It must though, and how convenient that is for us today! Best Buy offers services like Geek Squad, a 24/7 tech support, virus removal, hardware installation, data backup, and PC tune-ups. Appliance services, cell phone services, recycling programs for your TVs, computers, and cell phones. Customers can book a service through the Best Buy website. My daughter needed a new set of headphones. Something lightweight with noise cancelation. As we walked into the store, we went from super bright sunlight to air conditioned and shade. The headphones were easy to find. They were just beyond the smart watches up front. While she glanced at the headphones, I checked out their smart watches, which were ok to look at, but you couldn't test any of them, so I lost interest quick. Just past those were the headphones. We were able to test a few of them, but most of them weren't hooked up to try. That's where they could've made a bit more money with us... but since we couldn't test those, my daughter decided on the Sony headphones. She felt they were suitable for her jogs and working out. No one was around to really help us out with talking about the perks of each of the headphones. Thankfully, these weren't locked up, as others were. Checking out was a little confusing with all the blue counters everywhere. Their actual check out counter was crammed in the very front in a corner. As I said, from the outside of this store it looks lonely... and the only interaction we really got was at the register and he looked like he didn't want to be there. We weren't offered an extra warranty, just the price of the headphones with tax. When we got home, she put them on right away. She let me try them, too, and they sounded great. We really like the noise cancellation. There is enough bass and not too much. We liked that we got into the store quickly and checked out fast since there was not a line.. After a few more days, she told me they stay on pretty good while she goes to the gym and for her jogs. Definitely worth the $83+tax.

Today, I stopped by the Staples in Auburn and was greeted by Wesley. I explained what had happened in Vacaville, and he immediately let me know that I had been given incorrect information. Wesley went above and beyond--he took the time to call the Vacaville store, arrange a refund for me, and make sure I received the proper digital passport photo I needed. The level of customer service Wesley provided is rare these days. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure the problem was resolved. On one side was a display of sweaters, so one would reasonable infer that more clothes would be on the other side. Nope. Two ladies working pickup orders. Our bad, not to mention a weird place to have that area without cordoning it off. There isn't an appealing selection of clothes that doesn't look like something that belongs in my mother's closet from the 80s. And when I did find a pair of leggings on clearance, I wasn't interested in paying $23 when I can get them for the same price at home for $10. I did like the reusable bag selection at the register (I found a hot cold bag with cherries), and the collection funkos are always fun. Good to know this target carries a solid selection of kombucha. Great customer service. Joel at the register and a sales floor associate were both especially nice. I enjoyed both of them very much.

I work so much, I really just wanted to get a few pots for my pants at home, some dirt, and move on. This shopping trip was so quick, I easily found some nice indoor pots for my monstera plants at a really good price! I usually have a grand ol time whether I'm looking at flooring, appliances, electrical... lamps, lighting. There are so sorts of things to find here to improve your home! ... but every once in a while.... In the garden area, they have quite a few check out stands. Some are self check out and when I approached, there was an employee that insisted on helping, not knowing I was trying to be left alone. I told her I was going to do self check out. As she was watching me, she jumped in and told me that I didn't scan one of the 4 pots that was in my cart. I told her if she had looked at the screen, it would show I had scanned it already. I stood aside and asked her if she wanted to count the items in my cart and count the items in the screen. She said no and went on that she thought I missed it and customers do sometimes make mistakes... I replied with, "so do employees, like right now..." I think this employee was irritated I did not want her help. I felt pretty uncomfortable. I was already not in a good mood and this person was crowding and hovering over me. Just ask around awkward and very negative. Other than that particular experience, I enjoy the garden section the most. All the beautiful colors, the seasonal plants are gorgeous... the help I have received with deciding on what misters to get. Which refrigerator, which washer and dryer. Grill and black stone accessories... I really appreciate the help and advice I have received and am now looking at cabinets! See you guys soon!!

Hoping to get some answers, we went to this authorized retailer for help. Unfortunately, Jasmine and the store manager made promises that ultimately weren't true. We were told multiple times that we'd receive bill credits to correct the company's mistakes, so we made three separate trips to the store. When those credits never appeared, we were suddenly told that the store couldn't actually promise anything because everything has to go through customer care. It was incredibly frustrating and felt like we had been given the runaround. The final straw involved my elderly mother. I added her to the "third line free" promotion to help save her money. When her iPhone SE started overheating, she went into the store for assistance. She was told she could upgrade to an iPhone Pro for only about $11 more per month. Instead, I received a bill showing an increase of roughly $45 per month. Between the misleading information, broken promises, and wasted time, we've decided to switch back to Verizon as soon as possible. If you're already a T-Mobile customer, I'd avoid this location. And if you're considering switching to T-Mobile, read everything carefully and make sure you get any pricing or promotional promises in writing.

They printed out the sheet that indicated the warranty and gave them all the information he needed to give to us to follow up to get reimbursed for the part which was $100.
