Not very happy with my experience here. Maybe because I just had a really good experience somewhere else earlier in the day but either way. I came to panda excited for my orange chicken and chow mein (I get the same thing every time) and I was extremely disappointed. Not only was the chow mein blegh and flavorless but they didn't even give me my orange chicken. Despite ordering orange chicken, verifying orange chicken, and orange chicken being on the recipe, I still somehow ended up with what I assume is teriyaki chicken. By the time I realized, it was too late. I don't get panda often because it's an hour away from where I live so I was really looking forward to getting my favorite "fast food". We suggested dinner from Panda Express to a dear friend, who visited us by surprise. She had never tried Panda and I talked her into it. What a mistake! She and my wife had the Honey Walnut Prawns-- both meals were dry, no moisture, no sauce. I had the Sesame Chicken and the Beijing Beef-- both entrées were severely overcooked to the point that the meats were hardened nuggets. Our pick-up time was 5:30 in the afternoon. There is flat-out no excuse for overcooked or dry food at the beginning of the dinner hour. (When I managed a restaurant and food dried out in the steam table or under the heat lamps, I offered it up as free tasting samples, while customers were waiting, explaining it was too dry to serve--customers loved that...but every meal we served was hot, fresh and moist.) Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me! By the time I got to the speaker to order she told me they had a limited menu because they were about to close. Then it took another 10 minutes to get my food at the window. How? When they don't have customers in the lobby or anything! Save your time, energy and money and go to Wendy's across the street. We were visiting Wenatchee and decided to do a quick dinner. Got into the drive thru and we are literally sitting there. We are stuck because there is one car ahead of us and 5 cars behind us. We legit sat there for a good half hour until we got our order taken. Then had to wait some more at the window. I asked the lady if it's always this slow.. she (Marsela) goes "what do you mean?" As if it's normal to wait that long in a drive thru....and proceeds to tell me that they are short staffed. I counted at least 10 employees.. that's double the amount of staff we have at the one by our house! We get to the hotel and realize they didn't give half of one order! I go back and ask for a refund because I'm over them at this point. They give me a good card and offer to just correct my order. However, I'm over it and demand a refund. The manager didn't seem confident she was able to do it for sure. Couldn't give me a receipt for my file.. so I snapped a pic. This has got to be the worst panda experience! read more

We went there on my wife's birthday because she wanted the honey walnut shrimp. They were out of it. So she decided on the chicken teriyaki. Be nice would work. Visited window friday night about 7, the smaller gal was not at all nice seemed annoyed to be there and waiting in us was way above her time. Didn't get what we asked for or paid for. Asked for forks, fortune cookies plate as we were eating in hotel. Handed us a partial order, forget teriyaki and we had to wait and honk at the window to get forks and soy sauce which e asked for when we ordered. This Wenatchee location is an absolute disaster. Every time I give them another chance, they manage to screw it up. They mark orders as "ready," then when you show up, they admit it'll be another 20+ minutes. I've had to cancel multiple orders because of their incompetence. I have experienced long wait times when pre-ordering so I went straight to PE at 1100 (they open at 10 am) through the drive-thru. I requested three menu items. Two out of the three items were not available or had an extended wait time to cook. I respect that and said I would wait. I was told to park in the lot and food would be brought out to me. After a ten-minute wait, I received my food. I ordered double orange chicken and chow mein. I received a half order of orange chicken and a full order of chow mien. I dont think this is a Panda Express issue this is a Wenatchee Panda Express issue. I have the same order every time and when I go out of town I get a fair portion. My chow main had not one veggie and only noodles after waiting for 10 minutes for "new" chow main to be cooked. Plus, it was COLD. The portion sizes sucked that Anthony gave us while his manager made portion twice the size next to him. I mentioned it to him and still the service was terrible. Oneof the worst fast food, people were talking while I waited in line, people are so rude, had the worker get by me with no excuse me, the food took forever to be displayed. said to pay first before getting my food but waited 5 minutes waiting to pay, manager has to rehire or train the staff. read more

