This place almost always has repairs done in one day, many times in just a few hours, and at least once while I waited. Wow!! Always a reasonable price, and not once has a repair failed. I had my iPhone 17 screen repaired at this store, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. The replacement screen was clearly low quality from the beginning. The colors were noticeably distorted, and visible lines were constantly present on the display. After just two months, the screen began flickering. By the three-month mark, the flickering had become increasingly frequent, and the screen eventually went completely black. A replacement screen should last considerably longer than three months. Based on my experience, the store appears to use inexpensive, low-quality replacement parts that do not hold up. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking to have their phone repaired. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and take your device somewhere else.

The good news is that Ken got back to me and things went well after that. We set up a remote access day and time. The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files).
