Anytime Towing picked us up and suggested to tow it to Advanced Truck & Auto. We like to support local businesses, so we said sure. It took about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem of replacing all 6 injectors at the cost of $13,000. We just put $20,000 in repairs in her, so we said no. We took a rental car from Richmond airport to pick up our other truck, in Ocala to come back to get our truck and load. As we were heading up with our other truck, we had to have it towed to our shop in Ocala, FL. After it was fixed, we headed up to get our truck and trailer. They were closed Saturday and Sunday, so we picked it up on Monday. However, we had to pay a storage fee of $200 a day, so we had to pay a total of $1200 just for the storage fee, and pay another 500 to get the broken down truck towed to Doswell truck stop. Please, if you can help it, save yourself from the same nightmare. On a side note, we wanted two of the good tires from the broken down truck to replace two on our other truck. They quoted us a price of $750. Doswell truck stop did it for $35 per tire. Once you go in, look for a hosing!

Steve told us it was a bad filter when we literally saw him take out the old filter & replace it with with new one on our 2nd trip meaning he never replaced it in the first place although we were charged. One would think you would get a comfort and sense of respect when dropping your car off to trust them to do the job. The job was finished but the nasty attitude made me never want to return. I was left waiting at the front desk to pay for my service for almost ten minutes, when she finally came out from the back she was on the phone with what sounded like a personal call. She then took my card while still on the phone to process my payment then tossed my card across the counter. I signed my receipt and turned to walk out of the door, she said thank you. I didn't respond so she took it upon herself to say "you're welcome" very loudly while still on the phone. This kind of attitude did not make me feel my business was appreciated. 2 stars for 2 days to finish a $95 a/c recharge with a side of free attitude.
