I just had Wendy's "Apple Pecan Salad" with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing, and blue cheese crumbles over the top (see the pic). It was extraordinary! The salad base is three varieties of Romain lettuce, looks like spring mix. The diced apples are Granny Smith. The pecans are honey roasted. The chunks of chicken breast are huge. And the pomegranate vinaigrette dressing lasts through the whole meal...(again, see the pics). Halfway through the salad, there is still a balance of all the ingredients--they don't use lettuce as a filler! I am really impressed-- everything is fresh and crisp. This salad works because the vinegar balances the sugar, the floral quality of the apples and pomegranate balances the earthy, nutty flavor of the pecans, and the bright sharp flavors of the Romaine lettuce balance the deep umami flavor of the chicken and cheese. It is classic culinary pairing-- definitely a 5-Star salad! read more

We go to Wendy's and get our tiny free frosty. Today 7/3/26 we didn't want anything but the lady said "You have to order something to get it." No, worries we bought one small frosty,got to the window to pay and as requested every time,pick up at next window. Got to the window told the girl we told them at the drive thru. She said you have to tell them at the window. We told them at the drive through.Same person. Girl said, You can drive through and do it again. Like this is freaking game they play for a free/ not so free mini frosty! Won't return to this Wendy's for our mini frosty. No problems at the East Wenatchee one. It's better service too! read more

Well, here I am writing a review for a fast food restaurant. ‍ On a Friday night on a holiday weekend, they were fast, very friendly, and the food was hot & fresh. It's truly the simple things these days that go a mile. We stopped on the way to Chelan, and I expected to wait a while in the drive thru, but the line moved incredibly fast and it felt like there wasn't even a line-- probably because they're so efficient. I go to this Wendy's at least once a week, it's my favorite fast food in the valley. In the last few years I've only had maybe 2-3 unpleasant staffers, but enough about that, bc I only review about the positive! Ive felt compelled to mention something I noticed over the last couple years. I know it's a team effort to create a such a repetitively great experience, so I appreciate the entire staff for that, thank you guys! BUT!! There is a very wonderful young woman working there named Megan, brown eyes and hair, that really stands out in a great way. She's there almost every time I go. Every single interaction I've had with her is seriously wonderful. Over time, I've actually grown excited to hear her voice when it comes over the menu speaker. She is always kind, never pushy, efficient, always positive, my order has never been wrong when she takes it, and she's always wearing a genuine smile. Wow, I have been here many times, its either great or not so much. Yes, the recently remodeled fast food location is just inside Wenatchee right on the main street. Yes, it is clean and the service staff are all really nice. However, the food was really lacking. Normally, Wendy's puts out pretty good burgers and fries. But tonight, not so much. Oh, why? Why can't you get my order right. A Dave's Classic is a burger, not a chicken sandwich. No mayo is no mayo, not mayo on both sides. A Dave's double is a Double meat not a single. This location has good food for a Wendys but it is a 50/50 chance that your order is right. Check it all before you leave the drive through. It's Wendy's. But...I did try their new Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger. I wanted something other than my usual Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers, or nuggets. I'm spreading my wings and looking for new food items to try. Upon entering, I see the restaurant is very clean, has all the condiments well stocked and no trash or straw wrappers lying around. I had a few people in front of me waiting to order, but the line moved quickly. The big poster board on the menu touting their Pretzel burgers made my choice easy. I like ranch dressing with my fries, but when I was told it would cost 25cents extra, I passed. I can see their need to control costs, but when I just spent almost $10 on a meal, throw one in for free. C'mon. My order arrived quickly and away I went to sit and eat. The fries are the great Natural cut fries with the skin still on some of them. Salted just right. But missing the ranch dressing that I was too cheap to pay for. Now to the burger. Big! I really had to smash it down to take a bite. Tomato, mayo and burger juices were running out making for a great flavor. The pretzel bun is just like eating a big round pretzel. I have found my new "go-to" order. The service was quick, friendly and the restaurant clean. Food was really good making for a four star review. I agree with some of the other reviewers - fast food is fast food. At least as far as that goes. But I have to say, Wendy's at this location has some of the nicest people in the area. It's always a race to manage to get to the pickup window before they have the food waiting for you. And it's always perfect, unlike "some other" places in town. At that "other place" I've gotten buns folded in half, cheese hanging half off the bun, a large fry with a medium quantity in it. But - this is about Wendy's and what they do best. The Junior Bacon Cheeseburger is our favorite. It's always perfect - in three years, I've yet to get a badly made burger. The bun is always perfect, the ingredients are arranged ON the bun, not hanging over the side - and in all that, it still tastes perfect every time. Too many perfects in one review? Maybe. Have eaten here three times in three years. Drive through experience: they are obnoxious over the speaker. Need ten seconds to scan the menu? They will continually ask if you have any questions even after you ask for them to wait "one moment please". When you pull up to the window to pay, your bag of food will be hanging out of the second window. Even in the dead of winter. Dinning in: they tray your food right under the nose of the next people in line while they order and cough on it. Seriously, my fries got the spittle from 6 different people while they waited on the burger. Loud Christian music is obnoxious. Free drink refill is behind the counter so you have to wait in line for it. Staff seems miserable, no smiles ever, burgers are luke warm, overly greasy, and always give me the trots. I worked here for a few months last year, I've never really liked fast food but seeing how this Wendy's is ran makes me feel comfortable to eat here. All of the managers actually care about quality and cleanliness and they keep a close eye on the employees. They train all of the employees to be really friendly and give it %100. I remember the only time any mistakes would happen would be when it was crazy busy like cars around the building type time. I worked at a Wendy's in Seattle before working here and the Seattle one didn't care as much about serving fresh hot food. At this one fries are freshly made and disposed every 5 minutes, chicken and hamburger is ensured fresh too. All frosty machines are deeply cleaned each night and sandwich stations are sanitized often. Terry is good at running his franchise he keeps up with everything, and when he's not there all of the managers do an amazing job at maintaining everything. Next time you decide to pick up fast food you're in good hands at this Wendy's. read more

I always have low expectations for fast food joints. This place topped it all.. the reviews are deceiving. With not that many places that are open late we chose this place because of the reviews. It was the worst service and food. Normally the Wendy's by my place has mediocre food. This Wendy's had burgers and chicken nuggets that tasted like it was sitting around for days. Must say this is the best Wendy's ever. Staying in a near by hotel for a hockey tournament and one night some buds and I decided we wanted ice cream. Due to it being 11:00 pm the dine in was closed.
