For example, I had a number #16 (a dinner combo, but during lunch), and there wasn't any part I could recommend: the fried shrimp tasted old -- not fresh. The boneless chicken actually had a bad taste. Their BBQ pork? I regularly buy better at Safeway. Even the Lo Mein was flavorless. Coming from Los Angeles, I know my American-style Chinese food. China Inn wouldn't be in business in a major US city. I get that this is ELLENSBURG, and our options are limited. PLEASE, a suggestion, if anyone at China Inn is listening: you need to either find a new cook, or maybe send your cook to be retrained. Also consider revising your recipes.
