Our soda machines on our food truck constantly blow the power boards whenever there's a power surge. I brought them here to get repaired and they went above and beyond. Not only did they fix the issue with the boards they also built a circuit board upgrade to protect them from shorting out Highly recommend them

Ask the Community - Dyna-Tech Electronics

I have a tabletop stereo system that just stopped working. It's only a year old (looks like an old vintage one); which has cassette, stereo AM/FM, plays records, etc. Can It be fixed?????…

You should give them a call. I don't know that they'd offer pick up so far away but if you can't find a local electronics repair near you, I would highly recommend Dynatech!

I like that they switched to a no commission based sales model years ago and why I shop here. This most recent purchase of a laptop had less than stellar service experience and left much to be desired. I was upsold for an upgraded computer model, a credit card, and membership without real explanations other than I was getting a deal. The manager Raymond called me within a day without hesitation when I sent in my follow-up feedback response. He assured me this is not the type of business he runs and nor appropriate behavior of his associates. He went above and beyond and proved that this location strives for the highest integrity. They truly value the customers that take the time to shop in person in a world of online sales. He had Angel assist me in correcting the sales reps misstep, who wasn't even this locations employee but a fill in a from another store and just assisting for a day. Angel was also top notch. I will continue to refer people to this location as well as Best Buy based on how this situation was rectified leaving me feeling good as I walked away this time as I have in all previous interactions before this.

The "professional" stated there wasn't enough clearance. That was incorrect, clearly. He went out to his vehicle to talk with his boss on the phone, but said he'd be back in. I was going to tell him to install it anyway, but instead he left without talking with me. This was disrespectful and unprofessional since he said he'd be coming back to talk with me. He then came back to grab his clipboard and I told him I still wanted my washer & dryer. He said his boss already told him to move on. Needless to say, I was absolutely furious. I had to miss a day of work for this install and, for the reschedule, I had to miss another. To add insult to injury, this installer took my old hoses, meaning he stole them. I never authorized a removal of the old washer & dryer anyway, so he had no grounds and no permission to take any of the old equipment, yet took the liberty to do so. This was the worst experience I ever had from Best Buy. But, like I said, the installers who actually delivered and installed were 5 stars, the overall experience was 1 star. I lost a lot of money and time from this. I had to wash clothes by hand yesterday and hang dry them, causing me to lose out on more work since it took nearly 3 hours. I still want my old washer hoses back, but Best Buy has not mitigated the issue. I try and call the store directly and I am instead redirected to a call center in India. I was promised a gift card, yet haven't even received that. I am still very angry and disgruntled over this entire experience and the fact I was robbed.

What a difference a week makes! On 17 October 2025, I posted…read morethat Sacramento's Midtown Target had permanently closed its restroom for customers. Its closing, I wrote, had been ordered by a Ms. Ashley who had just been named the store's new Director. A week later, on 21 October, I returned to Target Midtown -- and the customer restroom was open! It has remained open since, much to the relief not only of customers, but store employees who no longer must turn away people desperate for a restroom. What happened? According to one Target team member, who will remain anonymous, it came down to a lack of communications at the store at 1707 J Street. A day or two before my original posting, Ms. Ashley had introduced herself to Target Midtown's staff. Among other things, she told them she was committed to Target's policy of clean, open restrooms -- and that she would return in November to officially become the Director. Somehow, her words were misunderstood! Believing she had called for closing the customers' restroom, the employees immediately shut it down, when in fact, Ms. Ashley wanted it open! After reading my original posting a day or two after it appeared online, Ms. Ashley tracked down my email address. On 19 October, she sent me an email that said: "I apologize that you were denied access to Target's restroom during your (latest) shopping experience...You should expect to see the restroom open on your next trip into the store. Please reach out to me if that is not the case." In her email, Ms. Ashley indicated she had again spoken to top employees at Target Midtown to clarify matters. "I have reinforced the open-restroom policy with the leaders at the store who are running it until I report in November," she told me in the email. Ms. Ashley apparently found out abut the restroom crisis by reading my Yelp posting. Though I haven't met her, let me say it on the record: Ms. Ashley may be the best Director this Target has ever had. The employees respect her; they like her -- that's what they have told me. Thank you for reopening the restroom, Ms. Ashley! And thank you, Yelp, for posting my words. Target employees told me they, too, are glad the customers' restroom is open again. "It was really difficult to tell guests there no longer was a restroom for them," one Target Team member told me. In closing, I apologize for my delay in posting this follow-up, but I have been extremely busy. Thank you!

