Orange spots
Tiffany A.

I would say 3.5 for overall spray tan. (I am a pretty experienced spray tanner and it was my first time at this location and found it because I desperately wanted an organic spray tan that was nearby where I lived)-- I see that a lot of the reviews for this location are for sugaring and first time spray tans. (Noteable points for my 1st spray tan here -- April 2024): -- 1) this is a chain and very easy to book online or through phone. it is clean and cutely decorated. --2) cost is 55$ (fairly priced which is why I chose it) --3) hours are open late. -- open 10am-11PM (another reason I chose it). Good for working girlies as most boutique spray tan locations are open until 6/7PM latest. --4) there is only 1 spray option (sometimes there are 2 options like one is rapid 1 hour tan that you pay a little more for and another is the regular which can vary from 3 hours to 8 hours) --- sugared + bronzed are all max 3 hours was off which isn't bad. I just have been to boutique options that allow 1 hour rapid and it gets super dark quickly. --5) which level to get? = I was going to get level 2 based on reviews but my spray associate told me to get level 3 before cancun which i deeply appreciated because it was just enough darkness of a glow!! thank you Ty. The bad for me is that I noticed I got some orange spots the next day. (Not right after washing off but the next morning. I noticed on my hands, all over the front and sides and also on parts of my inner thigh/toosh area). This hasn't ever happened and I would say I've spray tan over 20x before for events and also self spray tan. (I did see other reviewers say this which I was hesistant but the hours fit my heavy work schedule....) (Overall): -- Try it for your first time spray tanning (I wouldn't do it before a big event, just try to see if it works for you before that event) --- but for experienced spray tan girlies...I'm not sure if you would want to try this. I would recommend paying 20$ more for a customized organic spray tan as they will provide disposable underwear, foot sole protectors and hair nets for free and a customized color for you! (They upcharge all that I stated for at least 1$ each and I think flip flops were 3$?)... I will probably not be returning which is a bummer as I am moving very close to this location. I even tipped 10$. It is a 5 star for service -- the young ladies were always sweet and helpful when I called. But service isn't enough with orange spots that can appear. Good thing I was leaving for my birthday in cancun and not my wedding as I would have been even more disappointed.

Been coming here for a while now, probably a few years and haven't had any problem with any staff…read moreuntil this time this last service really disappointed me and made me feel very uncomfortable. The girl who was supposed to do my waxing was already in a rush, rushing me when I got in there and was presenting with attitude. She had a bracelet on that kept rubbing my eyelid when she was working on my eyebrows, and I had verbalized to her in a nice manner originally, but she was having attitude already at me and basically being pretty rough when it comes to removing the wax. And then she missed a few spot and when I pointed out that she missed a spot, she was giving me attitude while telling me to lie down and then when I got back up after she was done and told me that she was done, she looked at me and was like what are you doing? I still need to put cream on you. And suddenly I feel gaslit because she was the one who told me to get up and then she followed that by asking if we have any problems because I am making her feel very uncomfortable here while giving me attitude. When really I haven't really verbalized anything and I have barely verbalized my concern about the eyelid and that's basically because her bracelet keeps touching my eyelid because it dingles down. The front desk lady have said that she tends to have attitude for whoever is last on her list and I find a very unfair that they book her as my cosmetologist if they know that that's the issue. If they're going to hire employees are representing their company I sure hope that they evaluate their personality and their customer service aspect because that is the most important when it comes to these kind of role and if they're not happy and don't wanna work here, they really shouldn't take additional clients or they shouldn't have the job here. As someone who works in a place of customer service, I always make sure that I don't bring my personal opinions or emotions in. This whole experience made me feel kind of uncomfortable and also feeling like I don't really want to come back and make an appointment with that person ever again. By the end of the session after she gave me the mirror I told her she had missed a few spot. I mean, there were clearly hair in those area, and she clearly was very upset by me pointing at things that I'm just merely pointing out at as anyone would and she is just showing her bad mood and the environment that didn't need that. And after this time, she was done, she not only did not let me check in the mirror. She also told me that I am good to go. I am very uncomfortable I am very disappointed with my experience and I don't wish that on anyone. When I finally got to my car, I noticed not only a few spots but many spot that she missed and I can't really even walk in because I'm kind of scared and worried to really deal with her and I honestly don't want her to ever service me ever again . And I hope that nobody becomes her victim because that is just some rough waxing services watching someone having a resting bitch face and attitude the whole time when really I just want to come here to be vulnerable and did nothing wrong.

