The vibe was laid-back and local, with just a few other diners--it is Moriarty, after all--but the service was top-notch. Hubby was thrilled to see they serve all-day breakfast, so he went for the pancakes, and I ordered the combo fajitas (chicken and steak). While waiting, they brought out chips and salsa. The salsa was a bit too spicy for me, but no problem--they happily brought ranch dressing instead. Win! The food portions? HUGE. My fajitas were sizzling perfection--tender meat, just the right amount of peppers and onions, and all the fixings: guac, lettuce, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, and soft flour tortillas. So good. Five big ol' flavor booms. Hubby gave the pancakes two thumbs up--and he's picky about his pancakes, so that's saying something. She went back to check, and our food finally appeared. The burritos were long on rice and short on carne asada, something we couldn't know until we started eating. At some point our original waitress came back, and my wife told her we had to send back my first drink because of the coffee ingredient. She denied any coffee-containing spirit was used, and walked away. We never saw her again. I had to ask the manager for an itemized ticket, since the ones we had were sign for a total amount only, with no itemized detail. Since the original waitress had closed out our ticket right after we ordered and had given us our check, we paid and left. No tip was left. If you want a properly-mixed drink, be prepared to explicitly request every ingredient. Better still, don't expect great drinks or food at this place - stay away.
