I didn't buy new frames this time since my prescription didn't change and I'm still happy with my current pair. They do have a wide selection of frames, and while many lean toward the expensive side, the quality looks good and there are plenty of nice options to choose from. I just had a 4-year old (ancient in eyeglasses years btw) pair of Warby Parker wide-sized eyeglasses called the Aubrey that I needed some work done on. I was greeted by a friendly lady whose name, sadly, I did not get despite the fact that she was so cool about bantering and making friendly chit chat. She also wore eyeglasses but other than that I'm sad that I can't be more specific. I told her that I needed some work done on my Aubrey and she proceeded to check me in. I was especially appreciative of her patience while I tried to figure out which one of my many email addresses was associated with the store. So anyway, she checked me in and then I just chilled on one of the benches with my mom for a short wait until Adam fetched me. He was super friendly and also down for chit chatting. I especially appreciated how cool he was with my awkwardly hilarious squinting at him and everyone and everything else while he worked on my eyeglasses -- yeah, my vision is unhinged. Lol. I got magnetic clip on sunglass lenses for them and a second set of clip on made especially for migraines. After picking up my glasses I walked around for weeks saying randomly to people that I loved my new glasses lol. I still feel this way. Recently I had to change my prescription.
