Our…read morerefrigerator broke and we had a warranty, but when I tried calling the warranty phone number I couldn't get through to anyone. Andrew stepped in and helped us from start to finish. He took ownership of the situation, walked us through the process, and made sure everything was handled correctly. What could have been a very frustrating experience ended up being simple and stress-free because he went above and beyond to help. Employees like Andrew make a big difference. Best Buy is fortunate to have someone so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful on their team. I hope his management team sees this because he truly deserves recognition.

    The good: The veteran salespeople like Craig are great. Very knowledgeable and approachable and…read moreprofessional. Too bad he wasn't on the floor when I stopped by and we've spent thousands of dollars the past 5 years in this particular store. The bad: The newer salespeople are lacking. Normally, I'd let this go. But Andrew seemed a bit condescending and unprofessional. So I visited the store during a sale last week for their Shark robot. The previous robot vacuum I purchased in the same store overheated but I had misplaced the card for store credit that day and was told by Andrew to hit him up when I do come. The sale price was $499.99 that week which was very similar to Costco's sale price of $479.99. I came in the following week and sought Andrew but the price went back up to the regular price of $999.99 while Costco's regular price for the same item was $599.99. I asked Andrew if the price from last week was still good because the price in Costco was still $479.99. Andrew's reply was all over the place. He said that I can go to Costco and buy it at that price if I wanted to, it doesn't affect him much if any. He said that Best Buy can price match to $699.99 (That's not matching the price). He said that I can talk to his manager, Edwin and he will say the same thing. I asked for Craig since we purchased lots of electronics and appliances from him to hear our case and Andrew said that he doesn't work in the area (Which was weird because the robots were in the same area as the appliances). This was coming from a guy that told me last week to call for him when I find that store credit gift card that I had misplaced. He was definitely panicking and unprofessional and I didn't feel like Best Buy had their best guy that day. For the store's sake, someone give Andrew a refresher on customer service...
