This was the worst Panda Express experience I've had in over 10 years. The employee working the counter was extremely slow, and the line barely moved. I watched many customers leave because they couldn't wait any longer for their turn. Waiting this long for fast food is simply unacceptable. If your reputation and customer satisfaction matter, please address this issue immediately. This level of service reflects very poorly on the restaurant. read more