We just went for lunch. I usually like panda but they have gone way down in quality. Got 2 one entree bowls. Very skimpy on the entree orange chicken and the entree sesame chicken. Rice is crunchy and dry. Rangoons cold. Will not stay open long if this continues. read more

I would like to give a no star rating. My husband and I are both elderly and of all the eating out we've ever done, This has got to be one of the worst places to eat at. 1. They had no noodles -rice only. The rice was way overcooked and stuck together like glue no matter how much soy sauce you put on it. It was not edible. 2. We both ordered a platter and the menu board said one side and two entrées. When we got the bill, it was 3 $1.50 charges on the receipt. When we asked why -they said certain entrées were $1.50 more. I said where does it say that? They showed me that after the name of the dish on a small tag off to the side was a price of $1.50 more. When I looked sure enough, it was there but barely noticeable. We were not told that was a more expensive entrée. Now the platter is either $10.10 or it's not and it does not say that some dishes are more on the menu board. So two platters and a shared medium drink was right at $30.00. 3. When we got our food on a tray, there was not one clean table to sit at in the place. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned before we could sit down. We stood there for about five minutes, and someone grabbed a rag that it already been used walked over to the sink, rinse the rag out and started wiping down our table. No disinfectant or cleaner was used on the rag. 4. I will say the employees were all very nice however. That's why they get 1 star. read more

The food, service and cleanliness at this location has taken a dive in the last few months. I ordered a bowl of Orange chicken with fried rice and the server proceeded to put noodles in the bowl until I told him three times "fried rice". Then he tried to talk me out of getting the Orange chicken because he said it was bad. I said why is it still out here if it is bad! The food tray that he served my food on was dirty and was never cleaned. The soda fountain and silverware was a mess and the garbage cans were overflowing. Most of the tables in the seating are were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The bathrooms were gross, my feet were sticking to the floor. My fiancé and I were thoroughly disappointed by our visit to this Panda Express. We had ordered our meals at 8pm on a Saturday. The staff was friendly but messed up our order. We had ordered two plates with different entrees but they gave us the exact same entrees even when the receipt showed the correct entrees. Of the two entrees we did get, both were awful. The kung pao chicken was tasted like it was made hours ago. The zucchini just disintegrated. The honey walnut shrimp was soggy and had no flavor. I see a lot of bad reviews on this place. I'm a local, and this is my go-to comfort food! I love the customer service and I always enjoy the same bowl every time I go. Yes of course I may have a little upset stomach afterwards, but cmon, it's not what we eat EVERY DAY so of course it may make us a little nauseous. This is the last time I order online for pick up. I was very disappointed when I got home to find out that we did not have enough food for everyone. So today Christmas Day 2020 , we decided to go to Panda Express . We were so excited to eat panda that we got the family meal, and so we ordered it and the lady was giving us the small containers and we asked her if she was giving us the entrees and man she had a attitude about it, she was literally throwing the poor chow mein in the container and then said they ran out of them that's why she was giving us the small containers, and mumbled something and just left the food there, then someone else took over the order, and upon entering let me tell you , the staff honestly looked like they hated life. No smiles , no greeting , no nothing. I get it, yeah it must suck working on a holiday but don't take it out on us. Moved back to Wenatchee in April and eaten here probably 10 times since I moved here. Loved it every time. Never had an experience where I wasn't able to get something that I wanted, somtimes one of my go-tos was out or running low but thats how the Panda Express business model works, they have to rotate which dishes to cook as they get low, and its impossible to account for a surge in one dish. The upside of that model is that you get your food in 2 minutes or less. I've never had any issues with slowness or the staff here. They've always been friendly and attentive-- I loved Panda Express in Seattle, so I was very glad that one opened up here in Wentachee since the last time I lived out here. Yelp is different in Wenatchee than big cities. In cities there are tons of people leaving reviews to acheive Elite status, and there tends to be much more usage so there are a ton of reviews from both sides of the experience. If you want some American-Chinese food I say give it a try, or dont (I'm not your mom lol) but I've had nothing but tasty food and a good experience every time I've been here and never gotten any sort of illness or discomfort from the food (other than maybe eating it too fast because its delicious). read more
