I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner.
