Jim is amazing. I needed warranty work done on my custom gaming PC and he was very helpful. I needed a liquid cooler replaced, I received the part of the builder, but I did not know how to do it. Jim was fair, honest, and very fast. I dropped the PC off at around 11 AM, he was done by about 1 PM. Liquid cooler was installed perfectly. I went to IP Micro Computers for my overheating desktop PC (above 80 degrees celsious). It would constantly shutdown after 10-15 minutes after booting up. Jim (the owner) took a look at it and determined that the fan was not functioning properly and suggested replacing the fan. He happened to have one in stock, so I had him replace the fan. Now my PC is working as good as before and not close to overheating (staying below 30 degrees celsious). He completed the work in one day and charged me below the original repair estimate. I brought him my laptop which had finally ground to a halt; within hours he called and said it was "ready to go". It seemed I had gremlins in my house as most of my electronics were crashing in the past few months, including 2 laptops. My daughter with midterms coming up was of course freaking out about her laptop. So I searched and found IP Micro and called. Jim was awesome. He fixed my daughters laptop in 24 hrs at a very reasonable price. He also showed me how to correct my laptop's minor but annoying issues in a few seconds. I have taken two computers into IP Micro in the last month. One was a laptop with email problems and the other was an old tower that wouldn't turn on. I am very pleased with the service that Jim gave me. The computers are working perfectly! He fixed them in a short turn-around time and at a very reasonable price.
