Went here for a late lunch with a friend, we had the Dan Dan noodles, dumplings, pork/veggie bao and the sesame balls. The service was great, we got menus right away, the food came out quickly. Our favorite was the Dan Dan noodles, followed by the sesame balls. We found this great new noodle, and bao place in Mountain view. We ordered beef tendon soup noodles, Xiao lung bao, thumb fried bao, pork steam bao and stir fried veg. All of the dishes are authentic and delicious. Service is very helpful and friendly. Since it's is new, there was no wifi for online order. Also, you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the restroom. I will definitely return for more. read more

we way over ordered, but we were just too curious to try too many things. plenty of vegetarian options, really solid meat options too. standout dish was the scallion oil noodle, but we really enjoyed everything we ordered. sichuan fish fillet was incredibly soft, too. some things to consider: - the vegetarian triple delight on the menu has shrimp. i assume this will be corrected in future menu printings. - the scallion oil noodles are stellar, but have dried shrimp. we neglected to request them to omit, but service was cert accommodating so that is our mistake. - i found a small hair in one item of mine that didn't match my hair color. to the chagrin of younger me, this won't stop me from going back :P read more

I've tried four of the their dishes to to and they were honestly some of the better Chinese food I've had in a while. The beef chow fun has a lot of flavor and wok hay, no bean sprouts as filler either. The cumin beef also had wok hay and lots of flavor. Meat could have been a little more beefy. The Dan Dan noodles was a great portion and delicious. The spicy chicken was good but I don't like cilantro and it was loaded with it. All in all given the fair price, the portions are very generous. Yall have to keep doing whatever yall doing, you have a repeat as long as the quality keeps up. read more

Show up when they say the order will be ready and you might still wait anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes or more. Right now there are 9 partial orders sitting on the counter. This is easily the best Chinese restaurant in Mountain View and surrounding areas. Each dish is so flavorful and clearly made with love. They get quite busy on the weekends with dine in and takeout orders but they still get food out quickly and still manage to have time to take care of each of their customers. The restaurant is in an old and tired small shopping center but the food is great. The mini bao are really tasty and much easier to eat than the regular sized ones. The beef roll is really good as are the bbq pork buns. Tasty green beans too. If there was one small knock it was that the beef chow fun had a few too many onions and not enough noodles but it tasted really good. I will be back to try other menu items. read more

Came in Sunday night with my friends we were a party of 5. We all ordered a variety of food. The dishes itself tasted good. Service was ok and we were seated immediately. My reasoning for taking off two stars is because of their lack of accommodation for dietary restrictions. one of my friends is vegetarian for religious reasons and there is an item on their menu called vegetarian three delicacies in the Bao section. We were gonna order this to share as a group and thank goodness I asked what was in it. It has shrimp!!!! why would you say it's vegetarian when it clearly isn't. Then my husband ordered this cold sesame noodle dish and it highly smelled like peanut and I tasted it myself. He is deathly allergic to peanut we told the waiter and he said he checked twice and there's no peanut. Well when we got home my husband was vomiting and not well. I don't believe there's no peanut because even to me it tasted nutty. This made us feel unsafe to eat here again. read more

It was busy Friday night and we were seated 40min after they took our names. A bit frustrating thing was I didn't know I was standing in line with DoorDash/ pick up orders and it took a bit of time to get someone to write our names down for dine-in. After getting seated, that's when everything went down hill. The app where you order was broken so the waiter took our order. We waited about 10 mins until we got our first dish which was the beef roll pancake but that was the only food that came. As everyone else in the restaurant got their food (even ones seated after us), we waited and waited. After 20mins in, we asked the waiter and said that buns and soup dumplings take a bit of time because everyone is ordering it. But we told him, we also ordered the braised beef noodle soup. His response was uuuhh let me check. 5-10mins later he brought us the noodle soup. They only gave us 3 bowls for the soup. We asked for more napkins and 1 more bowl for a party of 2 adults and 2 kids. All I can say we did not get either of those. I just stole my husband bowl after he finished eating. After we finished our soup, we were still waiting for our dumplings and buns. Took another 20mins until we complained. He went back to get our buns and gave us a complementary spinach buns for the wait and trouble. HOWEVER, we were still waiting for two more items. We ended up cancelling the last item because he came to our table and said "So, that's all the items right?" We said no. So the total time being at the restaurant: 2hours long and we still didn't get all of our food orders. I will not go back. read more