The owner is very passionate about music and you can tell it from talking to him. He is friendly, was chatting with all the different customers about what they picked, and even gives good suggestions! I bought a record from a band I had never heard of before (Fox Medicine). They were in the metal section but it was cute and bright pink. I looked them up quickly and listened to a couple songs and told myself I had to get that record. The owner was chatting with me about if I liked them or not and I was honest about literally just discovering them. He gave me one of their posters free of charge! They had just performed at his store and so he had a few left. I didn't realize he was giving it to me until we were leaving, I thought he was just showing me the poster. That absolutely made my day once I realized he was just giving it to me. The variety in this store is amazing with loads of vinyl, CDs, cassettes, and even music equipment! Prices are very fair, and everything is properly labeled. Instead of me having to get my hopes up inspect the record, the front usually says the condition, pressing, if it's colored, etc. I don't have to waste my time inspecting it myself, as the staff has already done the leg work. They even have a bargain bin (wall) with great deals! Down on the floor was a box that had cheap project vinyl too. When I worked at a record store I remember teachers coming in looking for the cheapest ones they could find for a various lessons they had coming up. I'm glad The Audio Nerd has a box for people like them. The store is a little bit cramped with how small it is and with how much product they carry, but it is such a gem and so fun to flip through. You can spend an hour or two easily in there despite it being a small store. Live shows even happen here! They move some of the tables out and put a band in there. Shout out Hayden for always promoting upcoming shows there! And as if this place couldn't get any cooler, they also do punch cards too... Who has ever heard of a record store doing a punch card before? Absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a cool new record store, The Audio Nerd is a great place to check out.

So i go back (with no receipt) and go to the help desk, looking to exchange mine for one with more GB. There was an extremely helpful tall man who worked in the laptop area (that had actually sold me the first one) and he was like so chill and helped me pick out one that was more suited to what i wanted, now knowing more about what i wanted. He showed me plenty of options given my price range, starting with the ones on clearance (which i loved) and i found one. Then all hell breaks loose because i realize i dont have my receipt nor an email receipt. there was another lovely bleach blonde guy working in customer service that was dead set on finding my reciept in the system, along w the guy who was selling me the laptop. I felt like an idiot and they were so reassuring and kind and worked so hard to figure out which receipt was mine in their system, allowing me ti exchange the laptop for the one i wanted!! Again, i cant express how helpful and nice these guys were and considering i had no idea what i was doing, it really made the experience even more relaxing. Thank u so much nice best buy men i wish i had ur names so i could shout u out! 10/10 service in every sense

I stop by the Best Buy in Citrus Heights occasionally to check Pokémon card availability,…read moreconsidering there tends to be a tent city outside of the store, and my experience has been pretty mixed. LOL! Sometimes they have a decent selection of Pokémon products, such as tins, ETBs, or booster packs, but other times the shelves are completely wiped out or have only a few items left. Restocks don't seem very consistent, so it can feel like a gamble depending on when you show up. There also don't appear to be clear purchase limits at times, which makes it easier for resellers to clean out stock before regular collectors get a chance. The store itself is clean and organized, and the staff are generally polite when asked for help. That said, I'm often pitched the Best Buy credit card and membership even after I've said I'm not interested, which can be a bit uncomfortable and takes away from the shopping experience. Overall, not a terrible store, just not very reliable for Pokémon cards. If you're a casual collector, it's worth checking while you're already there, but I wouldn't rely on this location for consistent availability unless restocking and limits improve. CONS: STOP pitching me with if I need a warranty, membership, credit card. Posted signs will do! Saying "Are you sure 2x, 3x is annoying as fk." And I am sure, I don't want any. LOL! Technology now is going to be worthless 2-4years later. I'll buy a new one, if not 6 years later for even something better! Enough said.
