We came on a Wednesday before we went home back to Oregon. The place was brimming with folks, plates and chatter a plenty. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A CASH ONLY ESTABLISHMENT. The decor of this place is a Hawaiian surf shop meets Route 66, meets a Mexican cantina. Warm and welcoming, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was on point. My burger was cooked but not killed, gravy was delicious and the dish was filling. The chicken fried chicken was very good, gravy was correct and eggs cooked perfectly. A great meal.

The smoked brisket Benedict is the standout. The brisket is tender with a deep, smoky flavor. The eggs are perfectly poached, and when everything comes together on the English muffin base, it hits that rich, savory-sweet balance without feeling too heavy. The French toast is Thick-cut and caramelized on the edges, without being overly sugary. It's well-complemented by fresh fruit and just enough syrup so it doesn't turn into dessert overload too early in the day. Overall, Brunch Snob feels like a spot that knows how to do comfort brunch.

Great Group Dining Experience, But Reservations Are Highly Recommended…read more I recently visited Brunch Snob with my fitness group after our weekend session. For anyone planning a visit, please be aware that the wait times can be significant if you do not have a prior reservation. Fortunately, our large party of over 10 guests was able to utilize an indoor corner space to wait comfortably until our table was ready. Once we were seated, the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly patient and attentive while managing a table of our size. The food and beverage options were generally well-received, though there were a few minor details to note. One guest mentioned that the options for mimosa flights were somewhat limited. On the food side, my order of the Mexican Cowboy Bowl was excellent and prepared exactly as expected. While most of our group's orders were correct, one eggs Benedict arrived overcooked despite a specific request during ordering to avoid this. Given the size of our party, the guest chose to accept the dish rather than send it back. Billing Tip: For transparency, an automatic 20% gratuity was included in the final bill for our large group. I recommend double-checking your receipt to keep this in mind before adding any additional tips. Overall, it is a great brunch destination with quality dishes, but making a reservation ahead of time is highly advisable.

She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and checked on us just the right amount. We ordered two BEC sandwiches, which sadly are no longer on the menu, but wow, they were delicious! The bacon was cooked to perfection, crispy and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Instead of the greens, we opted for the Million Dollar Potatoes and they were super yum! Such a tasty choice and the perfect addition to the meal. Great service, delicious food, and a lovely breakfast experience. Thank you, Arely, for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back!

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

The reason i'm updating my review to three stars is because there is absolutely no enforcement of the 21+ rule at the adult pool. While taking a night swim on our last night, we witnessed two teenagers openly fighting and throwing f bombs at a guest who was trying to ask them to not leave their little sister alone in the pool while they cared more about their stupid tik tok dance. Parents and staff absolutely nowhere to be seen. This happened at 8:30 pm and the guest managed to hold his own against two spoiled brats. Please, Hilton, in order for your adult guests to try and have some peace and quiet away from spoiled brats, ENFORCE THE AGE LIMIT AT THE ADULT POOLS.

One thing I really appreciate is how convenient they make everything. From the water dispensers to the utensils, condiments, and even to-go boxes, everything is set out and easy to grab. I also love the counter-style ordering because the food always comes out quickly, while you can still sit down and enjoy the space without feeling rushed. The outdoor seating is probably my favorite part. The entire property has such a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere and feels like somewhere you actually want to spend time rather than just grab a meal and leave. There are also so many unique gifts to browse while you're there, which makes the whole experience even better. Between Luci's, the ice cream parlor, the tavern, the shops, and all of the outdoor space, there's so much in one place. It's also a great setup for events or getting a group together. CHILAQUILES UNFORTUNATELY WERE A MISS!…read more I will preface this by saying everything else was very good, so I will come again and update my review at that time. I came here for a breakfast date with a friend. They have a decent size parking lot. Upon entering, there is a great outdoor space with tons of tables, many with shade. Your order at a counter inside. I got Chilaquiles and a matcha, and my friend got a burger. Unfortunately my chilaquiles were the worse I've ever had! It seemed like store bought chips with sauce thrown on top, not fried in sauce at all. And the menu describes it as having pulled pork but these were chunks of meat. The provolone on top was a slice melted, no shredded cheese. It just didn't hit. My Mexican friend said the sauce wasn't very good either, I thought it was okay. I didn't even eat half of my meal. I will say, his burger was very delicious. Super juicy, and fries were cooked well. I thoroughly enjoyed my matcha as well. The chilaquiles were just so bad that I can't give a higher rating at this time. Since the burger was so good, I'd love to see what the other dishes taste like.
