I signed in an waited to be seen. I thought I would have to fill out much paperwork since this was my first time. NOPE. Because my primary care doctor is in the same building and they use the same system it was already in the system. I was thrilled. I just had to pay my copay. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. That was a plus also. I was there for a little more than an hour. Only because the test that I have done on my eyes takes some time. I was still in and out in a good amount of time. Dr. Scholz was a very nice man. He made sure that you understood exactly what he was doing and was willing to answer any question that you may have. I am extremely pleased that I changed to this office. I wish I had done it before now. It's in a great location with easy parking access.

I placed an order on Dec. 4th. When placing the order it said that I could pick up next day in…read moreTowson. The minute I hit place order it said my item wouldn't be dispatched to Towson for 11-14 days. I immediately called to cancel the order because that did not work for me. The glasses were a gift for my son's birthday. When calling to cancel I was told I was unable to cancel the order and that I had to wait for the store to receive them and do a refund. I still went in store and purchased another pair so that my son would have them for his birthday. On Dec. 16th I received an email that the glasses had arrived in store. I went to the store on Dec. 17th to return them and the store associate said that she could not do the return. I was in the store for over an hour. She called customer care and they stated that they had to send a return label to the store and the store had to return them for me to get my refund. The store told me I would receive an email by the time I left the store. I never received an email. I called customer care this morning and they told me they have no tracking that the glasses were picked up from the store or that they are in transit and I have to wait or go back to the store. I escalated the call and asked to speak to a supervisor, to explain what was going on. The supervisor name was Taryn. Apparently she was working from home and all you could hear was kids running around and screaming in the background and once I let her know this she hung up and ended the call. I still don't have the item or my money. I will never ever in life purchase anything from Rayban again‼

Initially I went to a few place that seemed standard and like they wouldn't be too expensive (Pearl vision, Lens Crafters, Vision works) and the service was poor at best. Plus, their selections were pretty miserable. I was put off by the almost complete lack of interest from the people working even when I told them what I needed, explained I'd never had glasses before, and asked them for help/their professional opinions. They pretty much ignored me anyway. Not so at eye to eye! When I went in the guy was helping someone else but told me he'd be with me shortly and as soon as he was done with the other guy he came right over and started showing me frames that would fit my face even telling me what didn't look good and why and explaining what I should be looking for for my face shape/bridge width. This was fantastic since I had no clue what to get and I have a pretty small head so I tend to have a really hard time finding sunglasses too. Frames are usually way too wide for me. It took maybe 15 min of us going through different frames and me trying stuff on but we did find a FANTASTIC pair that I'm quite excited about. TL;DR this place has a pretty big selection and the dude that runs the place is really helpful and won't BS you about what looks good. It is a bit expensive, but honestly not THAT much more than a chain store.

Because of my sensitive eyes, I opt for the retina photograph instead of getting my eyes dilated - just let the front desk know upon check-in and the tech that takes you back. It's an out-of-pocket cost, but worth it. The techs take you to a different room to have your eye pressure checked and retina photos. Once in the exam room, it's usually a quick (& thorough) visit with the optometrist. I see Dr. Baziz - he's always patient and ensures I have a good understanding of what he sees/looks for. The front desk, techs and Dr. Baziz are all kind and knowledgeable individuals which is why I can't recommend them enough to my family/friends in the area. Though I've moved away from the area, I am happy to make the commute to this practice because I am confident that I am always taken care.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and got us checked in. She was very friendly. We only had to wait a few minutes until my dad was called back. The procedure he needed was a part of an ongoing monthly treatment plan. Everyone was friendly and made us feel comfortable. My dad enjoys coming here and if he is happy I am happy. I am confident in the doctors and staff here. Waiting area and all of the exam rooms we went into were clean. I used the restroom and it was clean as well. Definitely looks like they make sure the office is always clean and orderly.
