Hello target I've been in here for about an hour two hours with my daughter looking for pants…read moreshoes, belts stuff for school no particular things kids do you know I wanted to give a special fitting room there's a young lady that works there. She was putting the stuff away very nice. Interrupted her to give me some clean ass cause my nose was bleeding and she stopped what she was doing to help me young African-American lady with curls curly hair very nice personality like she enjoys her job wanted to give her a compliment. I appreciate it and then have one of your ignorant employees of Indian older man just like I was just randomly just sitting down. I was waiting for my daughter in the dressing room at least ask how somebody's doing before you just assume that they're just sitting here. It's crazy But the young lady please give her a compliment. She was very nice very active like she like I said she enjoyed her job. Thank you. Appreciate it.

Came in this store on 2/13/26 with my beautiful wife, located on Olsen Drive in Rancho Cordova…read more First thing we both did was to use the restroom and from my experience, it was pretty bad. No toilet paper in any stalls and no soap in any dispensers. I did what I could... then when shopping for the goods, found the best toothbrush ever: say "avada kedavra" to the cavities and plaque building in my mouth! When checking out, the staff member were courteous and got back to the car safely. Thank you, Target!

Selling You Unusable Phones Owned by Deadbeats…read more Best Buy sold me an iPhone represented as "unlocked" that T-Mobile ultimately determined had a **nonpayment block on its IMEI**, making it impossible to activate. In other words, Best Buy sold me a phone that someone else apparently stopped paying for--and I was left holding the unusable device. It's like selling someone a car with a boot on it. I spent three days without a working phone, lost two workdays, and spent hours and hours dealing with T-Mobile and Best Buy trying to transfer an eSIM that was never going to work because the problem was the phone itself. Best Buy acknowledged the problem. Alexis initially seemed prepared to help, but when manager Willie became involved, we went around and around "corporate doesn't allow me to do that". "You have to buy something else in order for me to give you some sort of discount on the. new phone" they were trying to sell me. The solution offered after all of this was essentially a $15 phone case and to pay $10 for a screenprotector that is normally 29.99. Meaning, I get screwed and get $5 bucks for it and a "new" phone with a worse camera that can't charge on a docking port without that cheapo case anyway. The bigger issue is this: **Why is Best Buy selling phones that are technically "unlocked" but have financial blocks that make them unusable?** And why isn't this identified before the phone is sold? I had no reason to know that "unlocked" does not necessarily mean "eligible to be activated." Best Buy should have a system to protect customers from exactly this situation. I lost an enormous amount of time and money because of a problem that was not mine. A $15 case is not an appropriate response. Unlocked does to mean usable.
