I bought a 75" Samsung TV with a remote. The previously opened box was delivered and installed by the Geeks. The original remote had been replaced by a new universal unit. It is difficult to use and had to control. I bought the unit with a Soundbar, which is also difficult to use and produces lousy sounds. The predominant sound is the bass that thumps to loud to hear any dialogue properly. Like the TV, the manuel has to downloaded via an App. I suspect this is a way the industry can track the consumer. The Geeks--PLEASE don't get me started. Most of my comments are not positive. If you can simply go into the store and buy what you want and leave, then do it.It will save you the time of writing a negative report. Good luck and good hunting. The person was pleasant and offered to examine my product for no charge. He diagnosed the problem with my item and that resulted it two solutions. I could have it fixed for a price or I could take it back. When I contacted hi the following week he offered to buy the broken item for a price. I went into this office to take him up on the offer but then I changed my minds and picked it up instead. While leaving I asked him if a part to fix it is something that I could do and get the part off eBay or somewhere. IN summary, he commented that he doesn't wan to put anymore time into my item, that I could go on the internet or something that he did it for free and could have charged my $85 to look at is and said all of this in a very stern voice and rather rudely. I walked away in surprised because I was going to give him lunch money ($20) for his efforts but because of his rudeness I just walked away.

I was having trouble re-installing Office 365 (specifically Outlook) on my new PC laptop. All the…read moreother products installed seamlessly. Despite numerous attempts (and diagnosis time/effort), Outlook just refused to connect up with my email server (Google). I used Yelp, rather than the 800 number (which reportedly is slow in responding). Well a Yelp inquiry wasn't much faster as I didn't get a response for a day and one half. The good news is that Ken got back to me and things went well after that. We set up a remote access day and time. The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files). He even suggested a better virus protection software product along with improved Ad Blocker software. I am very pleased with the knowledge and support of Ken. They charge for a minimum of one hour and he had me working in 40 minutes. He told me that if I have another issue, I can use the remaining 20 minutes of help.

I placed a new battery (same exact specs as original but slightly different design) that i purchased, inside the laptop and the laptop shut off after 5 minutes. I brought the laptop back and the owner said that the battery fried my computer (another local shop says that did not happen). The owner said he would look it over and get back to me. Two weeks went by when I finally went to the store to pickup my laptop, only to find out the owner left town and won't be back for another 2 weeks. He messaged me, said once he got back on feb. 14 he would work on the laptop. I once again had to message him for an update on the 19th, he said there's nothing he can do and it's ready for pickup. 2 months & $200 later I'm left with a laptop that still doesn't work, and his keyboard replacement is very questionable. See photos to see how wavy the "new" keyboard is. He said "that's just how it is ". I asked for $100 back and he basically told me to kick rocks. This shop doesn't take their customers serious, why would any reputable shop stand behind a newly replaced keyboard that looks like this? Not only looks like that but makes weird clicking noises on certain keys. I will upload the video I took to YouTube just search "Kadi computers, Elk Grove CA. The photos may not do the terrible work justice, but basically some keys are raised all the way, up and some keys are totally sunken into the body of the laptop, while the escape key is half sunken and half risen. As a small business owner myself I would be completely embarrassed if I presented this work to a client.
