    Underwear section absolutely wrecked.

    Man, Target has quickly gone down hill overall, but this one specially has been declining since COVID. Here's some pictures from their underwear selection in the men's department that I tried to send to Target corporate, but were dismissed. Wanted to inform everyone. Not only are they throwing their customer base and DEI out the door, but they also can't maintain their store. Their shelves are frequently empty, under stocked, and the customer service is barely there anymore.

    Tijuana Target Filthy sewage in 3 out of four restrooms. No service at all. Aggressively approached by vendor of fruits in parking lot multiple times. She had and admitted to not having a permit. Told staff. Did nothing to obtain security to have her removed. Told a blonde manager. Nothing done. Harassed upon both entering and leaving. Absent customer service in Electronics. Ignored. Checked out at front counter with electronics. Had to ask for a bag. There is no customer service at all. Get harassed by unpermitted street vendor coming and going. Not coming back.

    Large Band-Aids for my dad.

    Drive-up/car delivery is the way to go when Georgie is working! She is the bees knees!! I literally came for extra large Band-Aids for my dad. Never have I been greeted the way I was today!! It was SUPER busy and I was just watching vids on my phone and when it was finally my turn Georgie was so apologetic. I didn't even notice the app was even apologizing. She used my name more than once, in a respectful not over used way. Georgie was sure to use my name when she could so she could let me know she remembered it. I hope I get Georgie more often.

    Sunscreen marked clearance, not honored.

    Found 30+ of these sunscreens all marked clearance. It was end of season but figured it would be a good stock up to just grab one pack. It rang up full price and target refused to honor it, even after I showed them how many were on clearance with the sticker. This goes against their pricing policies, they have to honor the price sticker in these situations. Not a Karen, just an ADHD'er with a strong sense of justice and this put me over the edge after shopping and waiting in line for an extended period of time

    Did a drive up order and this was in my bag when I got home!

    Purchased two leather sofas less than 2 years ago (Aug 2023) from previous owner (Mike) for over…read more$4,000. They had lifetime warranty on them for certain things and the new owner (Adam) had the couches picked up because the issue was covered under it. During pick up, his movers did not handle the couch with care at all. They drug it down the metal screen door and scratched the front of my couch and they dropped my couch on the cement and drug it across it trying to pick it up again. It ripped the entire underside edge of my couch. Scratched the entire front part of them. Not once did they admit to it or anything. They tried to pretend it didn't happened until I reached out immediately with video recording of the incidents. The same day, we went by the store to check in on the repair of the couch, and the manager said that he would personally thoroughly inspect the couch for any damage that could've been done. He said the couches would be returned to the house in an hour or so. They arrived with the damage caused by his employees is still there. When I called and spoke to him, he said he did not see any damage which was a lie, and I sent the images to him again he said that he would reach out to the owner the next day and call me with an update. The next day the owner called and he said that they could paint the leather. Which to me is not a sufficient repair of $4,000 couches that were blatantly damaged by his employees. He proceeded to argue with me and said that he was doing us a favor by not charging us for the couches to be picked up and transported back-and-forth. In my opinion, I would have rather transport than myself because I know I would not have damaged my own couches like they did. He never offered any discounts, MIKE, the owner mentioned that to us, not ADAM the new owner. Also, he said "we are doing you a favor " by not charging for pick up or labor which this information was never disclosed to us at anytime until AFTER we spoke to ADAM. Adam has not been professional or customer focused. He was argumentative and lacks customer service. Just like his response to the review. The original owner, Mike called us personally because he knows us and he came out to look at the couch and did a small glue repair to it. He was friendly about it, but the current owner did little to nothing about the situation. He still has yet to reach out to us after Mike came out to take care of it. I still feel that even with the repair the couches are not in the same condition that they were prior to them being picked them up. And he did not handle it very professionally or customer based. I would not buy anything from here. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be telling my entire family who has bought from there, since the 1980s, to stop going there. Spending all that money on couches to have them damaged and not being taken care of is very concerning. He could have replace the couch with another one of equal value, given a cash value for the cost of repair to have it reupholstered, or anything but instead, he just wanted to take the cheap route and paint over damage. Instead, he wanted to try to argue with me and tell me he was doing me a favor. The only favor he did was show me his poor business and customer service which will keep me from referring or returning to this place ever. A lot of business will be lost because of this.

I would go to multiple furniture stores, and I would not see any bed sets that I liked. The wood just wasn't right. I found this location on Yelp and I decided to go check it out . I am so glad I did at first when I walked in it just looked a little small like maybe they don't have a lot of furniture, but I got the pleasure to meet with Daniel he guided me and said that they have multiple bedroom sets. So what he did he showed me a lot of books filled with all the furniture that they have. I had a seat and I looked at all the books. There were so many of them that I actually liked. I had difficulty picking one. They were all very beautiful bedroom sets and exactly what I was looking for according to the color . I ended up picking a bedroom set . The delivery was very quick and very sufficient. The guys built everything for me in a good timely matter. They picked up all their trash. Everything went great. I am in love with my bedroom set. I was still in the hunt for a couch and I found one that I really liked and I sent a picture to Daniel and I asked him if they carry this one and he said they do so I ordered it. I went back inside and ordered it. My couch got delivered with in the next day. They set it up for me same experience and I got the couch that I really wanted. Overall, if you're looking for any furniture, I definitely recommend this store. They have so many books you could look at they have so many furniture there anything you would want. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he was very helpful and he listened to all my needs. I am very satisfied with the furniture. I got here. I would definitely be back here again.

Saying they have it, plus store address & hours. Drove 2 hours to come check it out. Come to find out they don't have it in the store it's in the wear house plus it's $2,000+ . So as you can see why I'm super disappointed. Post was misleading. Plus the gentleman who welcomed us in was way too pushy. We said we just want to look and he kept hounding us with question and deals, that alone would make me walk out if I was looking for new couch.
