We were able to make an appointment for our preferred date and time for the following week. We were seen promptly at our appointment time. The inspection was completed in about 35-40 minutes while we waited in the small waiting area, which has vending machines and a rest room. The business appeared to be well-organized with spare parts. Our vehicle passed inspection, and we were on our way. Price was fair. There was no attempt to up-sale us for any unneeded services.

We finally got it running & had to drive back to Clem's for them to look at it. We saw Steve pull out the clogged oil filter that was never replaced. He replaced the filter & the truck ran fine. Steve told us it was a bad filter when we literally saw him take out the old filter & replace it with with new one on our 2nd trip meaning he never replaced it in the first place although we were charged. Not good service!

I dropped it off on Tuesday at 11:43 AM and gave a rather long list of what I wanted checked/repaired. Before fixing anything I received a call with what was found and the cost to fix for me to approve. Impressive!! I was shocked the car was ready the next day at 2:38 PM. The service was fast but accurate. I was especially impressed with the oil leak situation. Jeffery confirmed the oil cooler lines at the block were dripping creating a lot of wet undercarriage. It was recommended to clean and fix the lines at the block and monitor because it could be the rear main seal. Hard to tell because of the wetness. I would have hated for him to assume and that not be the problem and charge $ just for taking it apart to check and that not be the problem. This was a very smart idea. I will be in Virginia for a long while and will definitely go back if the leak should occur. The shop is clean and very welcoming. You can tell this young man is very proud of his business and wants to please his customers. He gave a very very detailed report of the issues and what he did to fix them. That in itself was very impressive. The price was very fair. I highly recommend this business for all your service and repairs for your vehicle (s). 5 stars is not enough. I give it 10+ stars. There is nothing better than a small family owned business!

Anytime Towing picked us up and suggested to tow it to Advanced Truck & Auto. We like to support local businesses, so we said sure. It took about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem of replacing all 6 injectors at the cost of $13,000. We just put $20,000 in repairs in her, so we said no. We took a rental car from Richmond airport to pick up our other truck, in Ocala to come back to get our truck and load. As we were heading up with our other truck, we had to have it towed to our shop in Ocala, FL. After it was fixed, we headed up to get our truck and trailer. They were closed Saturday and Sunday, so we picked it up on Monday. However, we had to pay a storage fee of $200 a day, so we had to pay a total of $1200 just for the storage fee, and pay another 500 to get the broken down truck towed to Doswell truck stop. Please, if you can help it, save yourself from the same nightmare. On a side note, we wanted two of the good tires from the broken down truck to replace two on our other truck. They quoted us a price of $750. Doswell truck stop did it for $35 per tire. Once you go in, look for a hosing!
