I want to give credit where credit is due. Steam Panda was open until 9PM and that was my principal reason for picking this Chinese restaurant in search of Vietnamese Pho. I arrived at 8PM and was their only customer til closing. The waitress was very welcoming as were the signs on wall, and pictures showcasing "Chinese comfort food". Their menu is extensive--a surprising variety of regular and unique entrées. But I chose the Pho which featured two different meats and all the traditional noodles, vegetables, garnishes and spices. It really was fresh and hearty--full of flavor! The restaurant was clean, with both chairs and tables, or booths, with a full set-up of sauces and table ware.

Food is amazing! Very friendly owners and very clean! My fav soup and dumpling place! My daughter loves their sushi and boba!

Always come here when we're in town! It's a good amount of food- and the staff is so kind and welcoming. We went twice this week while in town and one time my friend left her phone and they let us come by even after closing to grab it- it was so nice of them. So good, I had the Japanese Ramen both times this week. We'll definitely come back when we're in town again!

Great food; sushi was fresh, dumplings were delicious, good service, casual ambiance.

Steam panda is ok. I would recomend Japanese Ramen. The soup dumplings are OK, they're too doughy.

Food was not good! Chewy and flavorless. Only part that was good was the Thai ice tea.

Unfortunately, I was on a work trip, but I could imagine this being the first stop then walking off the food. It is on the smaller side of restaurants, but the evening I visited, there was a party of 8 seated towards the back. I'd recommend parties of 2-4 max, but they can accommodate more if it's a slower night. The service was good, nothing over the top, but nothing below average. As soon as I entered, I was greeted and sat at one of the high tops. This high top was on the smaller side, but since I was just a party of one, it was reasonable and I another high top right next to me to use as well. The food came out pretty quickly, which was nice and they were easy to reach if I needed anything. Very welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the crab Rangoon, crispy chicken Thai basil, and a Thai Iced coffee. The server recommended the crab Rangoon when I asked her which she would choose between the shrimp rolls, spicy crispy chicken wings, or the crab Rangoon. They were solid, nothing crazy, but good. The crispy chicken Thai basil was decent as well; again nothing over the top, but the right portion with some heart shaped rice to go with it. In my opinion, it could use a little more spice. I went with the medium, but it was definitely not spicy at all, so I requested the spice tray to fix that. The Thai iced coffee was exactly what I would want it to taste like. Yes, I would recommend this place. Keep the party smaller. I'll have to try another dish on my next trip out here.

However, service was good, the restaurant was nice and clean! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I haven't tried their other dishes yet, but this is my honest review for if you're expecting and looking for the authentic pho.

I remember when her two sons took over the business, and I was delighted this August when "mama" visited on a Friday evening and sat down with me, and we reminisced together. I brought my adult son and we once again enjoyed some old favorites: Curried Beef, Combo Fried Rice, Phō, Mushroom Chicken and Salad. The signature attraction of Cuc Tran is their time-honored authenticity. Whether you eat in or take out, you can depend on the always hot and full-flavored profiles of every entrée. I know this sounds like an advertisement, but I have to give credit where it's due--every dish tastes exactly the same as every other time I've ordered it. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. This café is hidden at the rear of the entryway--you have to penetrate the storefront to find it. The locals know it well, but if you're new in town, you'll have to search the address. Once inside, you'll find adequate booth seating with large table surface areas and sauce racks with menus ready... (see pics) ...and if you're lucky, you'll meet "mama"!

The pot stickers are not made in house, as Won Tons usually are, they are a food service product, boiled in chicken stock with other vegetable trimmings added. My soup was scalding hot--had to rest 10 minutes before it was palatable. There was no evidence of salt and pepper in the soup and none on the table. (It's interesting to note that Wok n Roll is a franchise that touts "quick-cooked" fast foods--quick cooking Won Ton Soup is exactly what was wrong with mine!--should be steeped over time.) Other than that, they forgot the diced green onion which is fundamental to Won Ton Soup. Wok n Roll boasts 20+ stores over five countries (principally Caribbean Islands). Their Madison Avenue advertising promotes a big image, but this Wenatchee store is clearly a low budget operation. The furniture is very uncomfortable-- wooden seats on metal frames, and a cost-cutting approach to food preparation and presentation. If they're doing something right, it wasn't evident on this trip. Again, see the pics!

The pork eggs were thrown in the trash after we spit out the bite we took we could tell by the horrible taste they were fried in rancid old oil. We ordered the sesame chicken it came with no seasoning or sesame flavor once so ever it too was cold. Crab Rangoon's were basically wonton with burned edges nothing in them . Lastly, the walnut shrimp was the best out of all of them. Still cold but although the sauce was strange it looked odd so we stopped eating it for fear of sickness. We fear that we might get sick by the little bit we ate before we trashed it.

I came to panda excited for my orange chicken and chow mein (I get the same thing every time) and I was extremely disappointed. Not only was the chow mein blegh and flavorless but they didn't even give me my orange chicken. Despite ordering orange chicken, verifying orange chicken, and orange chicken being on the recipe, I still somehow ended up with what I assume is teriyaki chicken. By the time I realized, it was too late. I don't get panda often because it's an hour away from where I live so I was really looking forward to getting my favorite "fast food". She and my wife had the Honey Walnut Prawns-- both meals were dry, no moisture, no sauce. I had the Sesame Chicken and the Beijing Beef-- both entrées were severely overcooked to the point that the meats were hardened nuggets. Our pick-up time was 5:30 in the afternoon. There is flat-out no excuse for overcooked or dry food at the beginning of the dinner hour. (When I managed a restaurant and food dried out in the steam table or under the heat lamps, I offered it up as free tasting samples, while customers were waiting, explaining it was too dry to serve--customers loved that...but every meal we served was hot, fresh and moist.) Instead, Panda Express, you charged me $42 to embarrass me in front of a dear friend. That is never going to happen again.
