It was late, my buddy and I had no idea what we were gonna eat and there's nothing at his place. It was a classic case of "Let's get a pizza". Opened up the app, and I knew this particular Domino's was about a mile from his apartment . So after asking what he wanted and putting the order in I rode over and the pizza was just coming out of the oven when I walked in for pick up. The team was young, couple guys and a young lady. All very friendly asked if I needed anything else - napkins, plates. It wasn't the busiest Domino's I've seen but I saw a few orders on the screen so it seemed they like they had enough to do while having good service. It also looked pretty clean. The pizza was decent. We got a regular pie with pepperoni and a "New York style" pie. There wasn't much that set them apart so I think that was a bit of inflate the menu/'shelf space' offering, but it was good nonetheless. read more

Just talked to Stephanie on the phone after spending 30 minutes on the phone with an automated call prior to close. After placing my order Stephanie called me back to inform me they were closed even though I placed my At 12:55. I told Stephanie that I was a manager at Dominos prior to my current job and that I understand what is expected. She got a BIG attitude with me and hung up on me. As a night shift worker I understand specific frustrations and wanting to go home, but she treated me like I was sub human. She should NOT hold a job with the public, and I PROMISE you I'm not the only one to complain. My best friend owns over 200 Dominos franchises in Texas, I can't wait to talk to him about this and y'all should make this right. I don't have any true recourse for your employees actions, but her laziness and poor attitude reflects bay area attitude in a small town atmosphere. I genuinely hope you release her from the team so she can make her customer service skills be more valuable, otherwise she'll never learn. read more

Ordered carry out on a Monday night for a birthday party, when I got home I realized they failed to give me my complete order. When I called the best they could do is save the rest of the order for me to come pick up. Would not refund the part of the order they missed so I had to drive back to pick up. They definitely deliver when it comes to a well done pizza. Except they sometimes forget the garlic on the crust, occasionally forget you're here when doing curbside, and sometimes I don't know if they do it as a joke they'll sneak 1 unwanted topping or 2. Otherwise, they know how to make great tasty pizza. read more

First off, I loved this Dominos. Every time we've orders pizza it's been delicious! But today wasn't a good day to order from here, I guess. Ordered the special on two medium pizzas, they delivered it to our door but they didn't knock or ring the door bell. It wasn't until I opened the door to pull the chair back in that I saw it there. Of course it was covered in flys and was cold. Called in and got a free order of pizza (thank you). Pizza gets here, one of the pizzas isn't correct (not a big deal) however, there was so much garlic on it that I almost threw up... and I like my garlic. Please, Josie pull back on the garlic. You usually make a damn good pizza, we love when we see your name pop up! but damn girl there is such a thing as too much garlic. Lmao read more

Easy to order, made fast. But I ordered a large hand tossed pizza, bottom dough was thin and soggy, not cooked enough. And the Parmesan bites were like croutons on a pile of oil. I usually love dominos, but this location is not it. There's better pizzas that are cheaper or the same price. Regret ordering here. read more

Domino's has certainly come along way from 10-15 years ago. Love the Classic Garden salad, Breadsticks with Garlic dip, and the Meat Lover's and Pepperoni hand-tossed pizzas. My only complaint is that the website and phone app both say they don't deliver to my home address, but when I call, they do deliver. This is an inconvenience AND I don't get to use my pizza points. It would be great if you could update this to include new home developments, etc. read more

Domino's Pizza in East Wenatchee needs new management. I have gone there several times and they have not delivered and or made my pizza at all. I was on hold for 23 minutes while I drove to their restaurant which was empty. They argued with me I was calling the wrong number until I showed them the correct number on their website. Great food and I only order lunch with delivery service. You charge a $3.50 fee and I see now an $18 minimum. Guess pizza hut gets my biz. I was able to over look past issues like receiving a half eaten staff pizza, missing bread sticks, missing drink but you just pushed out your smaller purchase $15-18 customers. Sad read more

Very disappointed in the service of the Wenatchee store. One of three school bus drivers from Richland, WA, I ordered pizza, salad and drink to be delivered to our buses parked at Wenatchee High. Food arrived very late and the young lady who finally got the food to us promised that we would not be charged. Taking our credit card receipts with her we assumed she would do as she promised. That was a week ago, still no credit showing on my credit card account and since I did not have my receipt I cannot be reimbursed by my employer for most of the cost of the meal. Very late delivery. Very poor quality pizza. Very poor experience over all. I cannot recommend this Domino's to anyone. read more

Very friendly, and great pizza! Awesome deals if you're on a budget, but the specialties are well worth the price too! My favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak (pizza or sandwich) and the Artisan Spinach and Feta mmmmmm. Our first time order on 1.7.2018 in East Wenatchee. We ordered the $7.99 carryout special but added double cheese for an extra $2. It was a pathetic pizza. If this was a double cheese I can't imagine how little cheese would be on the regular one. Really wished they would have been better. Years ago I had a Domino's pizza and it was amazing - one of the best ever. Never had another one since that was even average. Need to pick up their game.
