This place has to be one of my Top 5 chicken sandwich spots! My husband and I decided to give this place a try while we were in the area and loved the options they have on the menu. We both got the Bacavo Ranch sandwiches and shared loaded fries. My husband also got some Nashville hot tenders and he always has to get a shake so he also got a Reese's cold fusion. Our food came out within 5-10 minutes. There was a little hiccup with our fries (they accidentally brought regular fries when we asked for loaded) but they were quick about fixing it and bringing us everything. The food was so good and well seasoned. The chicken was huge, juicy, and tender. Also, we loved that they have a self sauce pumping station to get different sauces of your choice. The staff were all very friendly and go around often to ask how the food is and to help clear trash from your table. Would love to come back here again to try the other options they have!

A Culinary Adventure at Super Chix: A Cautionary Tale Fresh off the slicing table from my umpteenth surgery (14, but who's counting?), I found myself in a predicament: laid up, Thursday night football, chickenless, and craving something to distract me from my ninja-style escapades around the house. With my go-to wing spot, Ikonic Wings, temporarily closed, I turned to Super Chix, hoping for a delightful diversion. I'm ALWAYS DOWN for a New Adventure on the Taste Buds! Spoiler alert: it was anything but... First, the app. Oh, the app! It was as dysfunctional as my post-surgery attempts at Ninja stealth. After signing up for a rewards account six times (cuz I knew I'd get hella rewards on the money we were gonna spend), and still being asked to create a new account on checkout, I finally managed to order as a guest. Earning ZERO REWARDS for a $70+ order later, I was left with a meal that made the whole family sick. Not exactly the reward I was hoping for. My husband, ever the trooper, returned for a second pick up, as he was picking up the order. He described his experience as a silent film--no greetings, no directions, just awkward stares as he navigated the store like a lost tourist. When he finally found the secret corner for pickups, he was met with more silence and a vague gesture towards our order. Back home, we discovered that none of the food was labeled. It was like a culinary mystery game, except the prize was mushy, oil-soaked disappointment. The chicken sandwiches and fries had to be semi revived in the air fryer, but even that couldn't save the pickles. The fried pickles were so greasy they could have doubled as a slip 'n slide. A call to the manager revealed that labeling isn't part of their process. This is concerning, especially for those with food allergies. Not knowing what's in each container is a lawsuit waiting to happen. My mother, who flew in to help post-surgery, was left unimpressed and starving with the rest of us. In the end, Super Chix offered to remake some items, a third time but the experience left a bad taste in our mouths AGAIN! Literally and figuratively. So that was a hard pass! My husband's final interaction summed it up: "I'm not sure what sandwich that is, but here are the toppings for your soggy fries." That the first time around was a mystery container passed around so everyone could try it, and guess what it was?! Oh and He almost got T-boned in the parking lot trying to return home and be done with the disgrace of this establishment. So, if you're considering a visit to Super Chix, be prepared for a journey of unsanitary, unlabeled, and uninspiring food. My advice? Save your money and your stomach. This is one establishment I cannot recommend. If you're in need of wings or, or "crispy" chicken to top an exhilarating night of smallest and full bellies off, stick with ikonic wings

Better than expected! If you live in Lacey, you know that we're short on unique dining options. Super Chix doesn't try to be everything to everyone. But if you like made to order chicken sandwiches and/or salads, Super Chix is definitely one of the best spots around. I had the bacon and avocado fried chicken sandwich and loaded fries and was very satisfied with the quality of the food. I like that they have a "sauce bar" so you can try the various sauces they have for their tenders. I ended up dipping my fries in the slightly spicy/sweet Korean bbq sauce and it was the perfect complement to the cheesy fries. The chicken breading was crunchy, seasoned perfectly and hot and juicy tender was a nice contrast to most other chicken sandwiches at fast casual dining spots.

It is a little hard to believe that after ordering and given a number for the table that we were forgotten about. We walked in and placed an order for two chicken sandwiches, order of fries and some fried pickles. The cashier said the order would be up shortly, they will bring it out. We took the waters and the number for the order / table , took a table by the window and waited. About 35 mins later we were still waiting. I noticed that the people that were in line with us got their food I waited for a bit and asked the employee taking food to the tables,he came back 2 mins and apologize that they misplaced our ticket and the food will be out in ten minutes. We did get our food and it was freshly made and still hot. The food was good , tho fries were a little over seasoned. I did see that the have frozen custard freshly made. That looks goo that looks good. Maybe next time. Even though we had this mishap, I most likely will be back.

Way too salty as you can see

The chicken had no flavor and the fries were super salty. I also tried using my free fry promo and it wasn't going through. The cashier could care less about anything.

