The bees were coming in through a hole in the drywall. There were hundreds of bees throughout the room. My first thought was holy s&$! Alpha pest management was recommended by one of my neighbors. Justin called me back on the day when I put in a service request via their website. While I had to wait a bit that day to get a response (this is not a big firm with lots of sales agents and so forth), I spoke with Justin (an exterminator) himself. I didn't have to waste my time speaking to some sales agent. Just asked me to send some pictures of the bees. He immediately told me they were not carpenter bees, which do not sting, but hornets which do! He came the next day to take a look around and recommended taping up the hole in the drywall. This solved the immediate problem of hundreds of bees getting into the attic. Despite Monday being a holiday, he said he was available. He came with his associate, Phillip, who does the drywall repair. Overall, a very professional and positive experience. I am very happy that these @&$!ing hornets are dead.

He set up a trap and within a few hours, there was a fat, male grey squirrel in there. He came back out the following day and blocked off the entry point and took care of the squirrel and trap. Couple of days later and no more attic activity of any sort. He did a wonderful job sealing off the prior entry point to make sure we won't have new guests trying to make a home in the attic. It's rare these days to get great service, quality work, and the pricing not be astronomical. Paul was fast to respond, easy to contact, and provided great service with an easygoing attitude. He didn't try to make me feel dumb about not knowing as much as he does. He actually wanted to help me solve my problem and not rob me in the process. Instead of fixing the issue, it seems they trapped live birds inside our home while creating an even bigger sanitation problem.
