My deck (three story condo stacked deck) was in bad need of repair. No maintenance had ever been performed on the deck, so after 9 years it was a disaster waiting to happen. I called Summit Environmental Solutions and they showed at my condo as scheduled (on time), assessed the deck, told me what needed to be repaired, and how the work was going to be performed. They gave me that best price out of call the contractors that I reached out to for the deck repair work. Here is the best news; Summit Environmental Solutions practically rebuild the entire deck (which was needed). They replaced all the floorboards, the top railing, and the lower railing. They reattached all the spokes connecting the upper and lower railing. They also secured the deck so that it no longer feels shaky and the railing is now secure and sturdy. They did all the work from outside, they did not request entry into my condo not once. That meant I did not have to be there for them to repair the deck. The deck now looks great and feels great. In addition, the customer service was excellent as well. They keep me informed on the progress of the work and they stayed within their stated cost and timeframe. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sumit Environmental Solutions. If negative stars were possible, they'd be warranted here. I contacted them to address a rodent issue, but despite multiple visits from their technicians, the problem remains unresolved. Each technician provided different, sometimes contradictory information, leading to significant confusion and frustration. Attempts to reach a manager were met with silence for months, even after repeated calls. Only after I insisted that I could visit their office in person did I receive a response. When I finally spoke with a manager, he dismissed responsibility for the inconsistent advice given by his staff and mentioned that, due to the delays and lack of follow-through, the issue could now be worse or potentially a different rodent problem altogether. He also indicated that he couldn't verify the work done unless it was documented by the technician, suggesting the only solution would be to restart the entire process with a new estimate. Overall, I feel this company lacks accountability and clear communication. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're in need of reliable pest control services. read more

After our home was unfortunately damaged due to a fire, we called Summit to help us out and they sure did great! I wanted them to restore everything in my house that was damaged by the fire and they agreed. Throughout the process, Summit's team went above and beyond starting with the Demolition and making sure no further damage occurred, such as pipes freezing and boarding up windows, which was all done after business hours. Not only did Summit do an amazing job on the restoration of my home, but also cleaning the home and making sure it was safe. We had an emergency wasp infestation on our camper that we needed taken care of immediately. Their customer service folks were wonderful and they sent out Chris Hornberger to the rescue. He came out was super friendly and very customer oriented and professional. I explained that I was highly allergic so I wouldn't be much help, but he was also allergic. He was our hero for the day, because he went in and found the nest, which was in a difficult location, and exterminated the wasps! Not a job that's fun, but he jumped right in. I'm super grateful because we needed the camper for a special camp we are putting on next week-so it needed to be wasp free. Great customer service due to Ernie McGhee! He was also so good about keeping me informed of what was happening each day as they set traps for a raccoon(s) I had in the attic. The raccoon was too smart to go in the trap despite numerous kinds of food lures. Ernie reassured me that he would go into the attic and remove them by hand if needed. This was just what I needed to hear! It did not come to that but I was very reassured. They cleaned the attic of raccoon excrement and sealed the entry point including a permanent cage over the attic vent. My floors in the kitchen were freezing and Summit came out and gave me a variety of options ranging from a deluxe package, to a basic one. I could only afford the basic package but they enthusiastically came out and finished the job for me. They went into the crawlspace and sprayed foam around the perimeter where cold air was leaking in and wrapped my ducts. Apparently you can go all out and put special vapor barrier on top of foam wall insulation and achieve better results but my situation has gotten much better and hopefully i can upgrade it down the road when i have a little more extra cash! great service by the summit team! read more

So from 4 to 5 just like that.... thank you Had issues with squirrels in my attic. Darshon and the Team did a great job fixing the damage. Very efficient and professional. They took measures to ensure my carpet was not walked on etc. Looking back at it, I only wish they would have provided before and after pictures of the work completed. I called Summit Environmental Solutions to remove squirrels living in my attic, and to clean up and make the necessary repairs to it, they promptly came over and after a very careful inspection they went ahead and remove the critters that were living in my attic, they removed them and also they close the entry holes where they were coming in. I contacted Summit to help deal with a woodpecker that made many holes in our house siding. Jason Card provided great service, installing a variety of deterrent devices around the house, monitoring how well they worked, and working from a high ladder to repair the holes and then came back later and primed and painted all of his repairs, plus some repairs that I had made earlier.
