They couldn't get them at the same time. The first pair I picked up, didn't look right to me, but thought I am going to be back and if they don't look/feel right, I would mention it. Especially if the second pair looked/felt the same. the second pair was just as bad. They offered to fix it but I would have to give up a pair, then send back out. Then go back with the next pair and then send to my house. Sounds like a lot or work knowing they could have done it right the first time. Not worth my time to hope its done right. Hope isnt a strategy. When i asked about the thickness of the lenses, I was told it was because of the style I got. He knew the style before I spend close to $1,000. Both times it cost us about $650.00. Some friends told us that they had gone to Walmart and had spent much less for frames and lenses. This year we went to Walmart and we were told that we did Not have to buy new frames and that they could use either one of the frames we had purchased at Lens Crafters. We chose the one that Lens Crafters had told us we could NOT use last year. The result, my husband has new lenses in the frame he likes for $275.00. We did encounter a problem with the prescription. Walmart was wonderful. They actually had to make the lenses three times but did not charge us anything extra. We will be going back to Walmart for all our new glasses.

When I returned just two days later to return one pair, the store manager, Suzanne, flat-out refused. First she said they don't accept returns on "floor samples," then changed her reasoning to "non-prescription glasses." When I asked to see the return policy, she wouldn't show it to me and simply said she was the associate in charge and wouldn't allow it. Even more disturbing, when the associate who sold me the sunglasses (Jameel) appeared confused by her response, she publicly scolded him and accused us of some kind of collusion -- right in front of me. It was awkward, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Despite the receipt and ForEyes' website clearly stating a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and allowing returns within 30 days, Suzanne refused to honor it. I had to make multiple calls to customer service over several weeks before I was finally able to speak with a regional manager, who had to personally step in and get the store to issue my refund -- over a month after the original purchase. I did eventually get my money back, but it should not have taken that level of persistence. This store's manager was dismissive, rude, and out of line. I will not be returning, and I recommend others shop elsewhere or online to avoid similar treatment.

I had been struggling with a pair of glasses I purchased last year that gave me distorted vision. After speaking with three different representatives who insisted the lenses matched my prescription and that I simply needed to "adjust," I nearly gave up and tossed them. Then I met Lexie. She encouraged me to bring the glasses in. Within five minutes, she discovered the frame was slightly curved--and just like that, she fixed the issue. The moment I put them on, everything looked right again. The difference was instant and incredible. Lexie didn't just resolve a technical problem--she restored my trust.
