They sell a lot of stuff online and apparently will also (based on signage) perform Shipping Services. Accessory City saved my bacon! I needed a battery for my Nexus phone in a hurry. I tried Batteries Plus - would need to order it, Best Buy and Fry's did not carry it, Amazon would have taken to long. I lucked out and caught Robert in the store outside of normal hours and he had an original LG BL-T9 battery in stock. He said he would be around for 45 minutes, so I rushed over. When I called to explain the issue, I expected them to stand behind their work and repair it free of charge. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After I sent them a photo of the screen, they immediately blamed me, told me it was my fault, and even said they were "not a magician" and refused to fix it under warranty. There was no attempt to troubleshoot the issue or stand behind their own work. I ended up taking my phone to another repair shop for a second opinion. They told me the screen had been installed incorrectly, which explained the problems I was having. They also told me the replacement screen appeared to be an extremely low-quality part and commented that many reputable repair shops won't even use parts like that because they're known to cause problems. Between the poor workmanship, the apparent low-quality parts, and the unbelievably rude customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to have been an improper installation, they blamed the customer and refused to make it right. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere that actually stands behind its work. I wish I had.

LOL! Sometimes they have a decent selection of Pokémon products, such as tins, ETBs, or booster packs, but other times the shelves are completely wiped out or have only a few items left. Restocks don't seem very consistent, so it can feel like a gamble depending on when you show up. There also don't appear to be clear purchase limits at times, which makes it easier for resellers to clean out stock before regular collectors get a chance. The store itself is clean and organized, and the staff are generally polite when asked for help. That said, I'm often pitched the Best Buy credit card and membership even after I've said I'm not interested, which can be a bit uncomfortable and takes away from the shopping experience. Overall, not a terrible store, just not very reliable for Pokémon cards. If you're a casual collector, it's worth checking while you're already there, but I wouldn't rely on this location for consistent availability unless restocking and limits improve. CONS: STOP pitching me with if I need a warranty, membership, credit card. Posted signs will do! Saying "Are you sure 2x, 3x is annoying as fk." And I am sure, I don't want any. LOL!
