The staff is very friendly and helpful and did what was needed without trying to pressure me into anything else. It took awhile to get it completed but it was busy. So they are going to remove the nail and plug the tire. They are even going to rotate the tires for me at no charge. Just another reason I keep coming back here to buy my tires because of the service and no problems handling the warranty.

My car is on its last legs, so I know they can't fix everything. Interesting part is they charged me $220+ (that's after they refunded $80) and I had to take it to another place only for them to tell me I need an alignment and rotation and balance. They will say that it was all labor, the only work they did which is questionable is they supposedly replace my emergency break. Where are the parts they took off my car, they never even offered to show them to me.

Despite all the glitches I experienced, Andre made the experience tolerable. First, I had made a 9:00 appointment over a week in advance. After waiting an hour I was told that that the tires were still in transit from another location. I questioned why the tires were not ordered and delivered in advance based on my appointment. I was told that someone had sold them to another customer. Next, when checking out I asked for a copy of the rebate form. Andre told me the rebate hadnt come up on the computer screen and then questioned whether there was a rebate on the tires. I showed him the form I printed from their website. He then called someone who was finally able to print the rebate form for me. Total wait time was almost four hours. I expressed my frustrations and asked for an additional discount for my trouble. If Andre had not been so sympathetic and apologetic through the entire ordeal and gladly agreed to the additional discount I would have given this location a two for all the problems I experienced. And, of course, the tires were a good value for the cost.

I went to ATA specifically to have my vehicle's Virginia safety inspection completed. I asked if I could get a state inspection that day, and he told me they weren't doing inspections that day. I then asked when they did inspections. He told me they perform them Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, beginning at 8:00 AM, and that they often fill up before 9:00 AM. I thanked him and left. What I found frustrating is that Wednesday is apparently a day when they don't perform inspections at all, yet that information wasn't apparent to me when I was planning the visit. I had to drive all the way back home, regroup, and reschedule my plans. I was able to find another shop that same day, make an appointment, and have my Virginia safety inspection completed without any problem. I was particularly surprised because ATA has very high ratings and reviews describing the business as trustworthy. My experience was not consistent with the impression I got from those reviews. At minimum, I would suggest that ATA clearly post on its website and other listings that inspections are not performed on Wednesdays and that daily inspection capacity can fill before 9:00 AM. I'm not claiming to know the employee's intentions, but the experience left me uncomfortable and unnecessarily cost me time.

I chose their Sterling location since it was a little cheaper than mobile service, and my apartment's underground garage would have made that difficult. The whole process was quick and easy. I was quite upset. Searching around, I came upon Wheels On Site. Space prevents me from writing all the accolades I would give to Stetson. A true professional when it came to making the repair. After AAA had dropped off my truck, the auto mechanic by the name of Roy looked over the problem, and said it was the water pump. I told Dan I was having two more issues with my truck. My A/C was not blowing cold air, and when putting my foot on the brake it would steer sharply to the right. Roy looked at these two additional problems. He concluded that my A/C had a leak and my brake issue was due to the caliper hanging up. Roy took care of all three problems. Although I had to wait around for the repairs to be made, it was well worth it. Not only does my truck drive like a dream, but my AC is blowing cold air. Ya baby! I am very happy and grateful to Dan and Roy for getting my truck back on the road and for their great customer service. It's a rarity these days especially at an Auto Repair Shop. Thank you guys!

I've heard good things about this location for months from other low car folks for tire replacement, but I saw they have an in-ground alignment rack and figured I'd give them a try. Note: I was a walk in customer, I never reached out over the phone if they did appointments or if they were available/slow right now so it's partially my fault. Well unfortunately because of how busy the place gets my custom alignment became a 3 day long ordeal, I had to come back 3 different times due to minor errors, misunderstandings, and a slammed shop. I perfectly understand from a business perspective to keep things moving (time is money!) because of my car and specific requests to camber/caster/ toe values (all well off stock spec numbers) it made the alignment machine act a little funky and the technician had to repeatedly bring the car down, reset the machine, calibrate, and raise car for every single adjustment made just creating a back up for other people just trying to get a simple alignment. The technicians, front desk, and the manager were all really friendly and helpful people. whenever I wasn't pleased with something, they went out of their way to make things right with me when they could of easily just told me to kick rocks after day 1. I did come back later to get 6 tires replaced, they were quick and caused no scratches to my expensive real wheels. Overall, I probably won't be bringing back my drift car for my niche alignment mainly because their time is limited (maybe if they were a clamer/ less busy shop I would) I'll bring in my street/track car for alignment in the future which is definitely less of a headache to align. Definitely a fantastic tire shop though, I'll be bringing my nice sets of wheels here in the future. They price themselves competitively to many shops in the Fredericksburg/spotsy area, they aren't the cheapest but the value u get from them for the price is great. He ran my tire over to dominion tire company and within minutes they fixed my tire and my valve for only $50! So this morning when I discovered a nail in my mom's tire, I of course thought of this place. I'm super impressed. They were able to fix the tire and patch it up within minutes and it only cost $20. To me they seem to be pretty consistent with being fast, affordable, and efficient. I highly recommend this place!