I went inside to place an order. Although initially vacant at first, the space was quickly occupied by following customers lining up after my arrival. One of the employees appeared to be taking out the trash while the other greeted me and helped me with my order when I arrived. There were various options for ordering, but I decided to go with the nori wrap. You can select a customized option or go with one of their premade choices, which lists all the ingredients inside. I was feeling seafood so I went with the Seahawk. The employee asked me if I wanted everything with it, and I asked to just sub one of the sauces with the Chipotle sauce. The portions are definitely huge and worth the pricing, because she had to double wrap my order just so it would all fit and wouldn't fall out. To pair with the nori wrap, I also ordered the original miso soup, which comes with the usual tofu and seaweed but is on the sweeter side compared to what I'm used to. I personally like it sweeter but if you don't, I probably wouldn't order it. I don't often crave healthy food, but it was fairly filling and I had a good experience, so I'll be back to try out MiSo again!

As for the food, ono grindz fo sure. Not all gourmet but will feed that need. As mentioned before, you order a meal and it comes with the standard grindz, like in Hawai'i. This one definitely makes my good musubi list. The one thing I haven't run into in other places here in Washington that L&L offered, MALASADAS! Nice, fresh, warm, sugary, MALASADAS! Not the soulless impersonations offered up at the Asian buffets, or the fancy jelly filled exotic bakery types. Genuine, no frills, Hawaiian MALASADAS! Then I saw their TikTok last night, and let me tell you, that video had me craving it instantly. The scrumptiousness was living rent free in my brain all night, so today my son and I had to stop in and see what the hype was about. We ordered the Sour Diesel, the Fire, and the Afgoo, all on their toasted jalapeño cheese bread. First of all, the female employee who helped us was so friendly and welcoming. We do not eat out much, so we were genuinely excited and maybe a little impatient to try them. When they handed us the sandwiches, I immediately noticed how heavy they were. And the smell in the car on the way home, oh my goodness. Pure torture waiting to unwrap them. Then we got home and opened them up, and I was honestly shocked in the best way. There was actually a MEAL on that bread. Not one of those sad sandwiches that's 80 percent lettuce and air. These were loaded. My teenage son even commented on how good his was, and trust me, teen approval is not handed out lightly. The portions were generous, the flavors were bold, and each sandwich was totally unique and delicious. I can confidently say I have found a new favorite sub spot. I was curious what the hype was with Popeyes, but now I know... I'm sticking to Chick-Fil-A. This is my first AND LAST visit to a Popeyes, ever, due to poor customer service and order inaccuracies. I placed a digital pick-up order today around 3:50 p.m. (PST) through their website and arrived at this Popeyes location around 4:13 p.m. to grab my food at the drive-thru. The order was still not ready, so they asked me to pull to the side at the drive-thru (literally blocking everyone at the exit so they had to drive around me), where I waited until about 4:27 p.m when 4+ cars' already received their order. Usually, I check my takeout orders before I leave, but I was assuming that if it took at least 30 mins to make it, the order would be checked for accuracy before handing it over to the customer??? Almost half of my order was missing! I don't care how busy it gets, I have never had this type of service or this low level of order accuracy at any other Wings restaurant (Chick-Fil-A, Wingstop, Fire Wings, etc. -- you name it). I did not check my order after pickup until I brought it home. That's what I realized I was missing: my Cajun fries, my fried pickles, my condiments of ranch and tarter sauce (which apparently they no longer have, but did not communicate that). I requested sauce on the side (for the condiments), but this was my first time ordering and did not think that meant for the [boneless] wings, so only the honey BBQ & signature hot sauces were given. Obviously, I had to inconveniently drive back to the store (luckily, I live a 10 min drive away).. When I returned to the store and walked inside, I was not greeted, and it took a few minutes for anyone to appear at the register. No surprise that there was a lack of service since the inside was empty of customers (besides one person sitting at a table with their bagged takeout order). Gawd, the vibe was like walking inside a wasteland with deadpan expressions and minimal or a lack of communication amongst all the working employees. I really should have pulled a Karen and asked to speak to a manager, but I managed to remain level-headed to tell them that several items were missing from my order. They said sorry and just gave me the excuse that it was busy. I straight up told them, I get that it's busy, but if it takes over 30 mins to make the food, I would have assumed the order would at least be correct? Then they scooped some fried pickles and Cajun fries for me into individual cartons (after I reminded them several times which items were missing). But the boneless wings? They just drizzled some sauce over it and shook the box in front of me before placing them in a new paper bag with my sides. I was appalled that this is how the sauces are added to the chicken. Or maybe it's the dystopian first-hand view of how cheap chicken can be sloppily made, and the illusion is shattered. The only thing that tasted good and worthwhile was the Gum-Gum lemonade, which is a limited-time beverage anyway. Almost $60 for this level of service and order inaccuracy is ridiculous. Mind you, I received nothing additional from this inconvenience besides pointless "sorrys," cold chicken (for all the time it took to "fix" it), almost $60 wasted, and anger. Do better.

My sister in law warned me not to go because I'd be disappointed- she had been to the restaurant for business and saw how filthy the kitchen was.
