The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files). He even suggested a better virus protection software product along with improved Ad Blocker software. I am very pleased with the knowledge and support of Ken. They charge for a minimum of one hour and he had me working in 40 minutes. He told me that if I have another issue, I can use the remaining 20 minutes of help.