I didn't have a bad experience, just an okay one. I got a Brazilian wax and it went great, it was…read moremy first time. The vibe was a little awkward though, since my servicer didn't really talk to me, but that could also be personal preference. I like when conversation happens because it makes me less nervous and has me feel less awkward. I also didn't like how to only way to really book another session for "cheap" was by buying a package and the packages were pretty pricey. You also had to pay almost in full if not half the package price when checking out if you opted for it. I also felt a little pressured into buying stuff from their little shop since my waxer was watching me and explaining everything to me and I felt awkward saying no. Again, just a personal thing, I'm a little awkward when it comes to that lol. I'm not going back, but just because I found a different place that had cheaper prices and a different vibe that fit what I was looking for.

I was able to do my consultation over text; I sent over photos of my skin tags and where they were located. I also was able to schedule and confirm my appointments via text, although there were some issues with scheduling initially. JT Aesthetic has two locations, one in South Pasadena and one in Eastvale. I went to the South Pas location, and Bianca was the aesthetic nurse that did the procedure. She was so gentle and she walked me through what needed to happen. It was so quick and painless. There was also no downtime needed for recovery. I would highly recommend going to JT Aesthetic for any skincare or body care you need!

Procedures where quick and professional. I saw a slight change in the lift. I would recommend probably just go for Ultheraphy if you're going to multiple sessions. Otherwise the change is not noticeable enough for multiple sessions imo. I will see how the light peel goes and maybe change my rating if I see some good results. There was a product they recommended to fade dark spots but it was $170. No samples or testing on the skin. There's pictures for testimonials but I would probably use known brands from kbeauty at more affordable price point with thousands of reviews if the products work or not Checking out their system wasn't working so they had to text me to pay. It was quick and easy. Overall it's a good experience but waiting to see results for the value

When they tell you to arrive 30 mins prior to your appt to fill out paperwork they really mean it. If you don't get in early enough to fill out pages after pages, you're risking it. Today when I walked in 10 mins prior to my appt, I swear the receptionist was about to tell me I didn't make it in time for my appt but I told her I had filled out the paperwork last time so I was saved. The location is beautiful but honestly, the doctor is what made the location 5 stars. She was amazing.. very patient, compassionate, and came up with a treatment plan specific to my needs. I even left with some samples of the products the doctor recommended to me. If you're thinking about making an appointment I say do it!

5 stars for the providers. 0 for the reception staff…read more I'm treated by Dr. Greenberg & Yuli Wang PA-C who are great, no complaints. Reception staff is rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. I've thought of writing a review re: reception before, but held back since my name is tied to Yelp and feared they'd give even less support after they see it, but after my experience today I don't really care anymore. Happy to see the providers again but the reception staff I'll keep my interactions with them to the minimum. Look at Google Reviews in addition to Yelp - Google details more displeasure from reception experiences. 1) I paid my copay in person and the woman forgot to return my card. Sure, I should've checked when she handed me the receipt but didn't think someone would hang onto my card when she's handing a receipt over? Got a call later and had to come back during my work day to get my card before the office closed. 2) While waiting in the lobby, a patient came in late for their appt and wasn't able to be seen. Fair, there are policies in place. But after the patient left, the front desk girls were talking sh*t about the patient in front of not just me but other patients in the lobby. Gross. 3) Apart of my treatment requires accurate logs of my birth control each month before I can get my Rx. Two months in a row, they logged my BC incorrectly and it delayed me from receiving my script. When I called to get it corrected on their end, they were arguing with me that the IUD and Nexplanon are the same thing and I should be able to bypass it - wrong, the website literally would not let me move forward. One BC goes into your arm and the other goes elsewhere. I had to correct them twice over this and it concerned me that the MA I spoke with didn't know the difference when they're supposedly giving care for patients. 3.5) During that call above ^ I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up on. Called back, placed back on hold, just to speak to another person who answered as if I was a new call. Had to explain why I was calling again, then placed back on hold until finally I spoke to someone after waiting another 10 minutes. 4) Had a telehealth appt. They called me to collect my copay an hr prior to my appt. Didn't answer as I'm working. I called back at 11:30 (time of my appt) to pay the copay when the automated message said to call back during business hours, even though it states "closed for lunch from 12-1:30pm." I called again at 1:35pm cause I never got a call from the provider. Come to learn they marked me as "No call No Show" since I didn't pay my copay, Dr was gone for the day, couldn't be seen. Weird, cause I called at my appointment time to pay and was waiting for the appointment. I've never informed of the policy that I need to pay a copay prior to the appt or risk losing the appointment, since they still call you after the teleappt happens. Weird again, as if you go for an in-person appointment - you pay your copay AFTER you're seen. Why are you shutting your phones and taking your lunches 15minutes early when you have patients waiting to be seen? Why not another courtesy call before marking someone as NCNS? Maybe let's inform patients to pay their copay for telehealth appointments before the actual appointment or else they won't be seen?
