California rolls to Rainbow rolls, in addition to basic sashimi, like tuna, salmon, and mackerel. Finally, there's also a hibachi and noodle section where you can put all the ingredients you want in a bowl and give it to the grill. Yes, there's a lot of food to choose from. When I come, I make sure to load up on seafood. I'm not too crazy about the Chinese food, since most of it is too salty, but I've never gotten sick from the food, and I always leave feeling full. The dessert is actually pretty impressive. Save room for dessert. They have a freezer with cups of chocolate/vanilla ice cream and a few ice cream bars. They have various kinds of cheesecake, cream puffs, cookies, and cakes. Service is always friendly, but minimal, which is good for us, since I don't want to feel judged for eating to my heart's content. They clear your plates and they give you the check. I always tell myself it'll be a while before I come back, but I always end up coming back. It's a fast meal, since you never have to wait on anything. And it's all the variety you could want. I had two bad experiences this year. The Super Pho and this Super Hibachi Buffet. Apparently Super Pho didn't like honest real opinions so they removed my review for them. So I guess "Super" can be sarcasm to what they really offer. Came here on a Sunday night after being hungry and wanting something to eat. $12.99$ for dinner for all you can eat. When I have a craving for many things, I will come here to satisfy that craving. First this place is located in a strip mall, therefore parking is no problem at all. What is however a problem is the line to get a table, the time you come is crucial. Early enough to beat the family crowd but late enough to be hungry. Avoid 6pm, come slightly before so avoid long wait. Servers here are usually busy but they always manage a smile. Kudos to them. Food variety here is great. I come here for only a few items: the rice noodles, they look plain but flavorful, simple with only vegetables. The way I like it. The chilled mussels & shrimp. These are great with wasabi and soy sauce. These shell fish are never overcooked. Shrimps always tender, I have never had one that's soggy yet. Next, the mushrooms, I love the stew sauce it comes in, the meaty white shrooms are great. Other items include the free ice cream and fruits.
