Once they finally landed on a date to start the job, several weeks later, it happened to land on the Friday before Labor Day. The crew was at our house for approximately an hour. They came knocking and said they couldn't finish the job because "they thought they saw a snake"..... One would think, that would be a work requirement considering your job entails you working in spaces that critters creep. But, no. They refused to the finish the job due to "the snake". No texts, calls or rescheduling emails have been sent despite our aggressive efforts to get a hold of anyone. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headaches.

Lux Foundation Solutions recommended one thing: replace the basement door. That's it. (And they don't even do doors!) What impressed me most was that Chuck Koach, Lux's Foundation Specialist, assessed things the others didn't. He checked the walls using a moisture meter, thoroughly examined existing interior drain and sump pump systems, inspected crawl spaces for water issues, and checked inside and out for foundation concerns. Antonio found that one of our sump pumps was broken, resulting in some moisture build up, and the associated mold. All that needed to be done was some minor mold remediation and replacement of the pump. Contrast that with two other estimates we had obtained (before we remembered the warranty) that didn't find the faulty sump pump, and wanted to replace drains and do major mold remediation for thousands more dollars, rather than just treating the moldy area. To top that off, I called on a Friday, they were able to come by and assess the situation the same day, and do the work the following Monday! No waiting!

We had the provide insulation in the attic of our house and were told afterwards that they would follow up with us to make sure the other rooms in the house were taken care of. Once they completed the larger more expensive project in the attic they stopped answering my calls, texts, and emails. They had someone come over to the house to check the other rooms had them pull up our floor boards to take a look then never followed up to actually provide the service. I have called both my point of contact and the office multiple times with no response. As a result I am having to go with another company to have the rest of our work done which is extremely unfortunate. I really dont post reviews that often but I just wanted to relay my experience as I use yelp for a lot of my home service projects and rely on honest feedback not just artificially generated positive reviews.
