At this point, the same bus person saw me doing this and looked panicked. I am not sure if she did not speak English or if she was a tad slow and/or incompetent, but again, inexcusable. As a final note, the restaurant made no acknowledgment of my birthday, even though it was stated quite clearly in my reservation.
