Nice train hobby store, except they were out of covered bridges. But, I opted for my first little establishment called Miss Miley's Diner! Looks nice under our tree too!

Horrible business- extremely rude owner. Surprised he can remain in business. Has cars towed when closed even.

Fun place to visit with my son. Good selection of trains and books. We like to come here just to browse.

Can I give them negative stars?? This place is beyond terrible. The customer service is a joke (if…read moreyou can even call it that). They sell you an item that doesn't work out of the box and then disappear when you need resolution. The girl at the counter can't do anything to help. "It has to go through my manager." Which I'm sure is the same person as the owner. We left our merchandise there on Monday with a promise that the "manager" would look at it and call back. No word. Then we left a voicemail on Wednesday. Still no response. I called Roseville Galleria and they aren't any help either. Apparently they have absolutely no responsibility for stores located IN THEIR MALL. Called the store again today and got voicemail again. DO NOT BUY HERE!! Look the other way unless you feel like throwing away $100 for a piece of junk.

The owner has poor resolution skills. Dont recommend purchasing a $49-100 remote control helicopter…read morethat will certainly brake if it falls while flying it. They NOW charge $10 possibly more for the repair. I only purchased one because the associate was cute and guaranteed free repairs if broken, for life. I was initially told that these helicopters wouldn't brake to begin with. After it broke, within only a week of purchase, I brought it back in for the free repair. They held my helicopter for months and finally called me to tell me my helicopter was ready! I come in and they are handing me back a scratched helicopter that wasnt mine. To avoid fiurther problems I was just going to take it but then we tried to fly it before leaving and it wouldnt fly. They held onto it for yet another month! The owner Brandon, was so rude and finally called to tell me my helicopter was ready but wanted to charge me for the repair? Not only was i told free repairs for life, but i had already driven 30minutes to pick it up the first time. He says oh well! Then hangs up. He is young and unexperienced in running a business! He finally put a sign up in an inconspicuous area which im sure is illegal, about charging for the repairs. SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE AND PURCHASE THOSE HELICOPTERS ELSEWHERE!

I spotted this cuttlery shop when I first walked through the mall entrance. But this place is a lot more than what the store name presents! This is not your typical kitchen gadget store! I was surprised to find that they had on display, decorative swords, knives, weapons, suits of armor, ancient helmets, shields, and other props of eras past and movie replicas. A geek's dream store such as I who has collected similar memorabilia back in the day. Usually these kinds of collectibles can be somewhat pricey and has hindered my continued purchases. Yes, the original price tags did show expensive mark ups. But alas, I found myself in the midst of simultaneous happy and sad feelings while browsing here. Most of the merchandise had been marked down 60% on that day! Great bargains galore could be found. This is when the happy feelings took over. I wanted to buy out the store, but controlled myself with visions of future household bills looming on the horizon. So I limited myself to 2 items. Then, the sad feelings hit me. The store is going out of business. Here is a store that carries the unusual, the strange and unique. The kind of stuff you might only find at Sci Fi conventions or online. Now that I know where this place is, it will soon be no longer... :(

Again, I wasn't going to leave a review, but after going to another place and thinking about what I was offered on the Pokémon cards I wanted to sell/trade it almost feel downright criminal and like I was almost robbed. I went in with a good amount of graded slabs and raw Pokémon cards to sell or trade. The guy who was "helping" me started off doing the slabs and gave me the offer for those , it was a bit below what I had hoped for, but I had driven 1hr and 45 minutes to get there, plus I understand not all comps are the same. I didn't mind that offer. The PROBLEM came when he got to comping out my raw cards, it was a good amount of cards, close to 100 cards I'd like to say. When he was done comping them out and gave me an offer of around $700-$800 for all the cards. I had do a quick overview of which cards he was taking in. I immediately knew something was off because a card that was around $700 market he was offering $115 because the condition "MP" he said.. I chose not to accept the offer for the raw cards, but still closed the deal on the slabs. Got some things for trade. When I got home I started doing a bit more research on the raw cards he was going to take in and that's when I started to feel like I was almost robbed/scammed. I understand cards vary in condition and on top of that you only get a percentage not the market price for cards when selling to vendors or LCS, but the market for all the cards he was going to take was around $4k for all, the offer I was given was less than $800.. even if those cards were in awful condition (which they weren't) that offer would still be criminally low! After seeing that myself and going through the numbers again and again I felt so disappointed , irritated that someone would even do that especially at a shop!! What really pissed me off, still in my head trying to give them benefit of the doubt, trying to remain a bit positive was me going to another LCS and them telling me that I was being ripped off with that offer. I'm still in a bit of disbelief, idk how many times they do that where based on "condition" they openly rip off people who have no idea what they have, many people look towards their LCD and community to trust, but this shop has definitely failed at that for me. That aside, the staff comes off nice and welcoming, but after my experience it all seems that at least the person who deals with the Pokémon side of things has other intentions.
