    Garlic bread
    Blisa P.

I ate here a couple of minutes ago. The chicken had the texture of chewy squid, the broccoli tasted and looked like it was going bad and had yellow spots. The garlic bread was oozing grease and the inside looked and felt like mozzarella cheese. The waitress carried our cups in the same hand while carrying another customers cup, total cross contamination especially during covid. There is no lock on the bathroom door, the lobby had soggy food by the fountain. The customer service was bad, and the food is expensive and not worth it. I found 2 little pieces of food in my water as soon as i got it. There is no music, give you barely any napkins, and the food is mislabelled on multiple items. A lot of the pans were empty, and the shrimp seemed undercooked and chewy. The floors were disgusting and sticky and greasy. The fortune cookies tasted stale, like it had been there since covid. The apple pie tasted like nothing. They didn't fully wipe everything down either. The new chairs and tables look nice. Also the ice cream was good. We also saw a guy who kind of looked like DJ Khalid.

    Shit

I wish I can give this a 1 star but I can't the food is oiled up the noodles taste like medicine the white noodles taste like cow shit the sprite taste like water down trash never comming here again

First of all, please take heed to the one star reviews. This place is terrible! By far the WORST buffet of any sort I've ever been to and I've been to many. The decor is old and dirty, they were cleaning, however, it's just old and dingy and falling apart. The food was NOT at proper temperatures. We did brave the Mongolian grill, but I didn't eat the food because it was dry and had no flavor. They also had spaghetti noodles instead of Chinese noodles for the Mongolian grill... Weird. The hot table food was not hot, it was more like room temp. When I asked about it one employee told me to put it in the microwave! Yes, they have a microwave sitting out on the counter! I asked for the manager and she told me that she had turned down the steam tables because the food was too hot earlier. She asked me to wait 5 min for the food to get hot again. What?? Really?? She said yes, just wait and it will be hot again. I told her she needed to throw it all away because it had been sitting out too long at the wrong temperature. I asked her if she knew about food temps. (I have a food handlers permit) and she didn't answer. Hmmm... I told her I wasn't going to eat the food so she didn't charge me or my husband. I'm attaching several pi tres so you can see how run down the place is. Check out how the food looks and watch for all the grease in the food trays. Oh and I didn't get a picture of what came out of the ice cream machine but it was warm and was bubbly, clearly spoiled. Also, I have never seen ads on fortune cookies before. Please do not risk getting ill by eating here. I'm also going to be calling the health department, yes, it's that's bad.

    Don't touch anything.

On my drive through Moses Lake my family and I were starving and decided to try the Super China Buffet. All I have to say is that you really have to be hungry and up to date on your shots to eat here. I read recent reviews and figured maybe this place had changed from past reviews but we were mistaken.

Food here could be more fresh but overall for being one of the only buffet around, it's good.

The interior has been updated. It's not so scary as it was before. However, the food is, well, not good, and a little scary.

Awkward start, standing at the small entrance area with others until servers appeared to guide us to a nearby booth. Booths were comfortable enough. Minimal wait time to order. Spring rolls were not my 'cup of tea', but 5 of 6 were eaten between the both of us. The two entrees we ordered to share were tasty and we would enjoy them again. The stand outs of our meal included lots of fresh veggies in the King Pao Chicken and tender thin sliced pork in the Pork Chow Mein, the noodles were cooked perfectly. Service was not as great as our dinner. We felt forgotten after the food was served and had to wait longer than we wanted when we were ready to pay and leave. Overall, we would dine here again and see how it goes or just pick up to go orders, as the food was pretty good. Bathroom was clean and had all necessary toiletries.

Those were hand-made on the spot, Cochise. Yang Tze Pork had great char sui flavor, and sides were robust and delicious. We ordered from their 'family style' menu, and for $17 per, it was a heckuva lot of food. Wifey kept trying to order some other items, and I had to tell her we were already gonna get pounded with the amount of food we had comin'. It was Saturday and the lunch buffet was $10.95. The buffet had only six items, which made me snicker. But I'm eating Keto style, so only took 3 items... teriyaki chicken, mixed vegetables, and deep fried chicken meatballs. Oh my God, was I surprised with the flavor of this pairing. We've all had Chicken Teriyaki, right? (...char-grilled chicken strips on steamed rice with sauce-outa-the-squirt-bottle. Right?). Well forget that! This was chicken sauteed in a mild-sweet-soy (full of meat drippings, like gravy! It was fabulous! Man, I'm going home to re-engineer that recipe! I love it when you discover some new food-approach that no-one's doing anywhere. This was that moment. And with the medley of steamed vegetables and iced tea...wow, just wow! When we arrived, the seating area is full, but we were still greeted warmly. We ordered our meal to go but we were still offered a place to sit in glasses of water while we waited. We both ordered pho. I got the combination pho with everything and my wife ordered the beef pho. She also ordered some pork bao buns, and I ordered soup dumplings. They packaged the pho very well, with the broth, vegetables and meat, and one container and the noodles, some of the extra meat, lines, cilantro, basil, etc. In another container, the servings were huge. We had plenty for another meal the next day. The pho broth was excellent. We did have to heat it up again when we added the noodles and extras, but it was well worth it. The soup dumplings were flavorful and warm and the bao buns had a mild but rich pork filling. This was a real treat while we were on the road.

Not too sweet, but definitely sweet enough to cut the bitter taste of the coffee. The coffee itself wasn't too bitter or sour tasting. I'd get that again. The banh mi, the pork belly option is double the price of any other protein. I'm not sure if that works out in the worth it department for me, but the meat proportion in the sandwich is worth it. The veggies seemed pretty fresh, crisp, but no jalapeño in the sandwich. Not sure if that's a regular thing, but I've eaten enough banh mi with jalapeños, so I consider that a necessary ingredient. The bread was toasted pretty heavily, perhaps cooked in the grease of the pork belly? Not sure. I wasn't a huge fan of that, the bread itself was difficult to tell if it was light and springy with a flaky crust, because it was toasted so hard. Either way, the sandwich was eaten, the coffee was gulped down. I'd probably try other things here. Smelled good in there. Service was nice, staff seemed really amicable and they were turning tables as quickly as people were hopping out of their seats.

There is flat-out no excuse for overcooked or dry food at the beginning of the dinner hour. (When I managed a restaurant and food dried out in the steam table or under the heat lamps, I offered it up as free tasting samples, while customers were waiting, explaining it was too dry to serve--customers loved that...but every meal we served was hot, fresh and moist.)
